This article examines the influence of various economic factors on the choice of educational trajectories of students in the field of electronic engineering. The elements such as the salary level, the demand for specialists in this field, as well as changes in economic policy and financing of education influence the preferences of students and their decisions about further studies are analyzed. It has been suggested to design analog devices using elementary units of the automatic control theory in order to reduce the labor consumption of the design process. The elementary units have been simulated and implemented on the basis of digital elements. It has been shown that the elementary units studied can be configured into specific analog devices. The correctness of the suggested method has been verified for the example of the simulation and design of an analog filter circuit on the basis of digital elements

Various filters used in modern devices for transmitting and processing audio signals are not adaptive to these signals, therefore proposals are being developed use of adaptive filtering based on the modulation representation of signals. It is proposed, using filtering based on nonlinear transposition of the spectrum of a complex signal and its limitation, to resolve the contradiction between the quality of filtering and the speed of restructuring of filter parameters. It is shown that adaptive filtering of broadcast signals allows the formation of a continuous signal in a band, the central frequency of which shifts in accordance with the shift of the maximum of the envelope of the amplitude spectrum, and the passband changes in accordance with the embedded patterns.

One of the most important elements of the groundbased robotic complex is the vision system. Taking into account the requirements for increasing the autonomy of robotic complexes, an important function of a robotic complex is the detection and recognition of objects in the field of view. The article is devoted to solving the problem of increasing the efficiency of object recognition by the vision system due to the integration of heterogeneous information: optical and radar images. A convolutional neural network was used as a recognition device. It is shown that the integration of information makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the technical vision system of the robotic complex by 38-43%.

This article discusses effective methods for assessing students' knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, with an emphasis on traditional and innovative approaches. The accuracy of positioning and determining the spatial orientation of mobile robotic systems (MRS) that monitor traffic conditions, urban infrastructure, assess emergency situations and their consequences, etc., directly depends on the efficiency of processing information received from machine vision systems (MVS). Some of the most effective methods for assessing the navigation parameters of MRS using MVS are methods based on calculating the velocity field of the optical flow reflected from the surface. At the same time, direct calculation of the velocity field is a very complex computational task. In the practical use of existing methods for processing optical flow based on various assumptions, the computational costs are often unrealizable for on-board computers, which makes it impossible to solve the navigation problem in real time. Due to the relevance of this problem, the article considers one of the possible options for its solution, based on solving a system of linear equations and providing minimal computational costs when determining the linear and angular velocities of MRS, easily implemented in the on-board computer in real time. A natural experiment was conducted to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

The article presents methods of multicriterial optimization, which are of the greatest interest in the complex control systems synthesis, such as logistic transport systems (LTS). Complex systems synthesis involves the design of derivative structures optimized by a vector criteria. The main multicriterial optimization theory postulate is the position on the unattainability in the general case of exact optimization of the vector functional, which gives rise to a variety of methods and models for solving multicriterial optimization problems. In this regard, it is necessary to generalize the most common formal approaches to the problem of optimization by vector criteria.

In modern industry and transport systems, control to ensure the accuracy of technology processes is of crucial significance. The article provides examples of using the theory of dynamic systems to ensure the accuracy of control systems for elements of transport systems, allowing for monitoring, optimization and intensification of processes based on automated systems for analyzing control system indicators. Control systems encounter such disturbing factors as dynamic loads, equipment wear and tear and external factors leading to variations from specified parameters. The paper presents studies of dynamic characteristics to determine potential opportunities for adjusting process parameters, which in turn help in identifying the causes of deviations and determining optimal process parameters. The proposed methods for assessing the quality indicators of control systems are proposed for use in digital signal processing, control systems and other applications related to the analysis of dynamic systems.

The design of on-board computer systems associates with a large number of calculations and the implementation of complex algorithms. Analytical and simulation models develop for this purpose. These models must take into account a significant number of factors, which include environmental influences, load fluctuations, and others. Queuing theory methods widely uses in modeling on-board computer systems. Queuing network models may be either open or closed. It becomes possible to take into account the network users operation technology when calculating the characteristics of this a model in the latter case. It is necessary to use special software or develop your own programs using algorithmic programming languages in any case. The processes taking place in on-board computer networks describes by the Erlang processes. Software implementation of it has been has quite complicated for a long time. In 1974 Jagerman develops a fast algorithm that implemented Erlang formula however. This paper provides examples of models and programs that allow you calculate the characteristics of on-board computer systems with a complex structure of user dialogue based on the Jagerman algorithm and Brown method for solution of nonlinear equations.

Blockchain technologies, due to their properties of decentralization, data immutability and cryptographic security, offer a promising solution for IoT networks. However, storing data in a blockchain may not always meet real-time requirements. When designing IoT networks that use blockchain for data storage, it is necessary to evaluate the probabilistic and temporal characteristics of the blockchain, such as the time of block formation and transaction confirmation. The paper proposes a queuing model for a blockchain network with the Proof of Work consensus algorithm. It is modeled as a closed queuing network with a complex dialogue structure between participants. The model could be used to design a blockchain for IoT systems that accounts for network characteristics and blockchain operation parameters.
