This paper presents preliminary findings on the real-time performance of fundamental mathematical operations, moving beyond traditional asymptotic analysis. While asymptotic analysis offers valuable insights into algorithms' theoretical behavior, it is equally important to consider real-world applications' practical performance and resource constraints. Our work empirically measures and analyzes the execution time of basic operations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, etc.) across various data types and sizes, along with a basic Artificial Neural Network (ANN). The results emphasize the effect of size on the algorithm's overall performance, keeping in mind the complication of the operation itself. Our results focus on studying real-time performance beyond the theoretical analysis offered by asymptotic analysis are considered the building block for further research. Moreover, it lays the groundwork for a deeper understanding of real-time performance for scalable algorithms for real-time big data analytics where efficient execution of basic operations is essential. Also, applying adaptive optimization based on machine learning techniques for optimal performance. Using machine learning to predict the real-time cost of basic operations is an innovative approach.

In recent years, Wireless Sensor Network (WSN) has played a broad role in many vital applications that are used to monitor environmental and physical events. One of the major issues in WSN is the overlapping region of sensing bands, which occurs due to densely and randomly deployed nodes in the target environment. The data aggregation technique is used as a solution that processes overlapping regions. This technique manages and redirects these data to the sink node through a multi-hop network. Therefore, the data transmission number and the duration toward the sink node are reduced, which fixes the overlapping region issue. However, using data aggregation techniques limited network performance due to energy consumption. The objective of this paper is to address this limitation by employing intelligent algorithms to enhance the operation strategies of data aggregation techniques. A protocol based on the Hierarchical Agglomerative Clustering (HAC), Self-Organized Map (SOM), and Enhanced Radial Basis Function (ERBF) neural network is proposed in order to accomplish this goal. The clustered SOM and RBF-based Intelligent Protocol (CSRP) is the name of this proposed protocol. When compared to pertinent recent studies, the suggested protocol produced the best results in terms of the accuracy of the data arriving at the base station.

The use of the internet is continuously expanding, and data has become a crucial asset in today's digital landscape. Smart Cities leverage technology to develop innovative solutions for addressing urban challenges, utilizing communication and information frameworks. However, Smart City applications are susceptible to various cyberattacks, such as Probing (Prob), Denial of Service (DOS), User to Root (U2R) and Remote to Local (R2L) attacks. Prominent examples for Smart Cities include New York City, Dubai, London, Barcelona, Singapore, and Tokyo. This study introduces a deep learning-based way for attacks detection in Smart Cities by Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks. The NSL-KDD dataset is utilized to assess the suggested solution, while the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling Technique (SMOTE) is activated to stem class imbalance. Experimental findings show that the model delivers high-performance metrics, achieving an accuracy of over 98.48%, a precision of 99%, a recall of 99%, and an F1-score of 98% on normalized data utilizing the SMOTE technique. These results focal point the validity of the proposed model in identifying attack traffic in Smart City environments.

Secure and scalable group key agreements provide end-to-end encryption in instant messaging applications and adapt to the frequently dynamic changes during chat life while maintaining the security features provided by the double ratchet protocol in one-on-one communication, represents a challenge. Using the Double Ratchet Algorithm approach and the core principles of confidentiality, integrity, and authenticity based on Chacha20/Poly1305, SHA256, and XEdDSA, respectively in addition to Curve2559 as an asymmetric system, this study introduces a secure, scalable, and flexible multiple ratchet group key agreement (MRGKA) protocol. MRGKA innovatively divides users into subgroups (SG), each with a maximum capacity of 15 members, and each subgroup is endowed with a unique Identity Key (SGIK) and Signed Pre-shared Keys (SGSPK), facilitating secure and private intra-group communications as if each subgroup were a single user entity. MRGKA provides an efficient 70 subgroup with a 20MB data size without any compression or cache mechanisms. Invite Authentication Code (IAC) was introduced in this protocol to provide robust subsequent sessions and more security strength for the symmetric rachet approach. finally, the protocol supports asynchronous communication and is capable of dynamically adapting to group changes such as user additions or removals, making it highly suitable for real-world applications where group dynamics are fluid.

Fog Computing presents a qualitative transformation in a decentralized computing architecture where different resources are located in various edge devices. This technique involves data processing in a centralized form and at the edge of the network to get trusted communication and approved authentication. This paper introduced a coherent mutual authentication with an adopted Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) to improve the security margin with a smaller ciphering key length. The proposed model ensures a secure and fast mutual authentication between the Fog nodes and end users. Moreover, the proposed model overcomes the shortcomings of traditional authentication approaches. The investigation and analysis of acquired results prove that the proposed model fulfills the security aspects and reduces the computational overhead. The results show that the proposed model mitigates security threats and risks like man-in-the-middle attacks and illegal access. The proposed model is suitable for IoT applications and restricted resources, where the lightweight asymmetric key cryptosystem has been applied. A revocation mechanism is also included in the proposed mechanism to prevent unauthorized access to fog nodes. A security and computational efficiency evaluation are performed along with a comparison with the existing authentication scheme.

UWSNs, already, have diverse marine applications which include environmental monitoring, Coastal oil exploration, and disaster prevention, among others. But more, the nature of underwater environment has its own challenges like high latency, low bandwidth, and energy constraint (energy starvation) which makes us to investigate routes in manner that ensures reliable as well as energy efficient data collection. Thus, we have presented an Efficient Adjustable Routing Path for data Collection (EARP-DC), it is designed to enhance data dissemination among UWSNs. To take dynamic network conditions into account our EARP-DC algorithm is used so to suit the real-time routing paths. It aims at minimizing the network delay and energy consumption while maximizing packet delivery ratio, throughput coupled with lower data packet loss. EARP-DC uses a multimeric attribute choice method to find the best route, considering various performance parameters. It eventually enhances the overall performance of the network. Extensive simulations show that EARP-DC outperforms existing routing protocols in UWSNs. Results show a significant reduction in network delay and energy use as well as increased packet delivery ratio and throughput. In addition, the algorithm has more efficient data packet loss rates which mean that data transmission underwater can still be reliable even when conditions are difficult. This paper puts special emphasis on while another research. The future of UWSN data collection will be efficiency and dependability. By using such networks need less energy and are more robust.
