This paper provides a comprehensive review of recent advances in machine learning (ML) technologies applied to code generation, with a focus on literature published between 2022 and 2024. We collect and analyze 36 studies from four major publication databases: ACM, ieee Xplore, Springer, and Scopus, highlighting the transformative impact of transformer-based models in this domain. Significant findings indicate that transformer-based models and graph neural networks (GNNs) are the best ways to understand and generate code. Exact match accuracy, BLEU, ROUGE, execution verification, and human studies are some of the evaluation methods that now provide comprehensive performance assessments. Major challenges identified include a lack of high-quality training data, high computational resource requirements, and security concerns. Recent trends emphasize the use of diverse neural network architectures, industrial project datasets, and novel evaluation methods to improve model robustness and applicability. Applications cover a wide range of paradigms, including code-to-description, description-to-code, and code-to-code, with tasks such as automated documentation and code optimization. Dataset innovations include the use of open-source repositories, competition datasets, and synthetic data to improve code structural and contextual understanding. This paper seeks to guide future research and foster additional innovations in the field by providing a thorough examination of both progress and challenges in ML-powered code generation.

With the explosive growth of data capacity, large enterprises increasingly rely on business information systems. A highly informational and data-centralized grid company that engages in high-frequency businesses will face major business failures, incalculable impacts and irreparable damages once data errors occur. The development of an effective high-availability information system has become a hot topic for grid companies. Based on the analysis of pioneer enterprises or businesses(mainly IT enterprises), this paper summarizes the development mode of gradual deployment, and further proposes an extended architecture suitable for large enterprises such as grid companies in order to provide references and suggestions for the gradual deployment of high-availability information systems.

Few training samples are a major concern in many data classification *** remote sensing and especially in hyperspectral imaging,the problem is even more serious because of extreme difficulty and cost factor involved in the labeling of *** hyperspectral data classification,more training samples are required for good classification results due to the availability of large number of *** this paper,we propose a novel approach to tackle the problem of few samples for the purpose of hyperspectral data *** the approach, an ensemble framework is proposed which is based on sparse *** framework consists of individual sparse based *** representation is calculated for each test pixel using l\ -*** vote technique is then used for the prediction of class labels of test *** test samples which have been agreed upon by the individual sparse classifiers and which have minimum residuals for any particular class,are then added to the train pool for the subsequent *** in this way the problem of lack of train samples is *** chose the sparse based classification because it is relatively new in remote sensing and does not need dimension reduction,any learning procedure or any model selection for parameters,still its performance is better than the state-of-the-art *** tested the proposed framework using the well known AVIRIS 1992 Indiana's Indian Pines hyperspectral *** comparison with the state of the art methods prove the efficiency of the proposed framework.

Knowing the real-time position of moving trains is critical for public transportation *** obtain the realtime train position,signal based,video based and sensor based solutions have been ***,those solutions are either too expensive or only applicable for normal driving *** this paper,we propose a real-time tracking solution for light railway trains inside the depot to avoid potential *** system utilizes RFID technology to localize trains' current position and sends the position information to control center using wireless mesh *** proposed solution is low cost and easy to deploy on both railway and train *** designed RFID deployment strategy to improve the sensor reading *** addition,we proposed a Bloom filter based communication protocol to transmit the RFID reading,which can effectively eliminate network packet loss / RFID duplicated reading and other *** on the location information,we designed two sample applications and deployed them in real train *** on-site experiments have been conducted to show the effectiveness of the system.

For the task of monaural speech enhancement, A version of Sparse Nonnegative matrix factorization(Sparse NMF) using improved Alternating Direction Method of Multipliers(IADMM) with generalized Kullback-Leibler divergence is proposed. In this paper, an alternating direction method of multipliers(ADMM) for NMF is studied, which deals with the NMF problem using the cost function of beta divergence. Our study shows that this algorithm outperforms state-of-the-art algorithms on synthetic data sets, but the study shows that it presents unstable behavior and low accuracy on real data sets. Therefore, we propose an improved algorithm for sparse NMF to solve this problem. The algorithm minimizes the K-L divergence with a pivot element weighting iterative(PEWI) method. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed algorithm is more stable and accurate and also obtained better performance than the state-of-the-art speech enhancement algorithms.

The objective of knowledge reasoning(KR) aims to extract the effective information among the complex environment and massive data. It has been recently used in many fields such as the military operation, the network confrontation, the athletic game and so on. The problems of the low reliability, the high subjectivity, and the complex modeling always exist in many KR methods. This paper proposes a novel KR method based on the evidence theory for the multi-agent cooperation and confrontation platform. Period to utilize the proposed method, the key factors affecting the platform status are chosen as the evaluation indicators. According to the histogram method, the mass value of each indicator within every agent is calculated. For the more convenient calculation the holonomic mass value set of all agents is then divided into n sub-evidences and with the subevidences the information synthesis is conducted by the evidence theory for the final decision basis. The results of the simulation experiment demonstrate that the proposed method has better properties in accuracy and efficiency than the competed methods.

This paper proposes a two-column convolutional neural network algorithm for face point detection, which proves better performance than single-column. Because of the deep level structure, global texture features are extracted at higher layers of the network, and the results of keypoint location remains high accuracy. In the first column, we take the channel component of original image as input to train the neural network respectively and calculate the average location results. In the second one, we use Sobel operator to extract first-order derivative feature of original image and regard it as the input to train another convolutional network. The location results of two columns above are fused with appropriate proportion to ensure better results. Experimental result on LFW dataset shows the performance of the proposed parallel structure better than single convolutional network, and it stays robust due to occlusions, large pose variations and extreme lighting.

A coin-tossing protocol lets two parties decide on a string that should be a random(or at least pseudorandom) *** this paper,we focus on taking advantage of the perfectly hiding commitment scheme,constant-round perfect zero-knowledge arguments and arguments of knowledge to construct a two-party constant-round perfect protocol for secure coin-tossing,where both of two parties can obtain the common resulting coins and the resulting coins are guaranteed to be statistically close to *** security of our protocol is obtained against malicious non-uniform adversaries that may arbitrarily deviate from the protocol *** with the Barak's protocol,we utilize the black-box reduction in the process of security proof and the rounds of our protocol decrease obviously.

This paper analyzes the technical process of the grinding machine system in detail,based on the ore grinding and grading process of Sizhou Concentrator of Dexing Copper Mine in Jiangxi Copper Corporation,and defines the control contents and requirements of the *** the grinding process is a complex system with big sluggishness,long time lag,serious nonlinearity and time-varying,so only applying PID control can not make the ore grinding and grading process in the best state of *** fore Intelligent PED control is applied to simple loop,and series intelligent PED control and fuzzy control strategy applied to complicated *** ore-feeding flow control loop, ore-feeding water control loop,ore-discharge water control loop, water level of pump pond control loop,pump pond concentration series control loop and inlet pressure of the water cyclone control loop are *** all these control strategies and control loops,intelligent control of the grinding machine is realized.
