Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a common, frequently occurring disease with increasing incidences every *** dust mite is one of the common indoor allergens that causes allergic *** this study was aimed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Allergopharma house dust mite vaccine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis.A case self-control method was used to compare the total symptom using visual analog scale (VAS), nasal symptom score, as well as medication changes in 68 cases of patients with house dust mite-induced allergic rhinitis before and after receiving one year of *** of 68 patients, 55 completed *** treatment,the total symptom VAS and nasal symptom score of 55 patients were significantly reduced compared with before treatment (P<0.01), and medication dosage was also *** a total of 1683 injections, local adverse reactions appeared 134 times, and mild systemic adverse reactions 17 ***, no fatal systemic adverse reaction was *** house dust mite vaccine is an effective and safe method of treatment for house dust mite-induced allergic rhinitis.

目的：减少体外模拟体内生理环境寄养断肢系统的缺血再灌注损伤,可以延长断肢的保存时间,提高断肢的再植成功率.观察脉络宁对体外模拟体内生理环境寄养断肢系统缺血再灌注损伤的影响. 方法：健康成年雄性巴马小型猪18只,随机分成冷藏组、血液灌注组和脉络宁联合血液灌注组,每组6只.将每只猪的左后肢离断室温保存3h后,冷藏组置于4℃冷藏,血液灌注组用血液灌注、脉络宁联合血液灌注组用脉络宁联合血液灌注.灌注6h后,采用透射电镜分别观察各组离断肢体骨骼肌形态学变化;实时定量RT-PCR检测离断肢体骨骼肌Caspase3和白细胞介素1βm RNA表达. 结果与结论：透射电镜结果显示,血液灌注组、脉络宁联合血液灌注组均较冷藏组肌纤维整齐、肌节完整、线粒体肿胀程度轻,且脉络宁联合血液灌注组情况优于血液灌注组;实时定量RT-PCR检测结果显示,3组的caspase3和白细胞介素1β的表达均高于正常,同时血液灌注组和脉络宁联合血液灌注组的caspase3和白细胞介素1β的表达水平明显低于冷藏组,且脉络宁联合血液灌注组表达水平低于血液灌注组. 结果提示在体外模拟体内生理环境寄养断肢系统中,脉络宁可显著减轻断肢骨骼肌细胞的缺血再灌注损伤,延长断肢的保存时间.

The purpose of this study is to report the Chinese experience of establishing hospital-based wound care centers over 15 years.A total of 69 wound-healing centers (VVHCs) and wound care units (WCUs) were *** were diverged to the principal directors of these sites;data extracted for this study included origin, year of establishment,medical staff, degree of hospitals, wound etiology, wound-healing rate, hospital stay, and outcomes *** period of data extraction was defined as before and after 1 year of the establishment of WHCs and *** earliest WHC was established in 1999, and from 2010 the speeds of establishing WHCs and WCUs rapidly *** majority of WHCs were divisions of burn departments, and all WHCs came from departments of outpatient dressing ***-time multidisciplinary employees of WHCs differed greatly to *** of wound and outcomes vary with those of centers reported from Western countries and the United *** in wound healing caused by the establishment of WHCs and WCUs in China occurred without *** advices include the following: rearrange and reorganize the distribution of WHCs and WCUs;enact and generalize Chinese guidelines for chronic wounds;utilize medical resources reasonably;improve multidisciplinary medical staff team;draw up and change some medical and public policies and regulations.

Cytokines exhibit a pleiotropic effect in the regulation of the immune cell function, tumor growth and antitumor immune responses.A total of 30 patients with colorectal carcinoma were enrolled on this study and their levels of interleukin (IL)-1β , IL-6, IL-8, tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α,serum granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (sG-CSF) and serum macrophage colony-stimulating factor (sM-CSF) were measured preoperatively using ***-infiltrating granulocyte (TIG), tumor-associated macrophage (TAM),G-CSF and M-CSF expression in tumor cells were examined using immunostaining, This study revealed abnormal levels of cytokines in patients, including IL-Iβ (1/30, 3.3%),IL-6 (16/30 53.3%), IL-81 (15/30, 50%), TNF-α (4/21, 19%),sG-CSF (17/30, 56.7%) and sM-CSF (4/21, 19%).There was a positive linear correlation between IL-6 and sM-CSF (P=0.017, R=0.517).sG-CSF was significantly associated with a deeper tumor invasion (P=0.039) and a more advanced tumor stage (P=0.023).The granulocyte/lymphocyte (G/L)ratio was associated with abnormal levels of *** univariate analysis revealed that TIGs were a risk factor for lymph node metastasis (0.019) and TAMs were a risk factor for depth of invasion (0.029), but this was not confirmed in logistic multivariate *** conclusion, IL-6, IL-8, sM-CSF and sG-CSF may indirectly promote tumor growth, progression and metastasis by changing the leukocyte populations in the blood and the tumor microenvironment.

The interleukin-6 (IL-6) pathway is one of the mechanisms that link inflammation and angiogenesis with *** nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) is a potential sign for inflammation, NF-κB has been associated with the progression of disease in various types of *** the present study, we investigated the effect of NF-κB on the IL-6 pathway in gastric carcinoma and their correlation with disease status and *** mRNA and protein levels of NF-κB, IL-6 and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) were detected by western blotting and reverse transcription (RT) quantitative PCR (RT-qPCR).Using immunohistochemistry, we examined the expression of these proteins in normal and human gastric cancer tissue *** concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-α in collected blood samples were measured according to the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).IL-6 and TNF-α were found to be expressed at high levels in human gastric cancer samples.A positive correlation was found between the expression of IL-6 and NF-κB by immunohistochemical and further correlation ***-6, NF-κB and VEGF protein and mRNA levels increased significantly in gastric cancer tissue compared with those in adjacent normal mucosa tissue *** conclusion, our findings demonstrate that NF-κ B, IL-6 and VEGF mRNA and protein levels increase significantly in gastric cancer *** addition, the expression of NF-κB was positively correlated with the expression of IL-6 according to immunohistochemical and further correlation analysis, which suggests that the suppression of NF-κB or IL-6 may be a potential target for clinical therapy of gastric cancer in the future.

OBJECTIVE: Pressure Ulcers (PUs) often is an indication of quality of nursing care as it remains as severe manifestation of the integrity of impaired skin, Our study designed to evaluate the effectiveness of hydrocolloid dressings and ceramide dressings in healing of *** AND METHODS: The study was done at Chinese hospital between Feb 2014-November 2014, 72 study group patients and 25 control group patients were included in the study, The study group patients were divided into Group A with 24 patients received only ordinary hydrocolloid dressings, Group B with 24 patients who ceramide containing hydrocolloid dressings and Group C with 24 patients received both hydrocolloid and ceramide *** were applied for 4 *** dressings were changed every 10 days and skin conditions such as pH of the skin, hydration are measured by capacitive ***: Among 72 study population 48 (66.7%) were male and 24 (33.3%) were *** A with 18 (75%) males and 6 (25%) females, group B with 20 (83.3%) males and 4 (16.7%) females, and group C with 10 (41.7%)males and 14 (58,3%) females.25 Control group patients with 8 (32%) males and 16 (68%) females, Erythema seen in 4/24 (16.67%) group A patients, group B and C patients had 1124 (4.17%) *** control group patients 6/25(24%) developed ***: In our study, we evaluated the effectiveness of the hydrocolloid dressings and ceramide containing dressings in which ceramide containing dressings showed effective prevention and water holding *** study highlights that ceramide containing dressings found to be more effective in reducing erythema and improving the healing of PU.

Background: Radix Scutellariae, a few papers reported its pharmacology activities including alleviate small intestines smooth muscles spasm,sedation, antihypertensive ***, the inhibition of its different organic extracts on immediate hypersensitivity has not bee *** and Methods: To investigate the anti-immediate hypersensitivity of three extracts including ethanol extracts, acetone extracts, ethyl acetate extracts from Radix Scutellariae, four pharmacological screening model were chose, such as 4-Aminopyridine induced pruritus model, histamine-induced mouse paw edema model, PCA(passive cutaneous anaphylaxis) in ear of mouse, activie cutaneous anaphylaxismouse (mouse ear edema test), furthermore, total IgE level in the sensitized mice serum was evaluated ***: Ethanol group at 1.42g/kg and 0.71g/kg could greatly decrease the licking number to 1.2 and 12.7 respectively;also keep mice paw swelling at 0.29ml and 0.51ml at 15 min after injection of *** ear passive cutaneous allergic reaction and active cutaneous anaphylaxis-ear swelling test demonstrated that ethanol group exhibit great inhibition on immediate *** IgE level was found in ethanol group, but high in other two ***: The ethanol extracts exhibits obvious strong inhibition, however, the acetone ones and ethyl acetate showed a little.
