Autonomous vehicle control needs two essential algorithms, the first path planning, it covers either finding vehicle subject position and destination point and environment identification to avoid obstacle within tailgating, lane change and overtaking. The second to be tracking control to realize drive, brake and steering action based on complexity of path planning. This research contribute to a path planning for unidirectional and bidirectional on non-lane undivided roads *** need to be designed and investigated the desired acceleration of vehicle subject for tailgating and overtaking vehicle object 1 in front and has same direction without crash with vehicle object 2, what come front the opposite direction. The results of the investigation show that the desired acceleration of the subject vehicle can be properly mapped under condition of varied position, velocity and acceleration of overtaken vehicle object 1 and vehicle object 2. The maximum desired acceleration was eliminated by consideration of critical rolling and sliding velocity of vehicle subject. The acceleration mapping can be used for safety overtake planning. © 2020 Institute of Physics Publishing. All rights reserved.

With the advent of the era of big data, more and more enterprises begin to use big data technology to deal with related analysis work. Hadoop is the dominant processing platform in the field of big data, an ecosystem that integrates distributed computing, storage, and management. The Spark framework, on the other hand, is a faster, more versatile distributed computing platform. However, it is only a computing platform and does not provide distributed storage and management per se, and computing remains dependent on distributed file system HDFS and cluster Resource Manager Yarn in the Hadoop ecosystem. Therefore, the combination of Spark and Hadoop to build a big data processing platform can better improve the algorithm efficiency and processing scale. This article explains the setup process and running state of Hadoop and Spark in detail, and verifies its feasibility through several ways. © 2020 IEEE.

Using reinforcement learning to find new control strategies for manufacturing processes is a promising approach. However, in order to use reinforcement learning in a manufacturing environment, industrial requirements must be met. In this paper, a new control architecture is proposed that allows reinforcement learning frameworks to be executed on programmable logic controllers, which implies requirements regarding real-time execution. An agent exchange module is presented, that allows to automatically load agents from a non real-time learning environment to a control program running in a real-time environment of a programmable logic controller. The proposed architecture is evaluated on an experimental setup with a non-linear process and commercial off-the-shelf control hardware, to meet industrial requirements. A genetic algorithm is used to learn new control strategies without having prior knowledge of the system. © 2020 ACM.

Research of quantitate investment on stock price prediction is effective to help investors increase profits. Recently, technologies of machine learning have been well applied to explore the issue of stock trading. In this paper, Logistic Regression and Support Vector Machines (SVM) were adopted to solve the problem of predicting the trend of stock movements. The experiment showed that these two models could be effectively used in the stock market of China. Returns based on strategies we constructed were significantly better than the HS300 index. In different models, we analyzed the relationship between stock returns and different models. It found that the SVM model results are optimal. The annual return of the strategy based on SVM reached 17.13% and the maximum Drawdown was 0.32. In the future, we will not only focus on the stock market, but also plan to apply this strategy to other investment fields, such as trading of digital currency. We will also use other algorithms for research and comparison, such as andom forests, XGBoost. © 2020 ACM.

Nowadays, flexible manipulators have a wide range of applications, and many control methods are studied to enhance control performance for the flexible manipulators. Variable structure control (VSC) is widely used because of its high-speed regulation capability. In this paper, a simple dynamic soft variable structure control is presented. This advanced control changed system structure rapidly by introducing a differential selection function, and the results of experiments prove the effectiveness of the method. In this paper, the complex selection function is also simplified in the simplified method, which enhances the industrial realization of the system. © Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2020.

This paper investigates into Fault Ride-Through (FRT) competency during momentary fault interruption of 40 parallel-connected offshore Wind Turbine (WT) unit, in Medium Voltage Direct Current (MVDC) configured transmission system. It proposes to model both aggregative MVDC collection and wind energy conversion systems using Impedance Source Converter (ZSC) in solid-state transformer design and define their corresponding control system architecture. To verify, analytical studies on FRT capabilities against voltage violation events and high inrush current during WTs' start-up were compared with IEEE1547-2018 requirements based on grid-following operation. Simulation studies were conducted in PSCAD environment and have shown positive FRT performances when injected with 100ms fault signals at WT's low-voltage AC line. It proved to efficiently regained stability in a reduced timespan due to aggressive droop control feature rendered by ZSC and endorses positive power quality regulatory despite direct coupling to a weak distribution network: closer to demand loads.

It integrates intelligent optimization, remote interaction, dynamic display of virtual reality and training management. This platform contributes can not only resolve the difficulties of recognition, operation and experimentation for petroleum engineering students in drilling field, but also meet the professional quality training of employees in the rig control field. © 2020 IEEE.

Achieving high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry is the inevitable requirement of sustainable and healthy development of manufacturing industry. Based on the five development concepts of innovation, coordination, green, open, and sharing, this paper constructs a quantifiable multi-dimensional and multi-level evaluation index system to evaluate the high-quality development of advanced manufacturing industry. Based on the evaluation index system, this paper evaluates the development level of Liaoning’s advanced manufacturing industry from 2012 to 2017. Through the multi-dimensional analysis of the evaluation, the existing problems and the causes of the problems in the high-quality development of Liaoning’s advanced manufacturing industry were found out. Aiming at the increasingly complex downhole oil and gas drilling operations, in order to meet the visual control decision-making requirements of the formation borehole trajectory, the formation and bit model are designed through 3Dmax, and the C# (C sharp) script program is designed under the unity3d engine to drive the bit to run in a virtual environment. A set of virtual visualization system for directional wellbore trajectory developed. This system takes a directional well in northern Shaanxi as an example. In the visual stratum, the optimized and LWD directional well traces are dynamically displayed based on the optimized data and the LWD data, providing a friendly and interactive environment for LWD control. Decision-making environment. The results prove that the visualization of formation environment, virtual bit dynamic control and immersive well trace dynamic virtual display realized by this system not only provide a research platform for precise control and decision of wellbore trajectory, but also reduce research cost and improve research efficiency. © 2020 IEEE.

Traffic congestion has been an emerging issue when it comes to problems faced by commuters on road on a daily basis. It leads to loss of time, money, and fuel when one is stuck in a traffic jam. This has led to the need of more path-breaking technologies in the field of intelligent transport systems (ITS). Today, a lot of data are available which can be used to extract important information and perform the desired analysis. With CCTV surveillance cameras at almost every traffic pole, information like count of vehicles can be used to analyze the traffic patterns at a particular location. In this paper, different methods have been used to get the accurate count of vehicles and their performances have been analyzed. Popular image processing method background subtraction and deep learning algorithms: R-CNN, Fast R-CNN and Faster R-CNN have been implemented. © 2020, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
