The key to analyze the reliability of aeronautical equipment is to establish a reliability model that can reflect the failure mechanism of the system and conform to the results of the failure data analysis. The modeling method is to select the most suitable distribution form and estimate the distribution parameters by using the failure data in the maintenance information. In order to describe the failure and life rule of avionics more truly and improve the accuracy and efficiency of reliability analysis, we propose a reliability data analysis method based on exponential distribution. In this method, the fault data of avionics are fitted with different distributions, and the goodness of fit is judged by probability plot. Under the level of confidence interval condition, life distribution model is chosen when the Anderson-Darling value is minimum. And on this basis, the reliability analysis is carried out in depth. Finally, an application example in the field of aviation equipment support is given. The analysis results show that the method is simple and feasible. This method can provide a theoretical basis for determining the time of component replacement in the maintenance process of avionics.

In this paper, we apply model-checking approach to formally analyze energy consumption of the radio interface in order to guarantee network lifetime in the context of the Internet of Things. We propose a joint MAC-physical model of the IEEE 802.15.4 standard to capture and represent key operations that consume energy resources of the nodes at the radio interface component. We argue that the combination of the radio interface ON/OFF state switching mechanism with CSMA/CA medium access method leads to better modeling of the energy consumption and help understanding the interaction between MAC and physical layers. Our model provides accurate representation of simulation models at the first two layers of node's protocol stack compliant with IEEE 802.15.4 standard.

The paper presents a novel road surface estimation method using a big-data analysis approach. The generation of the estimation model is based on the pace regression technique, which utilizes the large amount of data provided by the sensors of autonomous vehicles. The result of the estimation is used in the lateral control design of vehicles. The control design is based on the LPV method, in which the result of the road surface estimation is used as a scheduling variable. The effectiveness and the performances of the proposed control system are examined through a comprehensive simulation which is conducted in a vehicle simulation environment.

In the present contribution, the potentials of utilizing techniques of big data analysis as a means to improve the understanding of complex probabilistic system representations are investigated. It is assumed that a probabilistic model is available for the representation of the system performances and that an adequate Monte Carlo simulation technique is available and applied for the probabilistic analysis of these. Model-based clustering analysis is then applied to establish a visual representation of the Monte Carlo simulated scenarios of events leading to different performances of the considered system. Various conditioning events on the simulated scenarios, such as specific failure events, are readily introduced by sorting. Assuming that the Monte Carlo simulated scenarios of events are utilized to establish a surrogate representation of the considered system, variance based sensitivities are derived for both the case of independent and dependent random variables. To this end, so-called ANOVA and the very recently formulated ANCOVA decomposition's are applied. The proposed scheme is illustrated on a simple example in which the probabilistic characteristics of non-linear structural performances of a moment resisting frame structure are considered. It is seen from the example that big data techniques may readily be applied to provide significant insights on which scenarios of events govern the probabilistic characteristics of the performances of the system, and with respect to how uncertainties associated with the random variables used to model the system propagate in the system and affect its responses. The latter is especially useful when aiming to reduce model complexity, but also in the context of structural health monitoring where response characteristics that contain significant information about the state of the system must be identified.

In the process of modeling distributed power grid connection, the parameter control effect is not good, and the modeling is not stable. A distributed power energy grid-connected control method based on large data is put forward. Distributed power energy-energy grid-connected model is established, a DC/AC inverter model and a current inner-loop controller model are analyzed. And an equivalent circuit model analysis of the terminal voltage of the grid-connected inverter of the controller is analyzed. The fuzzy PID control algorithm is introduced to identify the unknown parameters in the distributed power energy grid-connected control, the fitness function of the inner ring controller and the fitness function of the outer ring controller are obtained. Expert database is initialized and updated, Until the maximum number of iterations or convergence accuracy is reached. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the performance of the distributed power grid-connected control.

Tactical wireless networks operate in complex environments with various resource constraints as well as constant link-state changes. These network topologies are predominantly based on some flavor of adhoc network design in order to accomplish rapid deployment goals. Utilizing the ns-3 simulator and a small tactical network topology with 50 nodes we evaluate the performance of both voice and video transmissions. A combination of nix-vector routing and link-state tables are used to create dynamic routing within the simulation. Then the performance of a SIP based real-time audio and video application in an adhoc network is analyzed. Additionally, we have implemented QoS in ns-3 to support traffic prioritization as needed by voice and video applications. Finally we compare the performance of the real-time voice and video applications using different traffic model.

Aspect-based sentiment analysis aims to determine the sentiment of a specific aspect in the sentence. Most of the previous studies employ attention-based RNN models to capture aspect-dependent features in sentences or model Inter-Aspect Relation (IAR). However, RNN is difficult to parallelize when calculating all the elements in a sequence, and the word-level weight in attention mechanisms may introduce noise. Besides, we observe that the IAR contains inter-aspect syntactic relation and inter-aspect semantic relation, while the latter is overlooked in past IAR modeling studies. In this paper, we propose a new architecture that employs the multi-head attention mechanism to implement the parallel computation of sequence elements and introduce less noise than traditional attention mechanisms and model both relations in IAR. The experimental results on different types of data show that our model consistently outperforms state-of-the-art methods.

As for the complex integration of power grid planning data and difficulty in meeting the power grid development needs by the current power grid planning simulation and calculation capability, this paper conducted the study on power grid planning data structure system, power grid consistency planning decision-making system by using big data and cloud computing technology. The key technologies, functional architecture and network architecture for the implementation of the power grid consistency planning decision-making system are proposed. The decision-making system for power grid consistency planning is developed to realize the distributed maintenance, structured consistency management and intelligent cloud storage of power grid planning data resources, and realize the dynamic allocation and overall coordination of calculation and verification, which can meet the needs of power grid consistency planning simulation calculations at different management levels and voltage levels, and provide technical support for large-scale power grid planning decision-making. The field application in more than 120 power grid companies illustrates the economic benefits of the developed decision-making system for power grid consistency planning.

Industrial Internet platform needs to solve a series of problems, such as access of multi-type industrial equipment, multi-source industrial data integration, massive data management and processing, industrial Internet security and so on. This paper builds industrial big data analysis algorithm library based on domain knowledge modeling and big data analysis of industrial data. Through the analysis of the behavior characteristics of industrial internet network traffic data, this paper studies the method of selecting traffic characteristics of events in the industrial Internet;establishes the propagation and evolution model of security events in the industrial Internet, and builds a traceability map of security event propagation;This study combines the characteristics of large data volume and centralized control of future industrial Internet to reduce the complexity of security event detection and analysis. It has reference value for industrial Internet controller to formulate node routing strategy.

This study presents flood level estimation using state space model. Traditional water-level sensors for large-scale river can detect water-level rising, though they have limitations in detecting urban flooding depth. Therefore, we propose a flood estimation method, which integrate observed data and flood analysis simulation with minimizing the number of water-level sensors. The estimation method of this research consists of three procedures: flood simulation using a continuity equation and motion equations, compensation using geographic characteristics and data assimilation using temporal-spatial state space model. We apply state space model to actual flooding data of Typhoon in 2017. The analysis result shows that estimated values agree with the observed values. This study is an approach to know the flood level in the urban area with the limited observation data for detecting the real-time flooding of small rivers and waterways, and the flooding process of living areas like the street.
