One of the most exciting features of nanoparticle for their use in biomedicine is the capability of easy putting new combinations of functional molecules into a single *** application of nanoparticles for biomedical imaging and monitoring,diagnostics and therapeutics,has enjoyed an explosive development to provide a variety of nanoscale platforms for cancer treatment,especially the theranostic *** mission is to devebp multifunctional nanoparticle that integrate multimodal contrast imaging diagnostics and imaging-guided therapeutics,enabling personalized detection and treatment of diseases with high *** this purpose,various therapeutic agents(doxorubicin,paclitaxel,siRNA etc.) and medical nanoparticles(quantum dots,gold,graphene oxide and Fe304 etc.) were baded into ***,the surface of nanoparticle were outfitted with hgands for targeting delivery to the tumor *** component would operate a different function,such as molecular targeting,contrast enhanced imaging(fluorescence,MRI,CT,photoacoustic and ultrasound etc.) and therapy(chemotherapy,photo thermal therapy,photodynamic therapy,gene therapy or combined therapy).Therefore,the obtained nanoparticles serve as a theranostic nanomedicine to be capable of noninvasive imaging diagnosis,real-time imaging guidance and remote-controlled therapy.

To Prepare puerarin phospholipid complex,optimize their preparation process and improve the physicochemical properties of *** Using single factor and orthogonal design method to screen the optimal preparation process of puerarin phospholipid complex,and using X-ray diffraction analysis to identify puerarin phospholipid complex Results The optimal prescription of puerarin phospholipid complex is:ethanol as the reaction solvent,the ratio of puerarin to soyabean phospholipids is 1:1.5(m:m),the concentration of puerarin is 20mg/ml,then reacting 1h at 40℃.X-ray diffraction analysis shows that puerarin phosphoUpid complex differs from the physical mixture of puerarin and soybean *** The preparation of puerarin phospholipid complex is not the simple physical mixing process,but by certain chemical effect.

This work determined the mechanisms of enhancing the oral bioavailability of syringaresinol(SG).The in situ perfusion method was used in rats to study the absorption mechanisms of SG alone or combined with the P-gp inhibitors Verapamil(Ver).The absorption of syringaresinol decreased followed the sequence of duodenum,jejunum,*** absorption in ileum was obviously lower than those in other intestinal segments(P<0.05).Compared with SG group,SG +Ver was increased significantly(P<0.05),Ver remarkably enhanced the effect of intestinal absorptbn of SG on duodenum(P<0.05),The results of absorption in the intestines indicated that Efflux pump P-gp might exert some effects on the absorption of SG In conclusion,these data indicate that P-gp inhibitors are an effective and promising delivery system to enhance the oral bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs.

The cocrystals and salts of an anti- hepatitis b drug adefovir dipivoxil(AD),were synthesized to improve its stability,which were AD gallic acid cocrystal(1),AD salicylic acid salt(2),AD maleic acid salt(3),*** structures of1-3 were determined by the single crystal X-dffraction and the samplers prepared by suspension methods,as well as ball-milling *** complexes show advantages in terms of stability in comparing to pure *** results of the stability for AD and its complexes with their mixtures,under three different conditions,were show great improvement especially in harsh conditions such as in high temperature and methanol *** to the DVS,the complexes were not water absorption comparing to the API for the hydrogen bonding sites have been saturated,which were also supposed to the reason of the improvement of the stability of the complexes.

The aim of this study was to develop an in vitro-in vivo correlation(IVIVC)model for pharmaceutical ***,is an antidepressant for the treatment of major depressive disorder,fallen into the BCS class II(bw solubility,high permeability) ***,dissolution rate of agomelatine plays a key role in ADME,especially in *** cocrystals of agomelatine with urea(1),glycohc acid(2),isonicotinamide(3),and me thyl4-hydro xybenzoate(4) in 1:1 stoichiometry were successfully synthesized in earlier *** cocrystals and two kinds of polymorph were used as model in this *** in vitro release characteristics of the drug,namely intrinsic dissolution rate(IDR)were determined using USP apparatus I at 100 rpm,in pH 6.8 phosphate buffer solutions at 37 ℃.To make sure the drug stay in cocrystals form,the sample was dispersed in polymer suspension,and in vivo plasma concentrations and pharmacokinetic parameters in male SD rats were obtained after oral administration.

As the fourth leading cause of cancer death,hepatocellular carcinoma,its clinical treatment by chemotherapy is not *** of drugs within nanocarriers that selectively target hepatocellular carcinoma cells based on molecular oncology are constantly being developed recent ***,in order to mitigate side effects and enhance hepatic cancer cellular uptake,we deliver doxorubicin(DOX) by a tumor targeting peptide modified micelles with small size(13.0±0.8nm) and high encapsulation efficiencies(98.0%±1.0%).SP94(SFSIIHTPILPLGGC) conjugate onto the surface of DOX encapsulated micelles exhibit greater affinity to human hepatocellular carcinoma than to A549,A2780 or MCF7 cells in *** with free DOX,the drug loaded micelles significantly prolonged the half-life of DOX(t1/2=51.3±0.5h) and inhibited tumor growth in *** specific nanocarriers have great potential in the development of nanomedicine for hepatocellular carcinoma diagnosis and therapy.

It is apparent that a sound understanding of physicochemical properties is a prerequisite to make science-based decisbns for development of a bioavailable *** physicochemical properties of small molecular drug candidates,such as solubility,dissolution rate and permeability,may have significant effect on oral absorption of a drug in *** of these parameters is often thought to be routine and *** studies are important in the drug development process,as the data acquired from these studies is used to assess the drug developability by Biopharmaceutics Classification Systems(BCS).However,accurate determination of solubility and permeability are challenging exercises,because a number of experimental variables may affect the *** lack of understanding the potential impact factors may also induce high degrees of scatter in the *** challenges encourage scientists applying principles of multidisciplinary sciences and systematic approach to review the *** during the process of solubility and permeability determination,it is recommended that starting materials and process parameters variation are identified and controlled,and the whole process is continually ***,it is helpful in making appropriate process choice to affect physicochemical properties,and then enhance the drug's bbavailability,which is believed to result in superior therapeutic efficacy.
