目的 调查分析呼吸道过敏性疾患家居尘螨变应原的分布特征.方法 选取39例患有呼吸道过敏性疾病合并尘螨过敏的受试者,统一填写家居环境问卷;在受试者卧室中分别将由空气,寝具以及静置一个月采集到的灰尘分为空气组,寝具组和静置组;测定各组灰尘样本中屋尘螨变应原第一组分(der p 1)和粉尘螨变应原第一组分(der f 1)的含量;对尘螨变应原浓度采用描述性统计分析,秩和检验及尘螨变应原浓度及家居环境进行Spearman相关分析.结果 1.寝具组der p 1和der f 1含量分别为0.053(0.013~0.392) μ g/g和0.174(0.135~0.297) μg/g,空气组der p 1和derf 1含量分另为0.026(0.013~0.028)μ g/g和0.020(0.013~0.020)μ g/g,静置组der p 1和der f 1含量分别为0.053(0.025~0.059)μg/g和0.040(0.025~0.049)μg/g;2.寝具组中der f 1的含量明显高于der p 1的含量(P<0.05).寝具组的各组分的均高于空气组和静置组(P<0.001),;3.受试者卧室尘螨变应原含量水平与其血清尘螨sIgE水平无相关性;4.房龄,居住于郊区,家庭成员吸烟,住所临近马路,开窗频率以及养猫狗宠物等家居环境因素均与尘螨变应原含量水平相关(P<0.05).结论 呼吸道过敏性疾患室内尘螨变应原类型以der f 1为主,寝具组含量最高.家居环境中与室内尘螨含量相关的因素包括房龄,住所临近马路、家庭成员吸烟、猫狗宠物.
