This Paper presents the design and evaluation of a Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) operating at 2.4 GHz, tailored for the front-end of an RF receiver. The LNA, a critical component in RF systems, significantly influences the overall noise figure and, consequently, the receiver' s sensitivity and performance. Designed using Cadence CMOS software at the 45nm technology node, the LNA aims to achieve optimal integration and performance in modern RF receivers. The designed LNA showcases a noise figure (NF) of 5.43 dB, a return loss of -9.82 dB, and a 1 dB compression point of -19.9 dBm. These parameters indicate a balance between gain and noise performance, characteristic of advanced RF amplification requirements. The study addresses the challenges and mechanisms in achieving low noise figures while managing other performance metrics such as gain and linearity, crucial for efficient RF reception. © 2024 IEEE.

Bionic fish technology refers to the research and design of mechanical or electronic systems that imitate the movement principle of natural fish, dolphins, or other Marine organisms. It is widely used in ocean observation, search and rescue, military reconnaissance as well as other fields. In the process of manufacturing bionic fish, key technologies of bionic fish robots are the most important. Such as mechanical structure design, fluid dynamics analysis, sensor integration, motion control algorithm, energy supply system, and underwater communication technology. Only through continuous innovation and optimization of these key technologies can high-performance and highly reliable bionic fish robots be achieved. This article mainly introduces the characteristics and applications of three typical bionic fish robots from a technical perspective. Based on this, the main features of the three bionic fish robots are summarized, and their motion efficiency and application fields are analyzed and compared. Finally, it points out some technical challenges that need to be addressed in the development of future underwater bionic robots and their broader application prospects. © The Institution of engineering & technology 2024.

Loan disbursement is crucial and remains the core to every bank. With the advancement of technology and the proliferation of mobile devices financial institutions are working to bring the banking hall to the doorsteps of their clients. There are systems that allow applicants to apply for loans online. This inadvertently has enormous benefits and risks, but applicants may not be honest providing such data. To minimize risks and maximize benefits, a system for predicting fraud is necessary. This research, through experiments and comparative analysis, confirmed that data mining can effectively assess applicants' creditworthiness. The findings revealed that the Random Forest classifier produced the most robust model, offering the highest classification accuracy among the selected classifiers, with an accuracy rate of 0.7773. © 2024 IEEE.

Cloud computing caused the paradigm shift in business performance, from scalability to flexibility as well as affordability in the management of computing resources. Nevertheless, ensuring security of the data remains a key issue in the cloud due to the centralized interactions between service provider and a single vulnerability in the network can put rest of the data at risk. Consequently, the application of DLT, in addition to other solutions such as DLT, demonstrates a big step towards the improvement of cloud security frameworks. This article focuses on the implementation of DLT for data protection applications that are based on a solid dataset and decentralized security procedures in cloud environments. DLT utilization, like blockchain, provides an organization with integrity data, transparency, and fitness to counter cyber threats. Architecture stacks up sponsors such as cloud providers, users, and applications and DLT is responsible for the security of the transaction and the security policy enforcement. Customers use those services via desktop based application with transparent security policy arisen from DLT. Moreover, DLT also does identity management in the way that is decentralized, data sharing in the manner that it is secure, and the compliance to regulatory frameworks, which in addition reduces the trust and privacy risks in the cloud ecosystems. The proposed architecture is genuinely a big jump toward protecting cloud security from centralized control interruptions and thus, enhancing resilience and stability in cloud computing. © 2024 IEEE.

With increase in demand for higher data rates and more complex satellite missions, the need for advanced channel coding techniques has become essential to establish robust and efficient communication links. Given the significant challenges posed by long distances and low signal power levels in deep space communication, the Consultative Committee for Space Data Systems (CCSDS) standard recommends Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codes for robust error-correcting capabilities and efficiency. The design and Implementation details of Normalized min-sum based LDPC Decoder using VHSIC Hardware Description Language (VHDL) for Space application are provided in the paper. In the digital age, social media platforms like Twitter have become a central forum for public discourse, reflecting diverse opinions on various topics. This paper explores the application of sentiment analysis to Twitter data to extract and quantify these opinions. This work processes and analyzes a large dataset of tweets using machine-learning techniques to identify underlying attitudes and divide them into positive, negative, and neutral categories. The methodology comprises preprocessing such as text normalization and noise removal, sentiment categorization using a model based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques, and data gathering via the Twitter API. The results reveal patterns and trends in public sentiment on key issues, providing insights that can benefit businesses, policymakers, and researchers. This paper discusses the potential real-world applications of this technology in marketing, political science, and public relations. © 2024 IEEE.

Antibiotic-resistant bacteria are indeed responsible for a significant number of deaths globally, directly causing approximately 1.27 million deaths in 2019 and contributing to nearly 4.95 million deaths [1] [2]. As the death toll from COVID-19 stands at approximately 5.42 million [3], and some estimates suggest even higher figures, the importance of eliminating microbes rather than simply resisting them has become increasingly clear [4].This paper presents the development of a wireless Ultraviolet (UV) Robot Sterilizer, designed to address these threats. By utilizing UV-C light, known for its high effectiveness and antibacterial properties, the robot offers an effective solution. To ensure safety and ease of use, the chosen design features a wireless robot sterilizer that can be controlled remotely through mobile application, allowing full control without direct human contact. It is equipped with a camera for remote navigation and a PIR sensor that automatically stops the robot if a person enters the sterilization area, triggering a warning message to the user, thereby minimizing risks associated with UV exposure. This innovation represents a significant step towards improving disinfection methods in high-risk environments. © 2024 IEEE.

Agriculture is a key component of a nation's economy. In the traditional method, farmers rely on experience to determine the ideal climate and environment for a given crop. technology is advancing, and while the system depends on it to some extent, improvements are still required. This study presents an Internet of Things (IoT) based crop recommendation system that uses Machine learning (ML) to use the value that IoT devices collect from the soil. Initially, we utilized baseline ML classifier models like Support vector machine (SVM), K-Nearest Neighbor(KNN), Random forest (RF), and Random forest (NB).Then we employed an ensemble model to detect the suitable crops. We employed several IoT sensors in our research. The DHT11 sensor collects real-time environmental data, such as temperature and humidity. During crop recording, vital soil parameters like potassium and phosphorus - which are essential for crop growth - are measured using an NPK sensor, a pH sensor, and a rain sensor. These sensors can be seamlessly integrated by the IoT device, offering an effective way to collect crucial agricultural data. The Voting Base Ensemble performs exceptionally well in terms of precision, recall, and F1 score measures. The voting Base Ensemble algorithm improves metrics such as F-score, recall, and precision by up to 98%. A thorough evaluation of soil conditions is made possible by the integration of various sensors, and the application of an ensemble model enables accurate crop recommendations based on environmental factors. © 2024 IEEE.

This review explores the use of multimodal deep learning in wheat breeding to tackle issues like extended cycles, inefficiency, and environmental adaptability. It integrates diverse data and deep learning to monitor wheat's growth, stress resistance, and yield. The study employs models like LSTM, ResNet50, and GNN to extract phenotypic features, creating a new approach to full lifecycle breeding. A multimodal dataset with hyperspectral and RGB images and genotypic data is used to extract features, ensuring data analysis accuracy. The research also includes stress resistance analysis and genotypic association mining to develop precise breeding strategies. A data platform is built for efficient data storage, analysis, and sharing in wheat breeding. The study supports the advancement of smart agriculture through multimodal deep learning, enabling monitoring and precise breeding across wheat's growth. Future work will optimize algorithms, datasets, and model generalization for broader application in wheat breeding. © 2024 IEEE.

Wireless mobile channel is a typical time-varying channel. This paper designs a kind of substation automation network monitoring and control system based on wireless monitoring and control technology. Then the design of the system architecture and data storage are studied in depth. In this paper, browser/server/database is used to construct the substation network communication automation system based on Web. In the System View design environment, the wireless mobile channel is simulated and the simulation results are obtained. The research results show that the system can transmit the data information collected by the system to the monitoring node with the help of wireless sensor network related technology. Intelligent substation communication system can realize real-time monitoring. © 2023 IEEE.
