With the continuous development of China's economy, the construction of civil aviation engineering has become a major topic in China. Once again, there is a great lack of research on how to give passengers priority to return to the airport. Based on the analysis data of three representative airport passengers taking taxis, this paper establishes the priority scheme model based on the priority queuing system. Finally, by establishing the "priority function"model and quantifing the priority index, a feasible "priority"arrangement scheme is obtained. It is found that the professionalism, taxi drivers who have carried long-distance passengers are more likely to gain more profits by staying in the urban area, and the taxi drivers who have carried passengers for a short distance back to the airport to continue carrying passengers may reduce the time cost consumption Through the guidance and feasibility evaluation of how to give priority to taxi drivers based on the mathematical model, it can help the airport management department to formulate the optimization scheme scientifically and effectively, improve the working enthusiasm of taxi drivers and the travel efficiency of passengers, which has certain guiding significance for the scientific and efficient management of the airport. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

data stream mining is a new technology for dynamically extracting feature patterns from data streams. Its core technology is data stream mining algorithms. data stream mining algorithms are divided into clustering and classification algorithms. In data stream classification algorithms, VFDT (The Concept-adapting Very Fast Decision Tree algorithm is an effective classification decision tree algorithm. The algorithm dynamically constructs a decision tree based on the improvement of the Hoefdding tree. With the inflow of data, new branches are continuously added and outdated Branch. However, the algorithm has the problem of concept drift, and some nodes may no longer meet the Hoefdding bound, which affects the classification mining effect. This paper proposes an optimization algorithm (VFDT), which reduces the impact of concept drift and network noise by adding sliding window technology and fuzzy technology to the VFDT classification mining algorithm. Experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy of stream data classification mining. The gas-steam combined cycle unit has high thermal efficiency, low pollution to the natural environment, and high cost performance. It has become the first choice in the sustainable development planning of the power industry, especially for the steel companies. It is of great practical value to establish the mathematical model of the combined cycle unit, especially the thermal process model. However, due to the influence of multi-parameters and non-linear correlation in a typical combined cycle unit, this paper uses an improved genetic algorithm to identify four typical thermal process models. The simulation results show that it is highly consistent with the measured results and is consistent with the traditional genetic algorithm. In contrast, there is also a significant improvement in fitting accuracy, which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved algorithm in this paper in the identification of typical thermal process models of combined units. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The frequent occurrence of adverse drug reactions in medical events has become the focus of increasing attention in various countries. The quality of adverse reaction reports is the basis for medical risk assessment and analysis. Only by obtaining high-quality and valuable information can scientific treatment be carried out. Analysis, however, at present, there is no quantitative analysis on the relationship between the factors affecting adverse drug reactions and the degree of adverse reactions. There are few reasonable mathematical models. This article adopts the method of deep learning to establish a "human-machine material law ring". "The mathematical model between the five factors and the degree of adverse drug reactions in China analyzes adverse drug reactions in China, and provides effective guidance for reducing drug accidents and improving China's adverse drug reaction monitoring system. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Taking infant formula milk powder, an important food, as an example, this paper selects a total of 12 explanatory variables from three aspects: personal characteristics, family factors and psychological factors, takes consumers' willingness to pay for food traceability labels as dependent variable Y, and adopts binary logistic regression model to understand and analyze the influencing factors of consumers' willingness to pay for food traceability labels with big data collection and analysis. The results show that consumers' age, education background, monthly family income, consumers' trust in traceable labels and total family population will significantly affect consumers' willingness to pay for food traceability labels;specifically, younger consumers are more willing to pay for food traceability labels, consumers with higher education are more inclined to pay for food traceability labels, consumers with higher income are more inclined to pay for food traceability labels, consumers with higher education are more inclined to pay for food traceability labels, and consumers with high trust in traceability labels are more inclined to pay for food traceability labels. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

In this paper, binarization and closed operation are used to improve traditional sharpening algorithms. Aiming at the problem that traditional sharpening algorithm tends to sharpen noise when processing pictures. First of all, this paper eliminates noise through binarization, and then uses morphological closed operation to fill the cavities generated by noise. Finally, the Sobel operator is used to detect the edge of the image, which is superimposed with the original image and simulated on matlab. The simulation result shows that the improved sharpening algorithm based on binarization and closed operation can not only sharpen the edges of the image, but also not sharpen the noise. The innovation of this paper is to make the image sharpening effect better than traditional phase algorithm. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The road edge detection method, proposed by us, highlights the morphological and color features of the road in the image. The method performs color space conversion and color feature screening on color images containing road information, and Canny operator is used for edge detection. Then the edge detection results are detected by straight lines, and the road edges are detected and marked based on the principle of Hough transform. The experiment of edge detection on road pictures with complex background proves that the detection method can better detect the road edge. The novelty of this method is to combine several principles such as color feature screening, Canny operator and Hough transform. Based on the particle swarm algorithm to establish a mathematical model, this article counts the air quality index, tobacco sales, the number of cancer hospitals and the number of health personnel from 2008 to 2019, and quickly calculates the morbidity and mortality of lung cancer over the years, and uses statistics The relative error between the value and the calculated value is the evaluation standard. The result proves that the relative error between the calculated value and the statistical value of the morbidity and mortality of lung cancer is less than 10%, indicating that the calculation result of the particle swarm algorithm has good confidence. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper takes the CIPP evaluation mode as the connotation to promote the modernization of university governance ability under the background of national governance modernization, with Hubei Province as an example for the investigation. This paper constructs the indicator system framework from three dimensions of input quality, process quality and output quality of universities. Through the calculation of indicator weights and scientific assignment by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), a set of applicable and operable complete evaluation indicator system is formed, which can be used to evaluate the higher education quality and help the governance modernization of civilian-run universities. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

This paper aims to construct a smart learning ecosystem for College English from the inorganic environment and ecological communities in order to generate the greatest energy flow and information flow among the physical environment, visual environment, resource environment and teachers, students, administrators and developers. After a two-year experiment of GUET, the findings are as follows. First, this model has significant effects on improving the passing rate of CET-4. Second, this model has obvious improvement on improving students' writing ability, while there is no obvious improvements in students' listening and reading ability.
