This paper analyzes the application of machine learning in pattern recognition by using bibliometrics methods, keyword cluster analysis, and burst terms detection. According to analysis, the number of published studies on the application of machine learning in pattern recognition has shown a rapid growth trend in recent years. The top five countries with published volumes are the United States, China, the United Kingdom, Germany, and India. According to the results of keyword co-occurrence cluster analysis, it is found that the hot research topics in this field mainly include feature extraction, support vector machines, and neural networks. Research topics include functional magnetic resonance imaging, deep learning and image processing, bioinformatics and fuzzy logic systems, semi-supervised learning and face recognition. According to the analysis of burst terms detection results, it is found that future research frontiers include big data, sensors, classifier integration, entropy, pattern classification, attribute reduction, image analysis, principal component analysis, fuzzy logic, Alzheimer's disease, magnetic resonance imaging, etc. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

While the shared bicycle without piles solves the problem of people's "last mile"travel, its free mobility also brings the embarrassing situation of "one car is idle, the other is looking for it". In this paper, data analysis methods are discussed to reveal the different flow patterns of shared bicycles usage and mobility variation with seasons, weather, time periods, working days, etc;predict method is given for the number of shared bicycle rides based on random forest algorithm. Mastering the distribution and riding rules of shared bicycles can help improve the efficiency of the use of bicycles, better meet the riding needs of users, and provide a data-based basis for regulating the regional regulation of shared bicycles. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

It is of great significance to discuss the interdisciplinary phenomenon and its regional differences for a comprehensive insight into the intersection and integration of disciplines in the field of science and technology. In this study, based on the text information of the National Nature Fund Project, the corpus is constructed by using keyword information, combined with TF-IDF algorithm to improve cosine similarity, and a region-specific measurement method of discipline intersection is proposed. Using this method, the interdisciplinary difference maps of this discipline among provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in China are obtained, and the interdisciplinary and regional differences in this field are analyzed. The results show that management science has small-world characteristics, and there are great differences in the degree of discipline intersection among different regions, which verifies the effectiveness of the construction method of this study. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to strengthen students' understanding of the curriculum system, improve the effect of teachers' teaching and students' learning, the training route of students' ability is designed. Taking the information management and information system specialty of a university as an example, this paper introduces DEMATEL method into the analysis of training scheme structure, and identifies the basic courses and core courses in the curriculum system by calculating the correlation degree of each course, which provides a theoretical basis for the allocation and arrangement of course hours, provides a reference for teachers to impart knowledge, students to select courses, and both sides to clarify the knowledge context. This paper divides the curriculum ability group into curriculum ability groups, clarifies the connection between courses, and provides strong support for the formulation of curriculum plan. It also designs the training path of students' ability from the perspectives of course study time and teaching content. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper focuses on the Bloom Filter deformation algorithm. The storage space occupied by Bloom Filter is independent of elements, which has high space efficiency and low time complexity of insert and query operations. However, as the number of added collections increases, the Bloom Filter's error rate increases, thus filtering out a lot of non-repeating information. In order to solve this problem, the standard Bloom Filter is improved by introducing an algorithm of the structure of the master-slave Bloom Filter. Only when the master-slave Bloom Filter produces errors, the filter is considered as an error. At the same time, by dynamically increasing the number of filters, the growth of misjudgment rate is delayed. This paper also involves an improved Bloom Filter algorithm to reduce the error rate of the repeated data in the judgment filter. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The quality of strong-motion observation data can directly influence the reliability of earthquake disaster prevention, seismic intensity rapid reporting, earthquake early warning and other results, so it's of great significance to analyse and evaluate the quality of observation data. In this paper, a detailed survey is made considering the status of domestic and overseas studies on the quality of strong-motion observation data, followed by elaborations about the method and deficiencies in the quality evaluation of strong-motion data;Meanwhile, the main factors influencing the quality of strong-motion observation data are also illustrated, and indexes of quality evaluation are summarized by combining with characteristics and application objectives of strong earthquake observation data;Furthermore, this paper also provides discussions about the development trend of data quality evaluation based on the actual strong-motion observation conditions in China, and puts forward some suggestions. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In order to explore the psychological impact of artificial intelligence on the job insecurity of manufacturing employees, a quantitative model of artificial intelligence (AI) on employees' job insecurity was constructed by using vocational learning ability as a moderating variable. This paper constructs the measurement model of artificial intelligence on the job insecurity of employees, and makes statistical analysis of the data by using SPSS22.0. The results show that artificial intelligence has no significant negative influence on the job insecurity at present. However, the interaction items between vocational learning ability and artificial intelligence have significant negative effects on job insecurity, and vocational learning ability has a significant moderating effect on job insecurity. This paper has theoretical guidance and practical significance for the government, enterprises and employees to take active measures to solve the structural unemployment problem caused by the development and application of artificial intelligence in the labor market. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

As an important strategic enterprise decision, charitable donation plays an important role in the operation and growth of enterprises, and managers can have an important impact on the selection and implementation of enterprise strategies. Therefore, we used data analysis methods to test the relationship between managerial power and philanthropic donation on the sustainable development of Chinese A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2017. The result shows that charitable donation can promote the sustainable development of enterprises, while managerial power plays a negative regulatory role in the development. The findings provide empirical evidences for us to combine corporate donation and management power when considering the promotion of sustainable development of enterprises. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Reading is the ladder of human progress. It is the real needs of readers to quickly find good books and needed books in this fast-paced times. It will be more enjoyable if we can find the book friends who are interlinked with each other through reading. Digital reading records the whole process of reading, which contains readers' reading preference. In this paper, we discussed the techniques based on the data related to reading: (1) book friends are personally recommended using books as the media;(2) good books are personally recommended taking readers as media;(3) reader recommendation model and book recommendation model are built based on the relationship between "book-reader"in reading events. A reading system with such a recommendation function can make it easy for readers to find the books they want and find book friends who have sympathetic thoughts. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In the background of big data, the innovation process of new material enterprises is the result of full and effective integration of many external forces. This paper analyzes the impact and challenges of the emerging big data phenomenon on new material enterprise innovation, including internet plus, material genome project and so on. This paper also puts forward the mechanism of external driving force for innovation of new material enterprises in the big data environment, and discusses the influence of DMAIC model on the decision-making of new material enterprises. Finally, the paper expounds how to establish a multivariate and opening innovation platform for new material enterprises based on big data ecosystem under the two major support systems of internet of things and cloud computing, so as to make full use of various big data resources to serve the innovation and development of new material enterprises. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
