目的 To investigate the role of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) in airway inflammation and airway remodeling as well as the possible therapeutic mechanism of BCG for the treatment of asthma.方法 Wistar rats were sensitized and challenged by ovalbumin for 2 weeks or 8 *** was subcutaneously administered daily before every ovalbumin challenge or intracutaneously vaccinated on days 1,3,and 7 before sensitization to determine its therapeutic *** inflammation and airway remodeling changes were observed by HE stain under the light *** thicknesses of airway wall (WAt) and airway smooth muscle (WAm) were determined by morphometric analysis.

目的 This paper is to present a literature review of factors impacting ICU patient' psychological well-being,in addition,the author aims to explore nurses' role in the promotion of patients' psychological health.方法 A detailed and extensive literature search was undertaken which was based on four themes identified by the author：stressors in an ICU,perceptions of staff on these stressors,communication in ICUs and visiting policies implemented by ICUs around the *** of these themes have been critically discussed in this review paper.结果 This paper reviews and presents various and comprehensive factors inducing ICU patients' psychological ***,it can be drawn from this paper that ICU nurses are in an essential position to achievie patients' psychological wellness.结论 Some literature reviews on the exploration of ICU patients' psychological well-being are available *** paper devotes to add value in this area by providing a relevant literature review which particularly emphasizes on nurses' contribution.

目的 Secreted Hsp90 alpha (sHsp90α) plays an important role in cell mortality and would healing,we hypothesized that sHsp90α contributes to asthma mice airway epithelial dysfunction induced by House Dust Mite(HDM),and anti-Hsp90 monoclonal antibody(mAb) can relieve mice asthmatic symptom.方法 HDM exposed to BALB/c mice through nasal inhaled to set up asthma model in 5 consecutive days per week,mice inhaled anti-Hsp90 mAb before HDM inhalation.8 weeks latter,we utilize animal lung function test and pathological staining to evaluate the asthma situation.

目的研究用聚乳酸-聚乙二醇共聚物(PLA-PEG)包载粉尘螨主要过敏原Der f 1蛋白的纳米疫苗特异性免疫治疗小鼠过敏性哮喘的机制及疗效。方法选用聚乳酸-聚乙二醇共聚物(PLA-PEG)为佐剂，通过超声乳化法包载粉尘螨过敏原Der f 1蛋白制备...

目的研究用聚乳酸-聚乙二醇共聚物(PLA-PEG)包载粉尘螨主要过敏原Der f 1蛋白的纳米疫苗特异性免疫治疗小鼠过敏性哮喘的机制及疗效。方法选用聚乳酸-聚乙二醇共聚物(PLA-PEG)为佐剂，通过超声乳化法包载粉尘螨过敏原Der f 1蛋白制备成过敏原纳米疫苗，以小鼠过敏哮喘模型为研究对象进行特异性免疫治疗。通过检测小鼠治疗前后气道高反应性、血清中特异性抗体(IgE、IgG1和IgG2a)、细胞因子(IL-4、IL-10和INF-γ)生成水平以及肺组织病理学切片等指标对治疗模型的构建进行评价。结果 PLA-PEG/Der f 1纳米疫苗能有效抑制尘螨特异性抗体IgE、IgG1的产生和Th2型细胞因子IL-4的分泌，促进封闭性抗体IgG2a产生和Th1型细胞因子IFN-γ及免疫耐受型细胞因子IL-10的分泌，使Th2反应向Th1反应转变，有效减轻小鼠过敏症状和肺组织炎症。结论纳米聚合物PLA-PEG具有很好的控缓释和保护药物作用，用其包载的过敏原疫苗比传统单一过敏原疫苗进行特异性免疫治疗的效果好、疗效长、副作用小，更适合做过敏原疫苗的佐剂。
