The present article engages with the ongoing discourse surrounding the implementation of artificial intelligence and explainable artificial intelligence within the domain of information security systems. In the context of escalating cyber threats and mounting data volumes, conventional defense methodologies are proving to be inadequate. Consequently, the integration of artificial intelligence has emerged as a pivotal strategy to enhance the efficacy of threat detection and response processes. The article delves into the intricacies of explainability in artificial intelligence decision-making, exploring explainable artificial intelligence techniques such as local interpretable model-agnostic explanations, shapley additive explanations, gradient-weighted class activation mapping, and layer-wise relevance propagation. These techniques facilitate a more profound comprehension of the rationale behind artificial intelligence models' decisions, thereby enhancing the interpretability of these models. The discourse further encompasses the trade-offs between the accuracy and explainability of artificial intelligence models, along with their potential applications in security information management systems to enhance the efficiency and quality of incident analysis. The integration of explainable artificial intelligence into information security systems has the potential to enhance user confidence in artificial intelligence technologies and optimize human-machine interaction. © 2025 IEEE.

Combining Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) with Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) offers a promising way to improve spectral efficiency and energy utilization in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite networks. However, the highly dynamic nature of LEO environments make it challenging to optimize RIS phase shifts and power allocation in real time. This paper introduces a reinforcement learning-based framework that applies the Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) algorithm to jointly optimize RIS configurations and power allocation among users. The proposed method works in two stages: first, SAC fine-tunes RIS phase shifts while keeping power allocation fixed;then, it dynamically adjusts power levels to enhance overall system performance. This method, in contrast to traditional strategies that depend on perfect channel state information (CSI), focuses on adaptive decision-making aimed at maximizing rewards, effectively mitigating the impact of channel estimation errors during training. Simulation results confirm that the SAC-based framework effectively boosts channel capacity without requiring additional transmission power. Furthermore, integrating RIS with NOMA further enhances performance, making it a strong candidate for next-generation satellite communications. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper presents an upgraded traffic flow forecasting technique based on adaptive spatial temporal learning with prompts. The improved model aims to increase the accuracy of forecasts and robustness to data changes by optimizing the mechanisms for processing temporal and spatial characteristics. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, experiments were conducted on the PEMS03, PEMS04, PEMS07M and Chengdu Didi datasets. The results showed that the proposed model reduces MAE by 5.4% and RMSE by 4.8% compared to baseline methods, demonstrating faster convergence and robustness to changes in data distribution. The improvements were achieved through the implementation of adaptive prompts that allow dynamic consideration of traffic features. Additionally, the model uses data from intelligent transport systems (ITS) detectors, which ensures accurate and timely forecasting of the traffic situation. The developed approach helps to improve the efficiency of urban transport management, allowing to optimize flow regulation and minimize congestion. © 2025 IEEE.

For processes implemented in various control systems, it is often necessary to ensure the presence of selfadaptation (self-learning) properties, in particular, this is important when the control object is characterized by a wide range of transmission coefficient changes, as well as if it is necessary to ensure the stability of the quality of the object's control processes when exposed to a set of parametric disturbances. The successful operation of control systems in such conditions must be ensured so that the system's response to this signal is adequate and effectively formed in accordance with the quality criterion, for example, the minimum error. One of the ways to solve such problems is to integrate additive parametric feedback circuits into the control system. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the condition regarding the independence of the error value from the values of the object parameters is fulfilled. This, in turn, ensures that errors are minimized. The authors of this scientific study have developed and substantiated a way to ensure such a condition for minimizing control errors by forming a parametric feedback subsystem. Other means are also proposed and justified to minimize errors in the management of systems and processes of various types. © 2025 IEEE.

Dependability requirements are increasing with each new generation of communication networks and systems. Availability is one of the core dependability attributes and dependability requirements are often set as requirements specifically for availability. Therefore, it is very important correctly specify such requirements and validate compliance with them. These issues are studied in this paper. A parametric approach with a time over threshold is proposed to determine failure and restoration criteria. The choice of availability measures for communication networks is considered. The features and difficulties of applying the calculation method and tests to validate compliance with requirements at the design and commissioning stages are discussed.

Currently, base stations of cellular communication systems are widely used and installed everywhere in different parts of the world. At the same time, some maintenance conditions require protection of base stations of cellular communication systems from mechanical damage to devices of the antenna-feeder path of base stations of modern cellular communication systems. The using a protective screen is proposed and a theoretical justification is given for the possibility of application of the developed technical means of ensuring the safety of base station systems of modern cellular communication systems. The parameters of the protective screen and its effect on the propagation of signals of modern cellular communication systems were studied.
