Objective:To prepare docetaxel(DTX) loaded nanoparticles-in-microparticles system(NiMS).Methods:With chiosan being used as the carrier,three kinds of different feed ratio of DTX-NiMS were prepared by ionotropic gelation technique combined with spray-drying ***,drug loadings entrapment efficiency and drug release property in vitro were investigated by *** morphology and surface of the spray-dried NiMS were examined by scanning electron microscopy while the particle diameter was studied by dry disintegration laser ***:The prepared microparticles were spherical,with diameters ranging from l0μm,Three kinds of drug entrapment efficiency were(77.07±2.50)%、(72.88±2.50)%、(92.39±0.77)%,respectively,and the loading capacity were(8.58±0.29)%、(14.58±0.50)%、(39.60±0.32)%.The drug release profile of both original DTX and DTX-NiMS in vitro were very slow,all of them the drug release profile were less than 8%in 144 *** DTX-NiMS released rather slowly compared to original ***:DTX-NiMS with satisfactory drug loading capacity and entrapment efficiency,the drug release slow were successfully prepared by using this method.
