Dalian Free Trade Zone has realized the development direction of taking service trade as the core, international division of labor as the goal, and new opening strategy as the guidance. However, due to the bottleneck of financial system reform and the limitation of system mechanism and policy, especially the slow pace of reform in the aspects of foreign exchange control, free floating of exchange rate and marketization of interest rate related to the free flow of capital, Dalian's "four centers": economic center, financial center, trade center and shipping center, the pace of construction is limited to a certain extent It is also difficult to further expand the space for the development of the liberal economy. Visual Question Answering (VQA) is a fast developing field involving multiple disciplines, and it is constantly challenging more complex tasks. The classic combination of CNN+LSTM can effectively extract images and language representation to complete the VQA task, but there are still many problems, such as excessively long sequence processing, etc. In recent years, BERT model has expanded rapidly from the field of natural language processing to a broader multi-modal field with its strong learning ability. In this paper, we propose a novel way to apply BERT model in the VQA field. We use the descriptive paragraph generation technology to transform the picture into a text paragraph description, and integrate question information and image information on BERT model. Our model achieves an excellent performance on the VQA2.0 dataset with an overall accuracy 5% higher than previous models. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

This paper mainly discusses the application of virtual reality technology in home design. Through virtual reality technology, we can have more realistic experience and switch freely in each space, so that customers can feel the future home personally. Built by importing household design, real 3D model, combined with the virtual reality modelling language (VRML) generated with interactive link the prototype of the object, to quickly build furniture design based on the technology of web 3D virtual reality display system. System combined with rich interactive methods, adjust and contrast design, advance awareness the real effect of household is decorated, improve customer satisfaction;Combination scheme design, the system can also be used for virtual simulation practice. Engineering practice proved that the system development is simple, high efficiency and can greatly accelerate the household decoration engineering design schedule and save time cost, and has high value in engineering practice. Due to an advancement in Industry 4.0 technology, various autonomous systems have been developed in order to increase the operational efficiency. This paper considers an application of Industry 4.0 technology to an autonomous transportation operation. The paper focuses on applying a machine learning technique to a dynamic path planning problem where real-time randomized obstacle locations are considered. The routes or the solutions from the dynamic path planning problem are determined by an A-star algorithm, which are then used to build machine learning models based on an artificial neural network. The models were developed to discover the relationship between the input and output of the dynamic path planning problem. The structure of the network which is defined by the number of intermediate layers and the number of nodes is provided, where the overall accuracy is used to evaluate the setting efficiency. The proposed methodology was tested with a problem that consists of 7 types of paths, and the number of randomized obstacles fluctuated from 1 to 8. The paths were generated based on a layout of a consumer product warehouse. The proposed model succeeded in predicting the robot paths with 98.5% prediction accuracy. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

The image classification task is to divide certain image target into the specific class which they belong to. The deep neural network simplifies image classification by sending input image data into the neural network to learn feature extraction and having the output results automatically. Existing network structures have been able to achieve or exceed human capabilities in image classification tasks. However, these image classification technologies still have problems such as over-fitting network model, insufficient generalization abilities and long convergence time. Interference caused by complex environments may also cause the performance degradation. This paper proposes a hybrid parallel neural network structure for this kind of artificial intelligence task. By adopting the K-parallel connection CNN structure and using different scales of RNN/CNN structure mixed-layer modes, the effects of image's size on different objects and different shooting angles can be reduced in image classification. Experiments on the datasets show that the proposed structure will have the advantage of accuracy and computational efficiency both in the validation datasets and the test sets. © 2020 Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Visual Question Answer (VQA), the natural language question of Visual images, has become popular in the field of artificial intelligence. At present, most of the VQA models extract the whole image features, which consume a large amount of computation and have a complex structure. In this paper, we propose a VQA method based on question attention model. Firstly, the Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) is used to extract image features from the input images, and the question text is processed by the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). Then, we design a question attention module to let the learning algorithm focus on the most relevant features of the input text. According to question features, our method utilities the attention module to add the corresponding weights to the image features and extract the meaningful information for the generation of answer sequence words. Our method performed significantly better than the LSTMQ+I model on the MS COCO visual question answer (VQA) dataset with an accuracy improvement of 2%. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. Path planning is an important part of UAV intelligent control technology. For the current UAV path planning, the A∗ algorithm has a large memory overhead during the planning process, and the search speed is slow. It cannot meet the path planning in a complex three-dimensional environment. The immediacy requirement and considering the constraints are less, this paper made the following improvements to the A∗ algorithm. The first, combining an anytime repair search framework with a weighted A∗ algorithm, it is possible to quickly find a feasible path during the search process. The second, aiming at the defect of relying on low heuristic function weights in the algorithm, a double ranking criterion is proposed to improve the efficiency of the algorithm approaching the optimal path in the iterative process. And third, to reduce the number of node expansions in the planning process, increase list storage constraints have been improved. Finally, the results of simulation experiments show that the improved algorithm proposed in this paper can quickly generate feasible paths, and can continuously optimize the approach to the optimal path within a specified time, which is far superior to the traditional A∗ algorithm in terms of planning efficiency and immediacy. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

The Morse complex can be used for studying the topology of a function, e.g., an image or terrain height field when understood as bivariate functions. We present an algorithm for the computation of the discrete Morse complex of two-dimensional images using an edge-based data structure. By using this data structure, it is possible to perform local operations efficiently, which is important to construct the complex and make the structure useful for areas like visualization, persistent homology computation, or construction of a topological hierarchy. Firstly, the mixed key system task model of compatible with periodic tasks and sporadic tasks is studied. Based on the model compatible with these two tasks, a semi-divided real-time task scheduling mechanism is proposed. This process also considers the aggressive handling of Low critical task to improve resource utilization. Finally, the relevant program code is designed and developed, and the performance of the proposed algorithm is evaluated by means of simulation and simulation. The correctness of the model and theory is verified, and the theory and protocol design are further improved. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
