The new class of modified Lorenz system based pseudorandom numbers generator, realized in Galois field was considered. Modification is based on realization of Lorenz system in Galois field and making all operations of sum and multiplying in these fields. Perfection and depreciation of digital element base does actual realization of shapers of multilevel chaotic signals on the basis of algorithms of the numerical decision of systems of the differential equations describing systems with dynamic chaos. In article the analysis of statistical characteristics of a new class of pseudorandom numbers generator is carried out. Base statistical properties of modified Lorenz system based pseudorandom numbers generator, realized in Galois field were estimated. Correlation intervals of signals were estimated. Probability distributions of the generated numbers are considered.

The paper considers some practical aspects arising from the use of "transparency windows" (range of symbol time durations of information sequence when error probability per symbol due to intersymbol distortion is zero) to increase spectral efficiency in radio communication systems using multiposition phase-shift keyed signals with n discrete states. The functioning of communication systems was analyzed in the presence of frequency detuning and error produced by phase meter for various amplitude-frequency responses of a linear radio path. The fiber-optic data transfer systems spectral efficiency factor widening conception is proposed. Two kinds of signal transmission rate, - bitrate and baudrate, - and two kinds of spectrum definitions, - frequency and wavelength, - are being analyzed associated with the spectral efficiency factor. Four modifications of spectral efficiency are designed based on four pair transmission rate - spectrum combinations. In addition to the classic spectral efficiency SE the combination set includes: baud efficiency BE, spectral - wavelength efficiency SWE and baud - wavelength efficiency BWE. The transmission rate influence on spectral efficiency factor modifications is being analyzed.
