目的 Our study aims at evaluating alternative uses of RP-EBUS for histological diagnosis of COP. 方法 RP-EBUS was performed in a sample of 6 patients. It helped us obtaining biopsy specimens from two to three different lesions in one patient. 结果 A total of 15 lesions were got in these ***-EBUS identified OP in 12 lesions (12/15, 80％). 结论 RP-EBUS -guided TBLB can sample specimens from different lesions in one patient and is a promising technique for histological diagnosing COP.
