Aim:To develop a theranostic nanoemulsion(TNE) that can co-deliver the conjugates of a hydrophobic drug paclitaxel(PTX) and a hydrophilic imaging probe sulforhodamine B(SRB).Materials & methods:The TNE was established using core-matched technology,and can achieve high encapsulation efficiency and synchronized release of the loaded *** has been examined for a correlation between the dynamic uptake of PTX and the intensity of SRB imaging signal in different *** & discussion:Our data demonstrates that the TNE,with improved circulation time,increases therapeutic efficacy and imaging efficiency in both drug-sensitive and drug-resistant *** TNE could not satisfy the demand of visual diagnosis in the living animal because of *** therefore formulated a long-circulating theranostic nanoemulsion(LCTNE).Results showed that the LCTNE can meet imaging requirements in ***:The LCTNE increases therapeutic efficacy and imaging efficiency for both tumor types *** LCTNE plays a good therapeutic and diagnostic role for subcutaneous tumors in the hving *** The LCTNE reported here provides insights into the development of new theranostic nanocarriers for the treatment of MDR in cancer.

Objective:To establish the HPLC methods for the determination of Paeoniflorin and Tanshinone ⅡA in Jiangzhi Fugan ***:A Phenomenex C column was used with the mobile phase of methyl alcohol（31） and 0.1%phosphate acid（69）,the mobile phase of methyl afcohol（75） and 0.1%phosphate acid（25）,Paeoniflorin and Tanshinone ⅡA were detected by ***:The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.448～4.480 μg,0.0576～0.576 μg,*** average recoveries were 99.93%,99.75%with RSDs of 1.98%,1.70%,***:The HPLC methods was simple,accurate and reliable,it could be used for quality control of Jiangzhi Fugan capsule.

The osmotic pump tablets(OPT) have gained an extensive attention over the past decades and a number of commercial products have been available on the market,mainly due to the facts that OPT can provide a zero order drug release and the in vivo retease is generally not affected by physiobgical ***,because of the complex processing technology and lack of the key excipients and high efficiency domestic drilling and inspection equipments,the industrialization of OPT in our country fell behind the overseas developed *** the first domestic laser drilling machine for OPT was designed and manufactured by National Pharmaceutical Engineering Research Center over 10 years ago,great changes have taken place in this research *** this report,the research and devebpment experience of OPT in our research center will be shared;especially the development of laser drilling and inspection machine for large scale productbn will be ***,the potential prospect of OPT will also be discussed.

Today eight out of every ten prescriptions(-80%) in the US are filled with generic *** supply of high quality medication is in the best interest of the industry as well as our *** FDA has made some significant changes to its generic drug review and approval *** include:revision of its QbR questions to sharpen focus on QbD and control strategy,the new stability guideline,and Generic Drug User Fee Amendments(GDUFA),et aL These changes present many new challenges and *** presentation will(1) review the generic product development process and the new FDA requirements;(2) discuss how one may adopt to the new changes and excel in the very competitive generic market;(3) and use case studies to illustrate how QbD principles can be successfully applied to develop high quality generic products with robust manufacturing processes.

The cocrystals and salts of an anti- hepatitis b drug adefovir dipivoxil(AD),were synthesized to improve its stability,which were AD gallic acid cocrystal(1),AD salicylic acid salt(2),AD maleic acid salt(3),*** structures of1-3 were determined by the single crystal X-dffraction and the samplers prepared by suspension methods,as well as ball-milling *** complexes show advantages in terms of stability in comparing to pure *** results of the stability for AD and its complexes with their mixtures,under three different conditions,were show great improvement especially in harsh conditions such as in high temperature and methanol *** to the DVS,the complexes were not water absorption comparing to the API for the hydrogen bonding sites have been saturated,which were also supposed to the reason of the improvement of the stability of the complexes.

Nowadays,tots of investigators draw attention to multidrug res is tance(MDR)in *** MDR is mostly due to the overexpressing of P-glycoprotein(P-gp).In the clinic,strategies for reversing MDR are combined use of P-gp reversal agents or increasing the dose of ***,the reversal agents usually lead to many side-effects,which affect the usage of these ***,developing a safe and effective reversal agent attracts widespread *** has been extensively investigated because of the inhibition on P-gp *** paper describes the mechanism of reversion of MDR by Pluronic,the relationship between copolymer molecular structure,concentration and inhibitory activity,and the novel appUcation of the copolymer.
