A SDRAM like conventional memories can be affected by the occurrence of single event upsets(SEUs) which can lead toserious faults such as single-bit error. In order tocope with this effect of SEUs, a fault-tolerant SDRAM controller is proposed instead of previous approaches that required modifications tothe internal structure of the SDRAM itself. For one thing, an optimized encoder and decoder based the(40, 32) Hamming code are integrated toeliminate the problem of single-bit error. Moreover, in the context of error correction, a write request shift register chain is adopted toprefetch the subsequence write requests, and simultaneously a data correction shift register chain is applied tohide the delay of write-back intothe following accesses. Besides, with the dynamic combination of twochains, a reconfigurable new chain can be generated toachieve the goal that the burst read data, corrected data and requested write data can be issued seamlessly. Simulation results show that, the optimized encoder and decoder reduce 16.45% area overhead with the slight delay, and the proposed structure could alsoreduce 11.2% execution time of the test program.

As one of the most widely used storage devices today, hard drives are efficient and convenient, but their failure can cause significant losses. Therefore, early warning of hard drive failures, facilitating timely backup and transfer of stored content, is crucial to minimizing these losses. In recent years, research on hard drive failure prediction has been emerging continuously. However, many models suffer from short prediction times spans and low accuracy, which can lead to insufficient time for data backup. To address this issue, this paper proposes a Cross- Validation Accuracy Weighted Probability Ensemble model (CAWPE) to extend the failure detection cycle. By in-corporating a softmax function in the model's output layer, the interpretability of the model's output is enhanced. Experimental results show that the improved ensemble learning model significantly outperforms baseline models, including BP neural networks, random forests, and LSTM, on datasets of various hard drive models.

The bioadhesive drug delivery systems using satrchbased colon-targeted drug carriers have drawn great attention in the field of pharmaceutical science in resent years.A Neural Network(NN) prediction model was developed based on hibrid method of improved genetic algorithms(GA) and conjugate gradient algorithm for backpropagation(GDBP) NN according to key factors that affect releasing behaviors of satrch-based colontargeted drug *** particular,function approximation capability and high efflcciency of GDBP NN is used to simulate nonlinear relation between key factors and drug carrier releasing ***,the simulation results indicate that compared with traditional GA-BP NN,training efficiency of GAGDBP NN has been greatly ***,the model finds a new way to predict drug carrier releasing behaviors and instructs factors seting in real experiments.

With the rapid growth of web information,there is an increasing need to easily and efficiently acquire accurate information from the massive and heterogamous *** information extraction is such a research area to meet these *** this paper,we analyze the shortcomings of related researches and systems and find that when extracting accurate web information with complex structures,few systems can do so without being too much of a burden to *** at overcoming this type of pitfalls,this paper will study and propose a comprehensive model and framework that can combine the automatic web data analysis and extraction with the user interaction-based semi-supervised web data *** new model and framework has a good trade-off between the automatic generation of extraction rules and their expression capability towards the accurate information *** on this,we further present a multi-functional data extraction rule system that will use a variety of structural and textual extraction rules of different functions to achieve powerful expression ***,to offer powerful expression mechanism for data extraction,this paper will describe a well-designed, XML-based data extraction language which works well for rule generation based on both automatic web structure analysis and user interaction.

This paper introduces "population migration" idea and proposes an improved multi-population genetic algorithm based on population migration,which differed from tradition multi-population genetic algorithms that only improve the crossover and mutation *** new algorithm provides a population adjusting strategy based on population migration to adjust the population size ***,the algorithm divides the initial population into some subpopulations and performs different genetic algorithms on different ***,it evaluates the favorable index of each subpopulation after some ***,it makes some chromosome moving to the subpopulation with high favorable index to continue to ***,when the population has a phenomenon of local value,the algorithm makes the chromosome in this population diffuse to different population to search a new global best *** new algorithm is experimented with the Muth and Thompson standard problem,and the result of the experiment shows the convergence capability and ability to solve the precocity of the new algorithm is improved sharply.

Label noise is a non-negligible problem in supervised and semi-supervised machine learning. Current methods to deal with label noise are mainly algorithm-level robust modeling and data-level noise filtering. However, these methods suffer from poor or inefficient filtration. In this paper, a label noise filtering method based on data distribution and relative density (DD-RDF) is proposed. Firstly, according to the sample distribution of the data set, the regions where each sample is located and divided. Secondly, different filtering rules are adopted for noise removal in different areas. Compared with the Data Distribution Filtering (DDF) algorithm, the DD-RDF algorithm adopts relative density filtering rules to increase neighborhood information in the low-density mixed label area, which makes the algorithm more robust. Experimental results on 12 UCI standard multi-classification data sets show that the noise filtering effect of the DD-RDF algorithm is better than that of the comparison algorithms under different noise ratios.

Search engine has played an important role in information ***,it is not very easy to find interest information from too much returned search *** search visualization system aims at helping users to locate interest documents rapidly from a great amount of returned search *** paper explores visualization of Web search results based on multi-label text classification *** conducts a multi-label classification process on the results from search *** this framework,users could browse interest information according to category label added by our algorithm. A paralleled Na'ive Bayes multi-label classification algorithm is proposed for this application.A two-step feature selection algorithm is constructed to reduce the effect on Na'ive Bayes classifier resulted from feature correlation and feature redundancy.A prototype system,named TJ-MLWC,is developed,which has the function of browsing search results by one or several categories.

Driving fatigue is the most dangerous killer on *** mental vigilance is able to warn the driverand avoid some *** current study mainly focuses onthe power *** electroencephalography(EEG) activitiesin the 5(0-4 Hz),θ(4-8 Hz),α(8-13 Hz) andβ(13-35Hz) bands,reflect the change of the physiological *** ratios of(θ+α)/β,α/β,(θ+α)/(α+β),andθ/β,are also usedfor assessing the *** make use of PCA algorithmand fisher score to remove background noise and select thesignificant discriminative *** that,the sleepy andwakeful selected data are trained and tested by SVM classifier toevaluate the vigilance *** with the result obtainedfrom non-PCA algorithm,the classification result from PCAalgorithm,achieves higher accuracy in theαandβbands,as wellas at the ratios of(θ+α)/βandα/β.The significant differencein the cerebral cortex appears at theδ,αandβbands,as wellas at the ratios ofα/β,(θ+α)/(α+β) andθ/β.These resultssuggest that estimating vigilance levels is *** thevigilance precisely is helpful to keep drivers away from somedangerous driving behaviors in the proposed system.

A fundamental problem in large peer-to-peer application is finding a routing method by which the user can efficiently locate the nodes those stores a particular data *** this paper we present a new resource routing method:redundant De Bruijn routing graph(RDBR).Every node in RDBR has main routing label and assistant routing label,a group of nodes with same main routing label constitute of a redundant routing group. At the time of new nodes join these routing groups can split into several small redundant routing group;at the time of nodes left several neighbor redundant routing group can combine into one large redundant routing *** and theory analysis show that redundant De Bruijn routing graph keeps the virtual of traditional De Bruijn graph and overcome some short coming of traditional De Bruijn graph:It is more robust to nodes failure, it has more bisection width,its node join and leave procedure is simpler.

The way of thinking on Big Data, Open Data and their use by organizations or individuals has been a trending topic over the last few years. Big Data deals with collecting, storing, analyzing and putting data in value. Big, medium and small enterprises want to include information technologies in their management and decision processes. At the same time, movements about rights on public data have increased their presence and force. Data from governments must be open. Every day, more and more cities and countries are opening their data. Open Data has emerged as a new paradigm for the public service provision model with a special role in Smart City. The main goal of Big and Open Data in a Smart City is to develop systems which can be useful for citizens. In this work we analyze how both private enterprises and governments manage to improve their data value by combining private and public datasets and we give some examples of our work in this area.
