Film-forming gel drug delivery systems are novel pharmaceutical dosage forms that present a gel form during preparation and storage and form a smooth and flexible solid film with hydrophobic and bioadhesive characteristics within 30 to 60 seconds after administration,which provides some superior advantages for topical application compared with traditional gel,spray and ointment *** administration to buccal mucosa or dermal surface,the water-proof bioadhesive film formed can be retained at the application site for 5 to 12 hours without interference to daily activities and provide a sustained drug release,which is quite convenient for treatment of oral ulcer and skin *** this report,the formulation ingredients,the film-forming mechanism,the preparation process,the film characteristics and the in vitro and in vivo evaluation methods of this dosage forms will be introduced using a specific example of film-forming amlexanox oral *** practical advantages and potential applications will also be discussed.

The osmotic pump tablets(OPT) have gained an extensive attention over the past decades and a number of commercial products have been available on the market,mainly due to the facts that OPT can provide a zero order drug release and the in vivo retease is generally not affected by physiobgical ***,because of the complex processing technology and lack of the key excipients and high efficiency domestic drilling and inspection equipments,the industrialization of OPT in our country fell behind the overseas developed *** the first domestic laser drilling machine for OPT was designed and manufactured by National Pharmaceutical Engineering Research Center over 10 years ago,great changes have taken place in this research *** this report,the research and devebpment experience of OPT in our research center will be shared;especially the development of laser drilling and inspection machine for large scale productbn will be ***,the potential prospect of OPT will also be discussed.

This work determined the mechanisms of enhancing the oral bioavailability of syringaresinol(SG).The in situ perfusion method was used in rats to study the absorption mechanisms of SG alone or combined with the P-gp inhibitors Verapamil(Ver).The absorption of syringaresinol decreased followed the sequence of duodenum,jejunum,*** absorption in ileum was obviously lower than those in other intestinal segments(P<0.05).Compared with SG group,SG +Ver was increased significantly(P<0.05),Ver remarkably enhanced the effect of intestinal absorptbn of SG on duodenum(P<0.05),The results of absorption in the intestines indicated that Efflux pump P-gp might exert some effects on the absorption of SG In conclusion,these data indicate that P-gp inhibitors are an effective and promising delivery system to enhance the oral bioavailability of poorly water-soluble drugs.

To Prepare puerarin phospholipid complex,optimize their preparation process and improve the physicochemical properties of *** Using single factor and orthogonal design method to screen the optimal preparation process of puerarin phospholipid complex,and using X-ray diffraction analysis to identify puerarin phospholipid complex Results The optimal prescription of puerarin phospholipid complex is:ethanol as the reaction solvent,the ratio of puerarin to soyabean phospholipids is 1:1.5(m:m),the concentration of puerarin is 20mg/ml,then reacting 1h at 40℃.X-ray diffraction analysis shows that puerarin phosphoUpid complex differs from the physical mixture of puerarin and soybean *** The preparation of puerarin phospholipid complex is not the simple physical mixing process,but by certain chemical effect.

Pharmaceutical microparticles require stringent control over their characteristics to realize their optimal therapeutic *** drying represents an elegant one-step route for the production of pharmaceutical microparticles,although a typical feature of conventional spray-dried products is the significant variation in particle ***,the synthesis of pharmaceutical microparticles with homogeneous characteristics is possible with a micro-fluidic jet spray drying *** progress fecilitates the methodical study on the direct relationship among formulation,production,physicochemical properties,and functionalities of these pharmaceutical microparticles via the spray-drying *** examples on the design and assembly of microparticles with tailor-made properties and functionalities are presented,with specific emphasis on the control over particle size,shape,microstructures,and controlled release *** underlying particle formation mechanisms and design concepts presented here are not limited to pharmaceutical components but to other functional particles as well.

Objective:To prepare docetaxel（DTX） loaded nanoparticles-in-microparticles system（NiMS）.Methods:With chiosan being used as the carrier,three kinds of different feed ratio of DTX-NiMS were prepared by ionotropic gelation technique combined with spray-drying ***,drug loadings entrapment efficiency and drug release property in vitro were investigated by *** morphology and surface of the spray-dried NiMS were examined by scanning electron microscopy while the particle diameter was studied by dry disintegration laser ***:The prepared microparticles were spherical,with diameters ranging from l0μm,Three kinds of drug entrapment efficiency were（77.07±2.50）%、（72.88±2.50）%、（92.39±0.77）%,respectively,and the loading capacity were（8.58±0.29）%、（14.58±0.50）%、（39.60±0.32）%.The drug release profile of both original DTX and DTX-NiMS in vitro were very slow,all of them the drug release profile were less than 8%in 144 *** DTX-NiMS released rather slowly compared to original ***:DTX-NiMS with satisfactory drug loading capacity and entrapment efficiency,the drug release slow were successfully prepared by using this method.

One of the most exciting features of nanoparticle for their use in biomedicine is the capability of easy putting new combinations of functional molecules into a single *** application of nanoparticles for biomedical imaging and monitoring,diagnostics and therapeutics,has enjoyed an explosive development to provide a variety of nanoscale platforms for cancer treatment,especially the theranostic *** mission is to devebp multifunctional nanoparticle that integrate multimodal contrast imaging diagnostics and imaging-guided therapeutics,enabling personalized detection and treatment of diseases with high *** this purpose,various therapeutic agents(doxorubicin,paclitaxel,siRNA etc.) and medical nanoparticles(quantum dots,gold,graphene oxide and Fe304 etc.) were baded into ***,the surface of nanoparticle were outfitted with hgands for targeting delivery to the tumor *** component would operate a different function,such as molecular targeting,contrast enhanced imaging(fluorescence,MRI,CT,photoacoustic and ultrasound etc.) and therapy(chemotherapy,photo thermal therapy,photodynamic therapy,gene therapy or combined therapy).Therefore,the obtained nanoparticles serve as a theranostic nanomedicine to be capable of noninvasive imaging diagnosis,real-time imaging guidance and remote-controlled therapy.

Objective:To prepare compound Scutellaria gel nasal drops,and to establish its quality control ***:The gel was prepared by taking baicalin and ephedrine hydrochloride as main components,Carbopol-940 as gel matrix and Borax as pH and viscosity modifier;HPLC was used to determine the contents of baicalin and ephedrine hydrochloride and investigate the stability of the ***:The preparation was yellow,transparent and sticky *** pH value was 5.5～*** average viscosity was 22Pa·*** pH value was 5.5～*** average viscosity was 22Pa·*** room temperature for 6 months,the examination index of samples showed no *** Sample size of Baicalin and ephedrine hydrochloride in range of 0.4244μg.4854μg、0.2028μg.7097μg has a good linear relationship,the R was 1（n=6）,and the average recovery rates（n=9） were 100.4%,101.9%.Conclusion:The preparation process is simple,the gel is stable and its quality can be controlled.
