As a rule, the management of complex organizational-technical facilities is implemented through the creation of automated control systems, and to ensure continuity and maintain the required level of the quality management system of the automated control system provides information subsystem, which provides officials control and automation systems providing the required item of information services that guarantee make informed correct decisions for the organization management system. At the same time, the functioning of the information subsystem itself as a complex system, including in emergency conditions, provides for its management, for which a dedicated management system is created, which is assigned to solve a number of management tasks, among which the most important is the task of ensuring effective functioning, including on the basis of creating and implementing methods for managing the processes of providing information services. At the same time, the constantly increasing complexity of information subsystems and their functioning processes makes it extremely difficult to organize the management processes of the subsystem itself. Among all the tasks of managing an information subsystem, the task of managing its functioning is the most complex, since it is associated with the need to take into account many factors, characteristics and parameters of complex processes occurring in the subsystem. Therefore, when developing methods of management of functioning of the information subsystem, it is advisable to consider the control problem as a complex, involving the application of complex methods, each of which is used in the control loop of the control system under certain operating conditions and provides either the highest efficiency or efficiency not lower than required.

This article discusses the problems of delivery of small consignments from manufacturers. The problems of flexibility of a modern logistics system, which must be constantly adjusted for high-quality and efficient satisfaction of consumer demand, are considered. The article discusses the impact of delivery by half-empty vehicles on the cost of the final product. The authors consider the possibility of increasing the efficiency of the transport process by means of using terminal warehouse complexes and determine their place and role in the technological scheme of the transport cycle for the delivery of goods by road. The article discusses the use of pooling technology in transportation, as well as the prospects of this system in Russia. The authors consider the possibility of using a multi-agent approach to solving problems that arise when using pooling technology. The efficiency of the pooling technology will be achieved through the creation of intelligent agents that can quickly plan and reschedule the allocation of resources in accordance with dynamically changing conditions. They also single out autonomous agents in the future system and establish connections between their interactions. Agents can interact with each other, exchanging messages, analyze received messages, make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and lack of information. One of the features of an agent is its ability to learn, based on the use of knowledge bases in a certain field of activity, containing decision-making models, optimization, analysis algorithms, learning.

This article uses the previously presented method [1] of joint estimation of range and radial velocity in short-range radars using one ultra-wideband signal with discrete frequency coded waveform (DFCW). The core of the method is the use of the expression of the two-dimensional digital compression function of the output of the radar receiver ADC. The results of the practical implementation of this method are presented in a radar with a generation circuit using a phase-locked loop (PLL) generator, direct digital synthesis generator (DDS) and a quadrature modulator (IQ modulator). The results of the method are compared for signals with linear and pseudo-random frequency codes. The results of the method after using the calibration algorithm are presented.

The paper is devoted to the problem of estimating the state of a complex system with nonlinear dynamic behavior using nonlinear filtering. Modern numerical methods of nonlinear filtering for estimating the unknown state vector of a stochastic differential system of Itô type with discrete measurements are studied. The relevance of the work is due to the necessity to improve the accuracy of state vector estimation in dynamic systems under conditions of a priori uncertainty of information about the system functions and measurement. In this paper, a nonlinear system with formant Wiener noise is considered. As the chosen method of nonlinear filtering the sigma-point Kalman filter is used, which has sufficient accuracy of state vector estimation at low computational complexity. The paper discusses ways to improve the accuracy of nonlinear system vector estimation using sigma-point Kalman filter. Mathematical description of the sigma-point Kalman filter operation is given, and the methods of improving the quality of operation under conditions of a priori unknown functions of the system and measurement by estimating the values of covariance matrices of random processes are proposed. The paper presents the results of modeling of the sigma-point Kalman filter for both linear and nonlinear measurement functions. The obtained values of RMS error under conditions of a priori uncertainty of system and measurement functions under approximation of covariance matrices have the same order as in the case of a priori known functions. The paper presents the results of nonlinear filtering simulation at different values of the sampling period. In conclusion, recommendations for the choice of parameters of the sigma-point Kalman filter when working under conditions of a priori uncertainty of system and measurement functions are given.

The ways and algorithms for automating the control of computer systems by intelligently analyzing unstructured data from system logs in order to detect and diagnose abnormal states are analyzed. This information is needed by the technical support service to localize the problem and accurately diagnose it. Because of the ever-increasing size of logs, intelligent analysis data models are being used to help developers extract system information. The research was conducted on a network infrastructure consisting of 6 hosts that make up a cluster under Rancher management. Expertly, events that significantly affect the system and are abnormal, related to problems with the passage of traffic on the network, or denial of service. Of the 988 message templates, 81 patterns are marked as abnormal.

The method of the automation of the learning process of a neural network as classifier is considered in this paper. This method is based on using the developed algorithm and programs that automatically generate training examples. For this purpose, the methodology of planning a full factorial experiment is used. The classifier is software complex, which includes: a database, a multilayer perceptron, as well as a block of programs providing automatic learning of perceptron. Application neural network as classifier with automated learning allows significantly reduce time spent on the formation of a constructive basis for complex transport systems.

The article deals with the estimation of passenger's transportation process amount and level of service. The relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that urban passenger transport plays an important role for the population of cities in Russia and in the world. The administrations of large cities and mega polices consider this type of transport as the main tool for improving the difficult transport situation daily appearing in the sections of the road network. These problems can be solved successfully if the population begins to use urban passenger transport more and use personal vehicles less. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to significantly improve the quality of service provided by urban passenger transport, based on the use of automated control systems for urban passenger transport, which, first, should ensure the regularity of the movement of public transport vehicles and, secondly, provide comfortable conditions for passenger transportation. A particular influence on the quality of passenger service in urban passenger transport is the reliability of the transportation process, which is directly related to the regularity of traffic, and the comfort of transportation, which is estimated by the degree of vehicle interior occupation. The passenger transport management system should receive information about the degree of passenger vehicle interior occupation in order to be able to regulate the transportation process on-line and not allow the passenger compartment to be overflowed. For this purpose, a special phase space model of the transportation process states is suggested. Two dimensions coordinate system enables to represent transportation process at any time for any route of public transport. Moreover, the phase space is divided into subspaces each of them corresponds to a certain level of service. The problems of the formation and output of the measurement results of the energy spectrum of the optical signal in a spectrum analysis system based on a device with a diffraction grating and fiber-optic transmission system (FOTS) of the analyzed signals are considered. The use of FOTS allows implementing a contactless method of spectrum analysis. A mathematical model has been developed for obtaining reference values of the energy spectrum by linear CCD sensor detection. A method for correction reading results allows us to take into account the nonuniformity of the spectral sensitivity of the linear CCD sensor, the frequency response of the attenuation of the optical fiber, and also the features of the formed spectra in different diffraction orders is proposed.

At present days a promising direction is the development of information management systems design, allowing to describe the subject area in the form of a set objects. The purpose of this paper is to consider representation models knowledge in expert systems and highlighting the benefits of using object-based -approximate representation of knowledge about the design area radio device. This paper outlines the principles of construction object-oriented knowledge base management systems that would be compatible with existing programming languages with respect to structures representations of managed knowledge and would provide opportunities to integrate them into expert systems operating on the basis of the concept of open systems. It is proved that the most optimal is the separation of knowledge and meta-knowledge complex mixed types resulting from inheritance. At the same time, internal representation of complex objects formed as a result of inheritance, looks like inheritance chains. When working with complex this system automatically searches special links, allowing you to perform operations according to the SQL standard.

The main tasks are discussed in this paper such as in the construction of transmitters of digital television broadcasting, in particular the task of constructing a universal preamplifier, which can be used regardless of any particular channel. Distributed amplifiers permit to build wide-range power amplifiers with constant gain in the preset frequency range. The main feature of the construction of distributed amplifiers is using input and output capacitances of amplifying device in the artificial transmission lines. The main advantages and disadvantages of this type of amplifiers are presented in the paper. The method of calculation of distributed amplifier for UHF and the research its energetic characteristics are discussed in the paper. The further research tasks for this type of amplifier are given.
