目的 总结我科颅颌面中心在颌面部畸形矫治方面的临床经验。患者选择对常见的颌面畸形进行分类，包括上颌前突、下颌前突、上颌后缩、偏颌、双颌前突、下颌后缩等等。方法 在模型外科的辅助下，单纯的上颌前突采用Le Fort Ⅰ型截骨+分块截骨的方法，下颌前突、上颌后缩及偏颌采用上颌Le Fort Ⅰ型截骨+双下颌升支矢状劈开截骨，双颌前突采用上颌Le Fort Ⅰ型截骨+上下颌前部截骨术，下颌后缩采用颏部截骨颏成形术。
