According to the research on the optimization of fermentation process parameters, this paper analyzes that the accuracy rate of data verification of regression analysis prediction model in biological experiment is 75%. In order to improve the accuracy of the prediction model, the BP network prediction model is established by using the experimental data of three factors and three levels. the accuracy of the data verification in this biological experiment of the model reaches 100%, which fully meets the data analysis needs of this experiment. So BP neural network model can be well applied to the research and practice of bio industry production. this study puts forward the problem of multiple outputs of unified order of magnitude for the training of multi-output BP network model, and adjusts the unit of some outputs so that each output order of magnitude is the same, so as to reduce the times of determining weights and thresholds in network training and improve the accuracy of training.

Studying human factors and experiences in modeling helps to gain knowledge on the process and use of modeling in practice to optimize system outcomes and user well-being. Moreover, to better support the human aspects of stakeholders and end-users of the software, incorporating the human aspects into software engineering processes from the early modeling and design stages is essential. Considering human factors in software design involves not only 1) studying in detail the interactions between users (humans), but also 2) studying the human factors of the end-users of the system. the HuFaMo workshop was established in 2015 to promote this form of research by creating a venue to discuss and disseminate these topics. the HuFaMo workshop originally aimed at studying human factors for software systems (implemented or not) allowing humans to model. Hosted within the MODELS conference, the first four editions of the workshop benefited from a high-quality audience, allowing significant progress on this issue. For this fifth edition, we have widened the scope of the workshop to consider the modeling of human factors during the design of the software as well. this helps to study all types of relationships that modeling and human factors can have and their impact on processes, products, and end-users as well as others that might be affected by the system.

this paper focuses on the implementation of a flexible method, for the dynamic modeling of air source heat pump. A black-box ARX class model is used. A Simscape model of the system is used to generate the identification data and test the results. In addition the steady-state results of the model are validated with an optimization-based software used in industrial production. the resulting control-oriented model shows a prediction accuracy of 90 % and is suitable for control optimization purposes.

In the past decade, open-source software (OSS) has become a very popular research topic in the field of software engineering. Because its code is open to the public, it has been pursued by programming teams all over the world, including those in universities, government agencies and enterprises. In addition to analyzing some famous OSS projects, researchers also studied OSS projects and their functions in Github. However, the evolution process and the rules of OSS projects in Github have not been widely investigated so we conducted in-depth research on this issue. We use the cellular automata (CA) in the field of system dynamics to model the OSS project, construct the evolution rules of the Gray wolf optimization (GWO) algorithm, define the objective vector, objective function and key optimization operators of GWO for OSS cellular evolution, and realize the intelligent acquisition of OSS project evolution rules in Github. In addition, we also selected the data of some OSS projects in Github from 2015 to 2020 for the simulation experiment. the experiment results show that the total accuracy of the simulation is 91.4%, which is consistent with real data.

Automated software synthesis, text-to-code (code-generation), can be an important aid to software developers. Developments in this area have existed practically since the advent of computing. the new artificial intelligence methods, deep learning (DL), and one type of them, large language models (LLMs) emerged in the last decade, represent a new opportunity for creating this type of application. We survey the transformer technology that underlies the operation of language models. Present paper briefly reviews the topic of software synthesis and code generation, briefly mentioning the main trends. the document concludes with an empirical study demonstrating the described results, where the T5 language model is fine-tuned to generate SQL queries. A fine-tuning set of a few thousand examples train T5 to produce quality queries. the economic principle of diminishing returns (Gossen I) applies, and it is not worth using too large a fine-tuning set. In fact, it is the attractiveness of fine-tuning.

In this work have we proposed to Enhanced SSSC power compensator using MATLAB 2015A software, the proposed work have generation model used PV connected system and inverter system with SSSC model, these are generating of DC power source with inverter across three Phase power source. the power components modeling have done in the static synchronous series compensator model which is designed with power oscillation damping controller scheme with help of synchronous reference frame method under the PLL. Now fundamental outcomes are shows result and simulation section. Static synchronous series compensator is able to reducing the oscillation and also found that to maintain required reactive power compensation. © 2021 ieee.

the increasing adoption of cloud computing is making operating environments highly dynamic and changing. Once an operating environment condition (e.g., geographical location of data) changes, the compliance requirements might also change. To ensure that compliance requirements are continuously met, there is a need for frameworks that not only support modeling regulations, but also capture the potential environment variabilities and conditions in a systematic way. this paper introduces Variability-Aware Legal-GRL (Goal-oriented Requirements Language) framework for modeling compliance requirements in the presence of runtime changes. We extend the Goal-oriented Requirements Language (GRL) with new elements and model construction rules to model context-aware privacy policies for dynamic multi-jurisdictional domains as well as features for monitoring changes that trigger adaptation. We motivate and illustrate the proposed framework using Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA) statements. the proposed modeling framework allows software engineers to automatically quantify and analyze satisfaction level of security and privacy related top level goals for multiple software design alternatives and thus, choose the best set of privacy measures.
