A fast and power-efficient full Adder plays key role in electronics trade especially performing arithmetic operations in microprocessors, digital signal processing (DSP) and image processing. Full Adder is such a significant element which contributes substantially to the total power consumption of the network. In this paper, 1-bit Full Adder has been designed which is then analyzed. The leakage power consumption has been done in the circuit using different technologies such as 120nm and 180nm. The designed circuit has shown a incredible reduction in the consumed power of 97.8% and an increase of 12.7% in consumed area compared to GDI full adder in 120nm foundry. By using DSCH2 and MICROWIND2 tools, the designed 1-bit complete adder are compared in phrases of leakage power consumption and surface area.

Microelectrical imaging is a well-known and highly versatile geological and reservoir characterization technique that produces representative and photorealistic images of the formations intersected by a wellbore to form the basis of a thorough and reliable geological interpretation. These images are used to characterize geological structures, natural fractures, faults and interpret sedimentary features and rock facies. This paper introduces the world's first through-the-bit microelectrical imaging tool, also the world's smallest tool in the genre, at 2-1/8 in diameter and 140 lbs. The new tool provides the lowest-cost, lowest-risk method to obtain high-quality images in lateral wells for applications such as fracture characterization of unconventional reservoirs. We present the electrical and mechanical design innovations that enabled repackaging the performance of the industry-standard microelectrical imaging tool into a 'nano' format tough enough to withstand the rigors of through-the-bit conveyance, often in laterals that exceed two miles' length. The basic physics of the industry-standard are maintained with some obvious changes to the geometry. A simple and elegant twelvearm bowspring design maximizes coverage of the borehole wall, while being robust enough to prevent pads from being ripped off downhole, a well-known fault of existing imaging tools in lateral wells. Inpad front-end signal processing of twelve buttons ensures strong signal-to-noise while demanding further innovation in miniaturization. Notwithstanding its diminutive size, the new tool delivers images of 5mm nominal resolution and 76% circumferential coverage in six inch boreholes drilled with water-base fluids. We discuss implications of the new design for the image data processing chain, as development of significant new and tool-specific processing methods was necessary. Application specific integrated circuits are used to provide real-Time performance of handheld devices within the compact physical size and low energy dissipation. However, these circuits are inflexible for any modification like redesign and refabrication. Reconfigurable architectures are promising alternative for conventional computing devices such as application-specific integrated circuits. It provides high-level flexibility to adapt the applications through dynamic hardware customization even after fabrication. A reconfigurable computing system design considers the peculiarities of the targeted application domain along with architectural issues like dynamic reconfiguration, partial reconfiguration, hardware/software co-design and context management. A brief survey has been carried out to understand the concepts and applications of CGRA, FPGA, SoC, NoC, MPSoC, dynamic partial reconfiguration, hardware/software co-design, design-space exploration, multi-objective optimization, genetic algorithm and reconfigurable computing on wireless communications. This paper deals with the survey on modeling, design, implementation and evaluation of coarse-grained dynamically reconfigurable processor architectures targeting the real-Time embedded computing domain. © 2017 IEEE.

We present an attention-based modular neural framework for computer vision. The framework uses a soft attention mechanism allowing models to be trained with gradient descent. It consists of three modules: a recurrent attention module controlling where to look in an image or video frame, a feature-extraction module providing a representation of what is seen, and an objective module formalizing why the model learns its attentive behavior. The attention module allows the model to focus computation on task-related information in the input. We apply the framework to several object tracking tasks and explore various design choices. We experiment with three data sets, bouncing ball, moving digits and the real-world KTH data set. The proposed Recurrent Attentional Tracking Model (RATM) performs well on all three tasks and can generalize to related but previously unseen sequences from a challenging tracking data set.

the Active Matrix Organic Light Emitting Device (AMOLED) currently apply four sub-pixels architecture, which include a red (R), green (G), blue (B) and additional (X) sub-pixel, which has high luminous efficiency to achieve a power efficient display. Therefore, a specified algorithm would be requested to indicate which pair of sub-pixels is lighting up. In this work, we propose an available method to implement the selection for the display of four sub-pixels configuration. Utilizing the property of the CIE-xy coordinate, a threshold value would be derived to perform RGBX sub-pixels selection. The proposed method can simplify the difficulty of conventional algorithm.

In this paper, we formulate a variational framework for the deconvolution of ultrasound images obtained from pulsed-echo linear array transducers. These images, obtained as a result of acoustic response of soft-biological tissues are called Tissue Reflectivity Function (TRF). TRF suffers from speckle patterns due to non-homogeneous nature of soft tissues being interrogated. The interference of reflected beam develops random patches of bright and dark spots. The reduced spatial resolution in the axial direction worsened as a function of distance from the transducer probe affects the diagnostic significance of ultrasonography. We design an optimization framework with consideration to Gaussian and speckle noise characteristics in the form of two data fidelity terms. To preserve edges during the iterative reconstruction process, we introduce Total Variation (TV) regularization term as well. We have conducted experiments on artificially corrupted synthetic data and simulated and real ultrasound data. Experimental results using several metrics supported by the visual results show improvement over state-of-the-art techniques for ultrasound image restoration. © 2020 IEEE.

In this paper, we propose a non-overlapping multi camera object tracking method, which contains two methods, the color correction for multi-camera and the topology of the camera. The color correction for multi-camera can reduce the effect of chromatic aberration and different light source between the cameras. The topology of the camera can improve the efficiency and accuracy of object identification. The proposed method has been tested through a wide range of experimental databases. The simulation results show that the proposed method can improve the performance of non-overlapping multi-camera object tracking system.
