Generating 3D virtual scene plays an essential role in computer graphics and ***,manual 3D scene construction is time-consuming and requires enormous efforts from ***,more and more researchers shift their interests into the field of automatic scene generation. Although it hardly yields results as good as manual construction, automatic scene generation largely speeds up the process of creating a virtual *** this paper,we propose a new framework capable of constructing 3D scene from text description directly, in which knowledge-based technology is adopted to represent the common sense of the real *** framework extracts spatial relationships of objects described by texts and translates them into XML file with predefined grammar.A spatial reasoning algorithm is engaged next to decide the object layout in the *** critical issues are taken into consideration in the spatial reasoning process for the purpose of dealing with more complex scenes and pursuing better visual *** final results are visualized by Autodesk *** examples are shown to evaluate the framework and the result verifies that our framework is highly efficient in 3D scene construction.

＜正＞With the increase of the amount of information stored in P2P networks,how to search the information satisfying users’ needs efficiently becomes very *** researches on search algorithms focus on increasing search efficiency（measured by the length of routing path） or decreasing search cost（measured by the number of messages） at the cost of sacrificing the recall ***,there is no work which increases search efficiency,decreases search cost and increase the recall *** this paper,we propose a general search method which can be applied in both unstructured P2P networks and structured P2P *** this method,social communities are formed dynamically on top of P2P overlay *** social community is made up of peers who share similar characteristics, such as interests,search behavior,*** characteristics are dynamic,so the social communities will change as any peer’s characteristics have *** this method,a search request is forwarded by taking use of the social *** results show our proposed method achieves a higher search efficiency,a lower search cost and a higher recall rate compared with traditional search algorithms.

Massive open online course is now a popular choice for online learning. Different variants of MOOC platforms have different targets of students. For example, MOOC platforms such as Coursera and ed X aim at students all over the world, while some local MOOC providers cooperate with local universities and credits earned on these platforms are acknowledged by those universities. Students usually learn by watching videos and doing online quizzes. Course forum is also an important component of MOOC. It is a good place for opinions sharing and discussion. Both students and TAs participate in course ***, students' participation in course forums sometimes is not totally voluntary. In some courses, students' participation in course forums is rewarded with extra points. This paper focuses on the points reward mechanism in online course forums. We analyze students and TAs' posting behavior and the contents of their posts. We find that the points reward mechanism can motivate students to write more posts, but students are also likely to write "spam posts", only to make themselves look like an active participator to earn the extra points. And the points reward mechanism has limited impacts on students' academic performance. It also leads to a high percentage of "spam posts".This paper talks about the problems of the points reward mechanism and presents some suggestions for future MOOC forums.

The Support Vector Classification(SVC) model was constructed in this study by applying the near infrared(NIR) analysis technology combined with the chemometrics method toclassify and distinguish 11 types of vegetable oil, including "restaurant waste oil". Partial least squaresdiscriminate analysis(PLS-DA) and GA-SVC classification models were constructed, respectively, after the data were preprocessed with Savitzky-Golay(SG) smoothing, Standardized normal variate and De-trending(SNV-DT) and unit vector normalization(UVN). The results indicated that the pre-processing effect of SNV-DT was the best, PLS-DA failed tocomplete the classification, while GA-SVC model was able tomake accurate prediction, the penalty parameter of SVC classifier C=642.5 was toolarge, and the model had poor generalizability and the modeling was time consuming. Back Interval Partial Least Squares(Bi PLS), Successive Projection Algorithm(SPA), and Bi PLS-SPA were adopted respectively toextract the characteristic wavelength toconstruct GA-SVC classification model. Of these three methods, the wavelength selected with Bi PLS-SPA was 17, accounting for only 3.77% of the full wave, the penalty parameter was C=32.53, and the identification rates of prediction set and calibration set reached 95% and 99.4%, respectively. This model alsohad the shortest modeling time, and better generalizability. This research indicated that the method of NIR combined with GA-SVC could classify and distinguish edible vegetable oils rapidly, accurately and effectively. BiP LS-SPA could effectively reduce the collinearity among variables, allowing the model tobe more robust with high generalizability.

Digital home business is a large potential market for which ACEMIND European collaborative project intends to provide a set of consistent solutions to enhance the local network management in home and small enterprises. These networks are typically constituted by some tens of devices connected to each other via a set of wired and wireless technologies. The deployment of such networks has been intensive in Europe in the last decade and will continue in the future. However common end-users still suffer from complicated installation, operation or maintenance. Recent progress has been made to integrate heterogeneous connectivity into a single network. A proof of concept has been shown thanks to European collaborative project OMEGA and the hybrid network demonstrator has led to an ieee standard and available commercial products. The goal of ACEMIND project is to enrich this initial concept with new features and services such as energy efficiency, packets load balancing or anomaly detection. Another target is to integrate future products using new transmission technologies. Then, using a unique user-friendly GUI (Graphical User Interface), it will be possible to monitor and manage the home network with a large range of services such as energy optimization, UHD TV or wellness.

It is the capability of language understanding that distinguishes us from animals. And language is the fundamental tools of our thought. Now with the recent development in Artificial Intelligence, we are at the edge to enable machines with the capability to understand human language, which has many real applications and serves as the core component of smart robot brain. However, the current machines still have limited cognitive capability to understand data or text in the form of human language. The underlying reason is that we have no good knowledge bases to support language understanding. In general, the knowledge bases are supposed to have a high coverage over entities and concepts, have rich semantic information, have a high quality and a friendly structure, so that they are useful for machines to understand human language. Recently, more and more online knowledge bases（also known as knowledge graphs） are published. These knowledge graphs are the results of the efforts that extract knowledge from large scale corpora on Web, thus usually contain tens of billions of entities and concepts. These knowledge bases are usually stored as RDF data, which is friendly for machines to use. The heterogeneous knowledge sources cross validate the facts in the knowledge graph, ensuring the high quality of the knowledge graph. Knowledge graphs provide new opportunities to empower machines with the capability to understand natural language. In this speech, I will systematically review the recent progress in enabling machines with the cognitive ability to understand natural language and discuss some open problems. I will first introduce the preliminary concepts of knowledge graphs, with the comparison to traditional knowledge representations. Second, I will overview the the recent process about knowledge graph construction, in particular the automatic approaches for knowledge graph construction. In the present era, the diagnosis of diseases associated to neuropsychological like Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) by computational methods is gaining consideration rapidly. The precise discrimination of ADHD patients from healthy participants is still challenging for both neuroscience researcher and clinical diagnosis. Inadequate and noise data are the main causes of diminishing the performance of the prevalent methods of ADHD classification. In this paper, we conceded functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI) data with a classification approach to support the diagnose of ADHD and proposed a novel sparse network modelling. Based on strength and similarity guided sparse group representation capitalizes a couple of BOLD signal temporal correlation. Low-Order Functional Connectivity (LOFC) and High-Order Functional Connectivity (HOFC) are being used as two antecedents to lead the group sparse representation (GSR) based network and mutually 1 21 - norm regularized linear Support Vector Machine (SVM). Nested leave-one-site-out cross-validation framework is used, and attain a mean classification accuracy of 75%, which shows the effectiveness of our method. The classification results revealed that our proposed method is vigorous to data deviations. The combination of the sparse network with the strength and similarity guided system is robust to obtain the fMRI information. It differs ADHD over multi-site resting-state fMRI. We compared our method with other State of-the-art brain network approaches.

It is extremely important to optimize the C2 structure to suit to the information warfare. However, there has been no study launched, via increasing information sharing and collaboration ability of the C2 structure, to improve the flexibility of it. In this paper we present a networked C2 structure model, which has more flexibility and a flat netlike form normally, based on the long chain from the industry and OODA model. Two classes of networked C2 structures, the 2-stage and the 5-stage, are studied and we propose three indicators to measure the characteristics. The first class is the 2-stage structure where the operational requirements and C2 process capacities are balanced. We utilize the concept of chaining to build the networked structure and simulate them where the values of both stages follow the normal distribution. The results show that the long chain and the 3-chain structure perform well. The second one is the 5-stage structure, namely OODAT. Four networked structures, where each of them is composed of the well-performed 2-stage structures, are builded and analyzed, and the simulation interprets that the sparse flexible structures based on the long chain have good characteristics. By the research we conclude that such structures can be used in the design of C2 organization and C2 system to satisfy more operational requirements with less cost.
