This research aims to visualize the relationality between 'Hito', 'Mono,' and 'Koto', in a community as relationality assets. The purpose is to develop an awareness of the relationality in communities and rebuild communities. In this paper, we explain a design of relationality assets. We built a simulation model using a multi-agent system to investigate how the proposed mechanisms work and influence the behaviors of the community as a system. © 2019 ieee.

data security is an important issue in healthcare system in Bangladesh, especially in a rural and remote area where proper medical care doesn39;t reach in time, and the infrastructures of the medical system in those areas are impracticable. Providing proper medical care to the citizens of rural and remote regions with secure information is a challenge in Bangladesh. Telemedicine systems have been introduced for serving rural people with proper medical care, but in those systems, patients39;data is insecure. To address this issue, this paper proposed a model of telemedicine system using blockchain technology for medical care of rural people and the security of personal data of patients. Implementation of this model will help those people with proper and reliable medical care with the security of private information and may also bring more medical benefits for the citizens of Bangladesh economically, socially, and technologically. © 2019 ieee.

In this paper, we explore natural language processing (NLP) methods to perform sentiment analysis or opinion mining. In addition, we show an application on English and Arabic sentiment analysis by implementing sentiment classification for three datasets which are Booking hotel dataset, Food fine Amazon dataset and Arabic movie review dataset. We applied Word2Vec model followed by Random Forest classifier (RF) for Arabic movie dataset. The results show that the Word2Vec model shows highly effective performance in sentiment analysis for English language datasets but it does not work for Arabic language as Arabic language need different mechanism. © 2019 ieee.

Rainfall prediction is one of the most important and at the same time challenging task. Meteorologists can predict weather patterns such as rainfall based on atmospheric parameters such as Humidity, Temperature, etc. This paper presents research on rainfall prediction based on historical dataset through neural network by training a network and testing it. Mean squared error (MSE) is used to generalize the performance of the model. Three different dataset, training algorithm and hidden layer setting is used for prediction. The results obtained reveals that ideally all three training algorithm is producing good results as MSE is closer to zero. Undoubtedly, neural network proves to be most appropriate technique for forecasting various weather phenomena such as rainfall. It can be further alluded that Bayesian Regularization tends to give lower MSE values compare to the other two training algorithms. © 2019 ieee.

This paper studies the problem of designing robust model predictive control (RMPC) for four-wheel independently driven electric vehicles (FWIDEV) using differential speed steering. The nonlinear dynamic model of the electric vehicle is recast as a linear time-varying polytopic uncertain system. An important issue for this controller is the recursive solution for the lateral stabilisation of the uncertain system without the need for conventional steering. Consequently, based on the developed predictive model for the FWIDEV, sufficient conditions for the existence of an RMPC are given in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMI) constraints, importantly, the stability conditions of the closed loop systems are also explained. Lastly, the proposed RMPC design shows strong disturbance attenuation and robustness for the uncertain system. The simulation results have also supported the proposed design as compared with a custom Matlab solver and other LMI designs. © 2019 ieee.

This paper investigates the design implementation of a discipline specific online orientation tool for new students of higher education. Many incoming students face difficulties because of the sudden change in the eduscape, the transition from high schools to higher education institutions made more difficult due to attributes such as different learning styles, lifestyles and traditional and cultural practices. In general, the lower pass rates in first year courses are especially noticeable for students who register late and those based in peripheral campuses and centres. This is also the case for many students who arrive to a new campus away from their countries for programmes not offered in their local campuses. This ICT enabled tool is designed to address the new students' anxieties and fears, and ease the adaptation to science Programmes in higher education. The tool also allows students to understand the dynamic environment, be informed about the academic and social issues and also have the ownership of the University. Based on the findings, the paper provides recommendations on the design, development and implementation of the Faculty Orientation Online tool (FOOT). © 2019 ieee.

Blockchain technology is becoming more and more popular day-by-day with an escalating interest in numerous applications ranging from data management, financial services, cyber security, Internet of things (IoT) and food science to healthcare industry and brain research. There has been a remarkable interest witnessed in utilizing applications of blockchain for the delivery of safe and secure National Identity (ID) management. Also, blockchain can reform the traditional ID management practices to a more reliable means in terms of effective use and distribution through safe and secure data sharing.
