In recent research, clustering protocols have gained a lot of interest in heterogeneous wireless sensor networks (HWSNs) because of handling many critical applications. This paper proposes the extension of MICHB (Modified Intelligent cluster head election based on Bacterial foraging optimization) for three level HWSNs. For this, we apply the MICHB algorithm to the existing protocols (ESEP and EDEEC), and propose MIESEP and MIEDEEC protocols which search sensor nodes (SNs) of high residual energies for cluster heads (CHs) election in distributed HWSNs. Consequently, provides minimized energy consumption, elongated stable period and proper load distribution in the network. simulation results validate that proposed MIESEP and MIEDEEC protocols are capable in enhancing the overall network performance in distributed HWSNs.

To realize the short-term prediction of regional terrorism risk index, this paper proposes a terrorism risk prediction model based on support vector machine (SVM) optimized by whale optimization algorithm (WOA). WOA is used to select penalty parameter and kernel function parameter of SVM. The model takes 16 typical quantitative indicators as independent variables. And the Global Terrorist Index (GTI) of the World Economic and Peace Research Institute is used as the output of the prediction model. The simulation experiments are carried out with the data of Asian countries from 2008 to 2018, and the prediction results are compared with those of BP neural network, traditional SVM model and particle swarm optimization SVM model. The experimental results show that the terrorism risk prediction model based on WOA-SVM has higher prediction accuracy, more stable prediction performance, and can effectively realize the prediction of terrorist risk index.

After analyzing and exploring a variety of image information hiding algorithms, this paper proposes a method based on intelligent multi-agent system to segment wavelet blocks adaptively according to different textures. This method can automatically adjust the embedding intensity of hidden information according to the difference of visibility JND and ensure the original image. Chip quality, and the use of chaotic sequence algorithm to properly encrypt the hidden information, so that the hidden information has better security, the design of information embedding and extraction algorithm, and on the platform of MATLAB to achieve. simulation results show that this method not only maintains the high visual quality of JPEG images, but also has a high capacity of information hiding, which provides security for real-time image communication in the Internet environment.

In the market analysis of the 2018 national recruitment data and the employment situation in a city,it was found that the current college students have serious imbalances in their actual ability and employment salary *** order to predict the salary of employment,doing this *** the Java back-end engineer position,there are the following seven influencing factors:computer network scores,Java programming basic results,database principle results,java web scores,framework programming scores,Linux scores,*** above seven factors affect the salary of the java back-end engineers,using different levels of salary as a marker to build a sample set,using the KNN algorithm to build a salary level prediction *** conclusion is as follows:When K=7,the classifier has better prediction effect with an accuracy of 88.10%.This model has better predictive effect when the degree is undergraduate.

Integrated circuits (ICs) are becoming vulnerable to hardware Trojans. Most of existing works require golden chips to provide references for hardware Trojan detection. However, a golden chip is extremely difficult to obtain. In previous work, we have proposed a classification-based golden chips-free hardware Trojan detection technique. However, the algorithm in the previous work are trained by simulated ICs without considering that there may be a shift which occurs between the simulation and the silicon fabrication. It is necessary to learn from actual silicon fabrication in order to obtain an accurate and effective classification model. We propose a co-training based hardware Trojan detection technique exploiting unlabeled fabricated ICs and inaccurate simulation models, to provide reliable detection capability when facing fabricated ICs, while eliminating the need of fabricated golden chips. First, we train two classification algorithms using simulated ICs. During test-time, the two algorithms can identify different patterns in the unlabeled ICs, and thus be able to label some of these ICs for the further training of the another algorithm. Moreover, we use a statistical examination to choose ICs labeling for the another algorithm in order to help prevent a degradation in performance due to the increased noise in the labeled ICs. We also use a statistical technique for combining the hypotheses from the two classification algorithms to obtain the final decision. The theoretical basis of why the co-training method can work is also described. Experiment results on benchmark circuits show that the proposed technique can detect unknown Trojans with high accuracy (92%~97%) and recall (88%~95%).

Cloud computing is an emerging computing paradigm, where cloud resources are available according to the pay-per-use pricing model and can be scaled dynamically depending on the application needs. Noticeably, many real-time applications that demand both time and functional correctness are moving to cloud. So, it requires efficient use of cloud resources to support applications need. In this context, task scheduling is a well-known technique to achieve the performance improvement of applications running in clouds. Again, execution time and execution cost play a vital role in deciding an appropriate VM for execution of a real-time task. In this paper, we formulate the real-time task scheduling problem as a multi-constraint optimization problem with time and cost constraint. Further, proposed a solution through time and cost-efficient best fit (TCA: BF) and first fit (TCA: FF) scheduling algorithms. Extensive simulation is performed to validate the superiority of the proposed approach compared to some existing ones.

In this paper we present work towards finding an optimal flight zone of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) as adhering to space-restricting factors brought upon by a dynamic vector field extraction algorithm. The objective of the UAV is to perform side-by-side tracking and following of a lightweight ground vehicle while acquiring high quality video of tufts attached to the side of the tracked vehicle. The recorded video is supplied to a dynamic vector field extraction algorithm that produces the positions and deformations of the tufts over time as they interact with the surrounding air, resulting in an airflow model of the tracked vehicle. The present limitations of wind tunnel tests and computational fluid dynamics simulation suggest the use of a UAV for real world evaluation of the aerodynamic properties of the shell of the vehicles exterior. The novelty of the proposed approach is alluded to defining specific flight zone restricting factors while adhering to the vector field extraction algorithm, where as a result we were capable of formalizing a locally-static and a globally-dynamic geofence attached to the tracked vehicle and enclosing the UAV. Moreover, a drone video quality and stability analysis tool was implemented to aid in quantifying the quality of the drone video and in constructing the geofence.

This paper proposes a method to construct a stage scene systematically. We propose how to build key algorithms for each element of the stage based on this method. The scene generation model is constructed to generate the creative stage scene we need based on the combination of these algorithms. We will start with 3D model adversarial generation, style migration generation, scene construction layout, scheme evaluation and scheme selection and so on. Then we will elaborate GANs algorithm, style transfer network, spatial combination and other algorithms. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2019.

Owing to the limited energy-storage capacity of a nanosensor in electromagnetic wireless nanosensor networks(EM-WNSNs), energy efficiency has become an issue in EM-WNSNs. In this study, a non-cooperative power control game(NPCG) is applied to EM-WNSNs for the emission power control of nanosensors, its use generates energy savings. First, a system model is established based on the terahertz channel properties. Second, an NPCG for EM-WNSNs is presented, along with a novel utility function, Nash equilibrium(NE) and its existence and uniqueness, and a power control algorithm based on game theory. Third, the point-to-point communication between nanosensors and a nanocontroller is simulated. simulation results show that the NE of the NPCG is constrained by the profit and cost parameters of the utility function.

Genetic algorithm is a method of searching the optimal solution by using computer to simulate Darwin's biological evolution theory based on natural selection and genetic principles of biological evolution process. This paper aims to solve the problem of the minimum Steiner tree by using genetic algorithm. First, it introduced the concept of genetic algorithm, minimum spanning tree and minimum Steiner tree briefly. Then, it described the application of genetic algorithm in the problem of minimum Steiner tree in detail and gave one method. Finally, this paper has attained the whole approximate root through solving one emulated experimentation emulated about communication network. The solution given in this paper is also applicable to other problems. Its versatility is better. Because of the narrowing of the search range, the search speed is faster and the number of iterations is less.
