Information technology of the Internet of things is actively implemented in all spheres of human life. One of the main directions, in addition to IIoT and Smart City, is Smart healthcare. Wearable devices, including wristbands, not only play an important role in human health monitoring, but also have great potential in driving safety. The article describes the development of a hardware-software complex for monitoring the health status of a vehicle driver, which uses portable devices to control the physiological parameters of a person and transfers data to a mobile terminal or uploads it to a cloud server for data analysis.

In this paper, the method is proposed for compensating for distortion of signals transmitted in a fiber-optic link, based on the inclusion of an analog optical in-verse nonlinear phase filter. The proposed implementation of the restoring analog optical nonlinear phase filter. The simulation results are presented, which demonstrate the ability to compensate for nonlinear distortions and restore pulse signals in a fiber-optic transmission line using the proposed filter. It is shown that the quality of the restoration largely depends on the admissibility of the linear approximation for the exponential characteristic of the nonlinear filter.

Despite the high reliability of the APAR achieved through redundancy, failure and even deviation from the tolerances of the PPM parameters gradually leads to unacceptable changes in the radiation pattern of the APAR and, as a result, to a decrease in the accuracy of the radar with respect to the coordinates of the target. Periodic monitoring of the health of the elements by disabling the antenna and laborious monitoring of all emitters is necessary. There is a need to include automatic switching devices and coordination of the operating modes of the control devices and equipment for generating stimulating signals, state memory circuits controlled by the control devices, and control logic of connecting the control devices to control circuits as part of the control system. The paper discusses approaches to reducing the complexity, increasing the efficiency of the restoration of efficiency and the effectiveness of monitoring operational characteristics by integrating the integrated monitoring and diagnostics systems (IMDS) into the antenna structure.

This article discusses the fundamental features of the application of the decision support system on the example of solving the problem of planning the process of managing technical systems of wireless access to Enterprise Infocommunication Network. The purpose of this article is to consider approaches to the automatic selection of the optimal technical solution for promising business and technological process management systems based on the methods of spectral analysis and analysis of hierarchies. The system analysis technique is developed and applied if the decision-maker does not have the necessary information about a certain situation, allowing it to formalize and find a solution to the problem. Decision-making in management activities is based on a specific type of intellectual activity - information and analytical activities, as a set of activities for the search, collection, processing of information, its assessment, analysis and forecasting of the state of the control object. The importance of information and analytical activities in modern conditions is sharply increasing due to the following reasons: a sharp increase in the volume of information processed in the course of decision-making on management; the difficulty of identifying and establishing cause-and-effect relationships in information about the existing area of management; the complexity of process automation in advanced business and technological process management systems. This necessitates the creation within the framework of a promising automated control system of its specific part - a decision support system. The proposed method of Spectral Analysis Method and the Hierarchy Analysis Method of automatic selection of the optimal technical solution for promising control systems allows automating the process of evaluating the effectiveness and choosing the optimal technical system, in particular, choosing the most optimal means of wireless access to the corporate infocommunication network.

Professional radiotelephone communication in System 112 can be implemented using TETRA standards equipment. We use the methods of teletraffic theory to describe the functioning of standard equipment TETRA. The system allows you to serve calls with failures or with waiting, as well as in half-duplex and duplex modes. The resource of radio channels is limited. Denial of service may occur in the aftermath of an emergency. Consider the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in the TETRA network as a means of reducing denial of service in emergencies. The grouping of unmanned systems with repeaters on board will allow you to organize a self-organizing network, to ensure its reliable automatic operation in the event of the failure of some nodes.

The article analyzes trends in the design of car engines. It assesses the impact of modern engine designs on the economic safety and efficiency of automobiles. The authors provide a combined graph of changes in the design of internal combustion engines over the past 30 years, which shows that their further development is stalling, indicating stagnation. The article also analyzes the impact of improved environmental friendliness on design complexity and reliability. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that the maintenance of the technical condition of an engine is becoming more and more expensive. This inevitably increases the number of defective vehicles in operation with poor environmental performance. The results of comparing normative and actual emissions also confirm this. This article compares the aggregate environmental emissions from vehicles with different engine types at all stages of their life cycle, which shows the prospects for the development of hybrid vehicles. Comparison of fuel consumption of vehicles with both hybrid and gasoline engines of similar power, operated under the same conditions, is given by months during one year. According to the authors, the constant development of vehicle performance should inevitably lead to the natural emergence of radically new designs, which will have higher performance properties and will set the development of vehicle power units in the coming decades.

One of the most important options for using neural networks in the future will be represented by machine-to-machine communication in the field of wireless communication networks, which will meet the necessary diverse range of requirements that arise when creating and operating networks of this type. Subsequently, the communications network will create a domain for a dedicated slice of the existing physical network. The network slice concept is a logical segment of a working physical network that guarantees a set of necessary States for Quality of Service (QoS). It is also worth noting that they are presented for end-to-end communication with the network core. It is also considered as the development of a neural network model for monitoring the system for telecommunications corporate networks. The applied analysis system is carried out.

This article discusses the problem of implementing the Data Fabric architecture as a technology for sustainable data processing and storage for the modernization of industrial platforms in transport and road systems. To perform complex tasks like monitoring road transport facilities entails huge resources for storing interactive data online. The concept of transport enterprises moving to cloud systems opens up gaps in data management in hybrid and multi-cloud systems. To solve such problems, the implementation of the Data Fabric structure allows you to integrate data and metadata for use on various platforms. The sustainable development of such platforms is facilitated by the use of the Data Fabric mechanism as a built-in system for standardization and coding, the implementation of semantic compatibility, proprietary knowledge graphs and the domain of data values of the transport industry. Data Fabric helps organizations solve complex data problems and use cases by managing their data regardless of application types, platforms, and storage locations, while ensuring seamless data access and sharing in a distributed data environment. The article analyzes the stability of the Data Fabric platform as a domain-oriented decomposition model based on a distributed data architecture with centralized management, but not as a fragmented data warehouse. Using the example of such a decomposition, it is necessary to model an architecture that organizes analytical and other data by areas. In this architecture, the domain's interface with the rest of the organization includes not only operational capabilities, but also access to the analytical data that the domain serves to scale the system.

Current trends in the design of road systems are driven by the digitalization process. Work on the introduction of intelligent transport systems is being carried out all over the world, because the improvement of the road network is an important element in creating comfortable conditions for the movement of people in an urbanized environment; a tool for improving road safety. Based on interdisciplinary research methods in the framework of urban planning, the paper proposes a methodology for assessing the prospects for the development of an intelligent city transport system within the framework of the concept of participatory design. The formation of the transport system is seen as a process of coordination of institutional and civil needs. The goal of the joint work of urban planners and civil society is to improve the safety of road infrastructure, not only through the development and implementation of quality standards, but also through the internalization (recognition) of the value of new technologies by the society. It is necessary to introduce the principles of participatory design of the transport system into the development of the road network, the urban space should remain free for co-creation. The problem of the study is that technologies for improving road safety, including the use of artificial intelligence, automation systems for traffic management processes depending on the rhythm of the city, weather conditions, time of day (traffic flow detectors, CCTV cameras, "smart traffic lights", weather stations, vehicle traffic sensors, navigation information systems, weather information display systems, environmental pollution sensors, traffic control centers, etc.) can be perceived by citizens primarily as devices that restrict freedom of movement, and not as means of improving road safety
