The article proposes a Connected Vehicle Remote Diagnostic System, designed for operational monitoring of the technical parameters of the vehicles systems in real time, from anywhere with a connection. This function is achieved by the fact that the data collection and transmission equipment is equipped with an adapter for monitoring the technical and operational parameters of vehicles and transmitting these parameters to the terminal device for subsequent sending to the telematic server, the adapter is connected to the CAN buses through the diagnostic connector in the vehicle and is coordinated with them on the software and hardware level. The system is designed to remotely communicate with owners and maintenance personnel to vehicle and provide vehicle warnings and information, including location, performance and service data, to make decisions about where and how the vehicle is used. The system provides critical system readings of temperature and pressure for specific vehicle functions, including hydraulic, transmission and cooling systems.

The relevance of the research topic of this article is due to the fact that the problem of developing and implementing distance learning technologies in the field of higher education is particularly acute for the Russian education system due to increasing requirements for the quality, volume and pace of the educational process and dissatisfaction with the existing system of higher education. The primary task in the process of implementation and functioning of distance learning mechanisms is to ensure information security. The authors developed models and processes of activities related to distance learning at the University. The problems of information protection in the developed models are solved using the most modern technologies and approaches. An important aspect of the educational activity of a modern University is the implementation of training programs with the possibility of obtaining two state diplomas. Such programs involve training in internal or external exchange, and widely use remote technologies.

Today, the use of cloud resources is becoming increasingly popular. On the one hand, it is mere data storage and their respective sharing by a number of users, on the other hand, it is the opportunities that open up following large computing resources available “in the cloud”. An important aspect is the hash function search technologies and adjusting approaches to managing computing resources due to the specifics of their service algorithms. The article considers a simulation model for a computational process built in the Simulink environment (SimEvent) and based on the queueing theory of a G/G/n/inf. system with a set of input streams, an infinite queue, two feedbacks formed by re-processing a request in case of a device failure, and because of the possibility of an extranonce situation and its handling. The results of modeling are considered for different input flows - deterministic, uniformly distributed, Poisson and exponential, with different service disciplines and different laws of processing requests in the queue. The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed model are analyzed in comparison with the well-known methods of controlling input streams (scheduling tasks in operating systems).

The susceptibility of distortions introduced by compression from the point of view of human perception is an important area of research. The ultimate purpose of video quality assessment is to emulate the performance of the biological visual system. Perceptual distortion models have proven successful in describing spatial coding in all human visual systems. However, the question of how the visual regions of the human brain process temporal information have received significantly less attention. Based on the researches of limit to human vision, here we offer a method, software, and test equipment for research and measure the characteristics of human visual systems. This set forms and evaluates stimuli with a specified combination of spatial, temporal, and color characteristics, which differ in a narrowband enough spectrum for measurements.

The article is devoted to modeling a subsystem to ensure the safe movement of an autonomous object. The influence of other vehicles on safety is considered. To determine the position of various traffic participants, it is proposed to predict their position after a certain time interval. Vehicle location data can be obtained from local sensors. Global positioning is used when building a route for an autonomous object. To ensure the processing of large amounts of data, it is proposed to use neural networks. They can perform real-time calculations, which is important for autonomous operation. A combination of neural networks is used to predict the position of objects and to select a safe trajectory. This makes it possible to take into account the possible exit of vehicles moving along the sidewalk onto the carriageway. The simulation was carried out in the C# programming language

The article deals with the problems associated with servicing the population in the field of solid municipal waste removal from garbage containers/bunkers. The authors propose a concept for the development of a software and hardware complex consisting of a device for collecting, processing and transmitting information, which is equipped with garbage containers / bunkers, and special software that uses the transmitted information. The device proposed by the authors is equipped with sensors of filling, smell, location, which allows operators for the removal and disposal of waste to optimize logistics activities due to the timeliness of waste removal, minimizing idle runs. The authors have developed an algorithm for constructing a detour route for containers in need of export, which is based on a genetic algorithm, as well as information received from sensors. The approach proposed by the authors will help solve a number of other problems in the field of waste management by controlling the timeliness of their removal.

The paper presents a methodology for assessing the probability of communication disruptions in one beam of a radio communication system operating on the technology of space-time coding of signals. Expressions are given for an accurate and for an approximate estimate of the probability of communication disruptions in radio channels with multipath and signal fading. Long-term experimental studies of signal fading on a long-range tropospheric radio link have been carried out. It has been experimentally proven that the Rayleigh description of interference fading in multipath propagation of signals is observed in 60% of the time of communication sessions. For the rest of the communication sessions, other laws of probability distribution are observed. It is confirmed that they, together with Rayleigh's description of fading, are special cases of the four-parameter law of probability distribution. Convenient for practical use formulas are obtained for estimating the noise immunity of a communication channel. The graphs of the dependence of the probability of communication failure on the ratio of the average received signal power and the threshold level of the receiver signal are given.

The world practice of organizing research, testing and certification in the field of intelligent transport systems and autonomous movement shows the need to create research laboratories. The research laboratory and test site complexes are an important link in the development, certification and operation of ITS equipment and services, intelligent road infrastructure designed to support the movement of highly automated vehicles, as well as in the development of regulatory and technical requirements at the stage of research experiments. The presence of a sufficient set of research laboratory and testing facilities is the most important key to the development of technical progress. The creation of mobile research laboratories is necessary for the optimal solution of problems arising both at the stages of scientific justification and design and at the stages of construction and operation of ITS projects.

The article discusses possible areas of work in the software package for 1D modeling AVL Cruise M. An example of calculating the driving cycle of a passenger car with classic and hybrid power unit is given. The object of the study and the results of validation of its model are given. It is shown that the model has a high similarity with the real prototype. Acceleration to maximum speed and the NEDC driving cycle for both variants of the power unit are simulated. According to the calculation results, acceleration characteristics and maps of the main operating modes of the internal combustion engine are formed.

The article analyzes the results obtained during the monitoring of the street-road network in 2018–2020. The technology of monitoring is described and the need for the use of mobile road laboratories is justified. The proposed approach for solving the problem of automating the monitoring of street and road network objects is reduced to finding and recording the object, as well as determining its impact on the overall condition of each section of the street and road network using the solution table and making recommendations for repair and restoration work. The results of diagnostics of the street and road network by complex of multi-criteria assessment of the operational condition of the objects of the road network "Automated Road Scanner", during which the following parameters were controlled: longitudinal evenness, transverse evenness, crack density, density of road repair charts, are presented. A comparative analysis of diagnostic results was carried out to identify the causes of deviations of controlled parameters from the normative values. Prospects for the development of information and software for the objects to be repaired are determined. The need to develop an intelligent decision support system for planning repairs is justified
