In order to ensure flight safety during search and rescue operations in difficult meteorological conditions, for example, in the Arctic zone, to generate messages and signals about an approaching obstacle, for the purpose of information support for the crew, it is necessary to provide visualization of the behind-the-cockpit environment by integration of the environment images obtained by cameras in different spectral ranges. The integral indicator of image quality is applicable to assess the information content of both the entire image and its individual parts of interest, obtained automatically or selected by the operator. It is advisable to use this indicator to assess the information content of the channels of technical vision systems for the purpose of adaptive adjustment of video image integration algorithms, in particular, as part of the hardware and software complex for search and rescue operations in difficult meteorological conditions. The implementation of the image integration procedure with subsequent visualization requires the presence of hardware, video cameras, television, long-wave and short-wave infrared ranges. It should be noted that each range requires certain shooting conditions, and, accordingly, is characterized by a given quality of the resulting images. The article shows the advantages and disadvantages of using cameras in the indicated spectral ranges, presents the results of their practical use, describes the procedure for image integration, and provides parameters for assessing their quality. It should be said that today, a very relevant area of research is the synthesis of complexes for supporting air search and res-cue operations with modules and hardware and software that implement procedures for ensuring the integration of initial data, which are often formed by a laser television module (LTM), including television video cameras (TV), long-wave infrared cameras (LWIR), short-wave infrared cameras (SWIR), laser-ranging module and forwa

Researchers of numerous aspects of the implementation of optimal control over the past few decades have paid significant attention to solving problems related to the synthesis of object control systems, phenomena and processes of various nature, including such systems, the structure and content of which significantly change during their operation. Mathematical modeling of the processes of functioning of such systems, as a rule, is realized by forming systems of a large number of differential equations. At the same time, in order to ensure the quality of modeling and subsequent effective control of various objects, special attention is paid to the analysis of the properties of the set of coefficients of the above differential equations. In turn, the above circumstance necessitates a deep modernization of algorithms for solving the so-called "regular problems" of system synthesis. The purpose of this article is to develop a number of approaches and a set of algorithms that allow you to successfully synthesize adequate mathematical models of the so-called singular-perturbed systems in general, and in particular, their individual structural components. The methodology for implementing this scientific research is based on mathematical modeling and subsequent forecasting of the functioning of specific controlled objects and processes, as well as their control systems.

The effect of slow multiplicative noise on the energy spectrum of the noise modulation function is analyzed. Two cases of determining the energy spectrum are considered: with signal distortions described by a narrow-band normal stationary random process, and under the influence of pulse-fluctuation noise. The corresponding mathematical expressions of the energy spectra are obtained, including the case of deep phase distortions. It is shown that when narrow-band multiplicative noise affects the signal, a discrete component is present in the energy spectrum of the noise modulation function. Wherein the depth of the phase distortions will determine the power of said discrete component. The distribution pattern of the continuous part of the energy spectrum of phase distortion is determined by the ratio of the width of the named spectrum to its average frequency. With pulse-fluctuation modulating noise with a deterministic clock interval, the energy spectrum of the noise modulation function is the sum of continuous and discrete parts. Expressions are obtained for determining the discrete and continuous parts of the energy spectrum of the noise modulation function under the influence of modulation noise. The conditions under which the spectrum consists only of discrete components are given.

The article deals with the issue of testing highly automated vehicles (HAVs). Particular attention is paid to virtual testing using hardware-software complex (HSC). Siemens PreScan is used as a software implementation environment for HSC. A technique for testing vision aids based on radar sensors as part of an automatic emergency braking system (AEBS) is proposed. Special attention is paid to the influence of such effects as atmospheric attenuation of radio waves, as well as occlusion. A methodology is also proposed for conducting virtual tests of the effectiveness of LANE SUPPORT systems (LSS). The methodology includes test scenarios implemented in various weather and road conditions in the Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) testing software package. Test scenarios for virtual simulation were developed based on the ISO 17361:2007 test type: changeover to the left lane on a straight section of road through a broken marking line. The results of virtual testing according to the proposed methodology for the effectiveness of the Lane departure warning (LDW) system of the Audi A8 are presented. A monochrome video camera is used as a technical vision device for the operation of the LDW system.

In this article, an algorithm for determining RRS coordinates on the basis of Extended Kalman Filter with the processing of Time of Arrival (ToA) type measurements is proposed. The feature of the proposed algorithm is to determine the radio radiation source (RRS) time of transmission (ToT) in the MLAT system time scale and its filtration using priori information about the period of transmission. It's shown that evaluation of ToT and its filtration at a known period allows you to get closer to the accuracy provided by Time Of Fligth (ToF) method, which can not be implemented directly for MLAT systems. This hypothesis was confirmed by modeling several algorithms: one-step TDoA, filtered TDoA, filtered ToA and one-step ToF. Modeling was performed for both the known constant period and the non constant period. In both cases, the efficiency of the proposed ToA-F algorithm was the same. The efficiency of various algorithms was compared, including the traditional ones based on the calculation of arrival time differences and the proposed one based on ToA observations and using information about transmission period. The most important result was that the ToT estimation and filtering allows to achieve the properties of the ToF method in the MLAT system.

Existing telematic monitoring systems for the state of functioning parameters and characteristics of cars and other mobile equipment make it possible to obtain a large amount of digital data on the state of objects of observation in real time. At the same time, it is possible to evaluate the features and current characteristics of their control parameters by the driver or operator. The paper proposes a fundamental possibility of obtaining predictive information about the features of changes in the characteristics of driving a vehicle by a driver based on the analysis of information received from telematic control of transport information, a block diagram of an information-mathematical system and the principles of mathematical processing of incoming information are proposed. The paper presents some results of the analysis of the time series of the selected vehicle monitoring parameters, which allow applying the Multivariate State Estimation Technique (MSET) method to their assessment in order to obtain the possibility of early detection of a potential emergency situation in driving a car (falling asleep, driver fatigue, stressful situations, inappropriate behavior). The results of the study can become prerequisites for a larger-scale application of MSET methods in monitoring the operation of mobile equipment and assessing the characteristics of its control.

Increasing truck loads, expanding transportation processes, and expanding intermodal transportation are exacerbating the impact on road surfaces. Organizations involved in cargo transportation are faced with the need to find effective solutions to optimize processes and select transport, taking into account legal restrictions. The use of automated decision-making systems based on aggregated big-data from telematic control systems is the best practice. The authors consider the problems of implementing systems for estimating mass, load and degree of body loading. Based on data on cost and potential harm to the road, a multicriteria optimization problem is solved to select the optimal transport model. The modified method of searching for Pareto-optimal solutions is used as a mathematical method. The results of experimental studies of the influence of transportation process parameters on the load capacity utilization rate are presented. The resulting mathematical optimization model is ready for integration into automated cargo transportation management systems and has a calculation error of up to 12.8%.
