目的 This study explored the effects of danshensu,one water-soluble component of Danshen,on HPH.方法 Mice were exposed to hypobaric hypoxia for 28 days to develop HPH,along with administration of *** and pulmonary arterial remodeling index were obtained.结果 The results showed that danshensu significantly decreased the right ventricle systolic pressure,the right ventricle hypertrophy and pulmonary vascular remodeling index in HPH mice.

目的 Our study aims at evaluating alternative uses of RP-EBUS for histological diagnosis of COP. 方法 RP-EBUS was performed in a sample of 6 patients. It helped us obtaining biopsy specimens from two to three different lesions in one patient. 结果 A total of 15 lesions were got in these ***-EBUS identified OP in 12 lesions (12/15, 80%). 结论 RP-EBUS -guided TBLB can sample specimens from different lesions in one patient and is a promising technique for histological diagnosing COP.
