There is a need to universalize the diagnostic processes of the operability of various radio technical devices and communication systems (RDCS). However, the presence of a wide range of ISSS requires different, sometimes extremely specific, approaches to their diagnosis. In addition, there is no universal method for storing and processing information containing signs of certain malfunctions, deviations in the quality indicators of the RDCS operation, the reasons for their occurrence and how to eliminate them. It is proposed to solve this problem by using an automated analysis of the quality indicators of the work of the ISSS in the semantic expert system. It will allow you to flexibly associate any indicator of the quality of the RDCS with the cause that influenced it, as well as to link the latter with the method or methods of eliminating the cause, which will provide the proposed algorithmic and software with the opportunity to accumulate knowledge in the field of performance analysis and act as an expert in the process of diagnosing the RDCS. © 2021 IEEE.

The article considers the possibility of applying the principle of unbundling in the thermal calculations of onboard signal processing devices. It is established that when performing such calculations, the problem of large time expenditures inevitably arises, as well as the need for a large number of system resources. The estimation of machine time and system resources costs is made in the case of splitting a General task into a number of subtasks on the principle of unbundling. A method is proposed for moving from lower-level tasks to higher-level tasks, taking into account the docking parameters. The estimation of saving of machine time and system resources costs is made when using the proposed principle of unbundling. © 2021 IEEE.

IP video cameras and camera modules are widely used, including in on-board equipment, due to the lack of reference to television standards for image decomposition and interface flexibility, and they are coming to replace solutions based on analog, SDI family and other standards. On-board systems commonly control objects whose position changes over time. IP cameras, due to the applied video processing algorithms, usually transmit the image of static objects with the best quality. Methods of measuring parameters and video cameras involve the use of test tables, thus, the degradation of the quality of time-varying scenes is not controlled. A method for controlling the quality of transmission of moving objects is proposed. Along with subjective assessment, a methodology for obtaining objective parameters characterizing the degree of degradation of a moving image and threshold values of the speed of movement of objects and their illumination was developed. © 2020 IEEE.

Scientific Technical Center "Special Vehicles"of the Moscow Polytechnic University has been conducting research in the field of ensuring the safety of the crew of automotive vehicles for more than 40 years. The specialists of our center paid attention to the fact that, due to revision in the STANAG 4569, maximum permissible safety criteria HIC was reduced by 4 times to 250 units, while the old maximum permissible value of 1000 remained in civilian standards. Such mismatch can be explained by the fact that the STANAG 4569 is regularly reviewed and updated, in contrast to the civil standard, and also by the fact that the criterion does not have a clearly justified unchanged limit value. The authors of this article have repeatedly raised the issue of the incorrectness of the HIC criterion used and its critical values. As a result of the research, it was found out that the injury safety determined by the HIC does not correspond to the injury safety determined by the Wayne State curve, which is referred to by the developers of this criterion. The results can be used in intelligent systems to support decision-making on the selection parameters of road safety systems using artificial intelligence technologies. © 2022 IEEE.

The express diagnostics of multi-mode discrete-nonlinear electronic systems based on the non-harmonic spectra of their signals is considered. A new technique for constructing multidimensional non-harmonic fractional power spectra of signals has been developed. A criterion for choosing the optimal form of basis functions in the non-harmonic spectral analysis of fractal signals of discrete-nonlinear electronic systems is proposed. Multidimensional non-harmonic fractional power spectra of diagnosed discrete-nonlinear Lorentz and Chua systems are proposed and investigated. An approach in the express diagnostics of multimode discrete-nonlinear radio-electronic devices and systems with chaotic dynamics, based on multidimensional fractional power spectra of fractal signals, has been developed. © 2020 IEEE.

In order to ensure the operational and effective safety of on-board systems created for their offline use, it is necessary to apply methods of forecasting threats and choosing the optimal strategy for preventing their consequences. Threats to economic security regarding the life cycle of on-board systems created in the digital economy are usually determined by the level and probability of external, influencing factors that determine the stability and operation of the support system for their life cycle, as which the economic system is considered. From the point of view of systems theory and system analysis, these factors are commonly referred to as environmental state variables. They are random in nature and, when mathematically described, can be continuous, discrete, or categorical. Continuous variables, when they are registered, are represented in the form of graphs or register diagrams. But for statistical and mathematical processing, they are translated into a table format or a discrete form, which, in fact, reduces them to a specific form. Discrete values of environmental variables are recorded in the form of tables or numerical sequences. Categorical variables have the meaning of logical or Boolean values and are registered in the form of tables. The prediction of categorical variables, based on the mathematical definition of safety, must be made by assessing the probability of their manifestation and impact on the life cycle support system of on-board systems as complex technical systems. The main problem in this case is the insufficient volume of statistical data to obtain estimates with a sufficient level of confidence and a tight decision-making time. The presented paper presents a Bayesian approach and a method for assessing the likelihood of threats on a limited set of data flow. Information and communication technologies in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 are used in all industries. In the context of COVID-19 pandemic and the shift to distance learning, computer hardware and software systems are an effective tool for the successful implementation of the training process in the universities. Virtual laboratories, simulators, test computer systems are the components of the virtual educational environment of the universities. Today these tools contain a specific multimedia element - a virtual robot assistant. Student's interaction with a virtual assistant should be comfortable and provide the successful educational process. The authors examined several aspects of effective student's interaction with the multimedia components of the interface of the computerized learning environment. The results of the conducted experiment can be used by developers of computer virtual laboratories, simulators, experimental research stands, test computer systems, a component of which is a virtual robot assistant, to optimize the processes of educational activities distance learning included. © 2022 IEEE.
