Based on the DINO model, this article develops a separate multi-level scoring cognitive diagnosis model (P-DINO model) and uses a combination of Monte Carlo simulation and empirical research to discuss the performance and effectiveness of the new model. At the same time, we design a depression detection software based on voice signals, including an analysis system based on deep learning and user terminal software based on the iOS platform, to provide a new way for early screening of depression and to reduce depression detection to a certain extent the cost of. The results show that in the evaluation of depressive symptoms, the performance of the P-DINO model is better than that of the DINO model and the traditional evaluation of depressive symptoms.

The deep learning revolution, driven especially by incredible achievements in image recognition technology, encourages a predominately data-driven approach to machine learning and data science techniques. However, the emphasis on statistical inference from bigdata sources alone has diminished the role of existing knowledge and well-established theory. For example, vehicle traffic patterns are highly regular on a weekly period but can deviate unexpectedly in certain situations such as inclement weather, accidents, road work, etc. A purely data-driven approach would simply ask the model to handle all the different situations, while knowledge and situation-aware systems will take advantage of existing knowledge to help guide the machine learning process. This work aims to illustrate how knowledge and situational awareness can help data scientists to build more effective models in the field of vehicle traffic forecasting. The special circumstances considered here include holidays, special weather conditions, accidents, and location awareness that facilitates transfer learning. In addition, we present a novel modeling technique, Quadratic Extreme Learning Machine, that generally improves upon the standard Extreme Learning Machine model while remaining relatively efficient. The Quadratic Extreme Learning Machine can be potentially used as an alternative to Neural Networks, which generally entails higher computational costs.

Contraposing to the security of cloud storage service network and data sharing characteristics, a ciphertext access control mechanism based on CP-ABE algorithm is proposed. The access control mechanism is studied from two aspects: access control and access control architecture. The corresponding data structure of security algorithm is provided, and its simulation and performance analysis are performed. The security mechanism ensures the security of data in cloud storage system under open environment and reduces the complexity of privilege management through attribute management, under the premise that service providers are not credible. The cloud storage system designed and implemented in this paper achieves the original design object and performs well in all aspects, which is of great importance to the safe and effective storage of user's information and data in the era of large data.

To study the lubrication performance of an aviation spiral bevel gear transmission shafting, applying theories of tribology and heat transfer, thermal analysis of the entire transmission shafting was performed based on the software platform of ANSYS Workbench. The steady-state temperature field were obtained, where the influence of rotational speed and torque were discussed. The results show that in the aviation spiral bevel gear transmission shafting, the highest temperature appears at the contact areas of outer ring raceway and rollers of the 'compressed' bearing. Furthermore, the highest temperature of the driving gear increase respectively with the increasing of rotational speed and torque. Finally, the experimental data is basically consistent with the simulation results, which verifies the feasibility of the simulation method.

In the geotechnical engineering, it is a significant issue to construct the numerical models for simulationanalysis based on the observation data. In this study, sparse modeling used as an effective modeling method in the field of machine learning and image processing was applied to the geotechnical engineering and its effectiveness was examined. Aa a case study based on the field observation data, the fused lasso which is a typical method of the sparse modeling was applied to model the velocity structure of the subsurface ground using the PS logging data.
