In this paper we discuss the problem of establishment of estimated parameters limits for on-board radio electronic equipment. An indicator of compliance with a multi-parameter electronic equipment is proposed, based on minimizing the dimension of the vector of parameters that directly determine the objective function, approximating the tolerance region by hyperplanes, taking into account changes in parameters during operation. The correspondence indicator has the form of a hyperparallelepiped, and when assessing the correspondence, both the location of the point of the state space inside the parallelepiped and the distance from the point of the state space to the reference plane (the face of the hyperparallelepiped) can be determined. The example of using the developed indicator for analyzing the movement of an aircraft in an air corridor is proposed. © 2021 IEEE.

The article discusses the use of continuous processors to generate analog signals of a given shape in a continuous time interval. The purpose of the development is to create built-in devices for monitoring signal parameters for radio engineering systems. The main element of the generator is an analog function interpolator controlled by continuous processors. The generator's operation is based on the approximation of signal functions by its tabulated values. The signal is synthesized at conjugate time intervals by the method of forming a spline model of the function. To calculate the spline coordinates, the polynomials of Newton, Bessel and Stirling are used. The proposed approach makes it possible to create small-sized devices for synthesizing signals of a given shape using analog elements. © 2021 IEEE.

The paper considers topical issues of ensuring cybersecurity of cooperative intelligent transport systems and problems associated with accelerated digital transformation. The results of the analysis of the direction of cyberattacks, their distribution by economic sectors are presented. The structural features of control systems of cooperative intelligent transport systems, their digital inequality and its consequences are considered. The results of the analysis of complex solutions to ensure cybersecurity, including through the use of digital twins of protected systems as cyber polygons for solving problems of detecting cyberattacks and responding to them are presented. The priority ways of solving the C-ITS cybersecurity issues are proposed © 2022 IEEE.

The article proposes a computationally effective scheme of the dispersion distortions compensation device, based on a filter bank using the Farrow filter. The possibility of constructing a tracking compensator for dispersion distortions of broadband signals when transmitting them through the ionospheric channel is considered. The tracking compensator allows the estimation of dispersion distortions and their compensation. The results of simulation of the proposed algorithms are presented: the obtained estimate and the true value of the frequency dispersion parameters. © 2020 IEEE.

The present article is closely connected to a relevant development trend in the automobile industry which is aimed at implementation and operation of electric vehicles. These vehicles are not only safe and energy efficient but also advantageous in relation to vehicle intellectualization and operation. Firstly, this work illustrates the connection between modern vehicle growing operating data volumes and the necessity of the rational data exchange process organization with the help of complex solutions and various data transfer technologies. Secondly, certain technical solutions for data exchange functions as well as for digital control of a lightweight working vehicle electric propulsion system are presented in this article. Thirdly, the article comprises the results of the said functions practical implementation in the form of a high-performance modular platform consistent with the perspective requirements in terms of speed, capacity and reliability of the digital control. Finally, this paper outlines real life solutions of such system equipment and software: it describes an actual application interface which provides control and operation of vehicle electric propulsion system key components using a wireless connection through a mobile device. © 2022 IEEE.

The work is devoted to the analysis of digital methods for extracting linear and periodic components in highly noisy signals of radio engineering systems. When analyzing random data, situations often arise when it is necessary to find out whether observations or estimates of signal parameters are statistically independent or whether they are subject to a trend - a monotonic or periodic change in the properties of systems or processes. This problem acquires special significance in the analysis of non-stationary data, in which it is necessary to reliably identify the presence of a trend or identify their parameters against the background of random changes (in single measurements). © 2020 IEEE.

Ground handling is part of the work process of any onboard complex. The article presents a model of the process of such service, based on the queuing theory methods. The model based on the assumption that random values describing these processes may have arbitrary distributions, which in turn affects the quality of board service. Differences in the values of quality indicators can reach in the case of different distribution laws, they can differ by an order of magnitude, which can be of significant importance when deciding on the deployment of the next point of on-board service. The fundamental importance has that are investigated not the average values of service quality indicators, but their maximum values, which are guaranteed for a predetermined proportion of the entire flow of boards arriving for service. © 2021 IEEE.

A test procedure for the joint interaction of the automatic emergency braking system (AEBS) and adaptive cruise control (ACC) has been developed. To evaluate the effectiveness of the AEBS and ACC systems, two types of test scenarios are proposed: "direct automatic braking"and "sudden appearance of an obstacle". An experimental study was carried out using the developed methodology for Toyota RAV4, Hyundai Tucson, Volvo XC40, Nissan X-Trail cars of 2019. Test runs were conducted at NAMI's Testing Center in daylight on a dry asphalt pavement. The model of an EVT light vehicle according to the ISO 19206-1 standard was used as a vehicle target. A comparison of braking algorithms in front of a fixed obstacle by the AEBS and ACC systems is presented. Parametric recording and test results are given when the test object moves in the ACC mode behind the leader vehicle. The influence of the distance to the leader vehicle and the speed of the lane change by the leader vehicle on the efficiency of ACC and AEBS when braking in front of a fixed obstacle has been established. © 2022 IEEE.
