In the upcoming 5G and beyond systems, ultra-reliable communications are designed to provide various mission-critical services (industrial automation, remote healthcare, intelligent transportation, etc.). However, the requirements for the reliability of such systems have not yet received clear and unambiguous formulations. In this article, the basic concepts and measures related to reliability are discussed. In addition, some potential research topics and challenges are also identified. These include determining failure criteria, accounting for common cause failures in redundant systems, and selecting an economically feasible level of reliability.

The article considers the problems research methods and means improvement of indicators communication quality of fiber-optic transmission systems using the technology spectral and dense spectral multiplexing optical signals with frequency and time division of optical communication channels. Based on the research communication quality, methods of calculation indicators noise immunity reception optical signals in fiber-optic transmission systems using the technology wave multiplexing are proposed. Based on the methods calculating the quality of communication, important analytical expressions were obtained that evaluate the required optical signal-to-noise ratio, receiver sensitivity, permissible losses, average signal powers, bit error probability, and power penalty. For comparative analysis, graphical dependencies of the penalty for the optical signal power in a single-mode fiber on the extinction coefficient of the modulator in the transmitting optical module were given.)

Increasing truck loads, expanding transportation processes, and expanding intermodal transportation are exacerbating the impact on road surfaces. Organizations involved in cargo transportation are faced with the need to find effective solutions to optimize processes and select transport, taking into account legal restrictions. The use of automated decision-making systems based on aggregated big-data from telematic control systems is the best practice. The authors consider the problems of implementing systems for estimating mass, load and degree of body loading. Based on data on cost and potential harm to the road, a multicriteria optimization problem is solved to select the optimal transport model. The modified method of searching for Pareto-optimal solutions is used as a mathematical method. The results of experimental studies of the influence of transportation process parameters on the load capacity utilization rate are presented. The resulting mathematical optimization model is ready for integration into automated cargo transportation management systems and has a calculation error of up to 12.8%.

Ensuring flight safety is a priority for the development of modern both civil and military aviation. In particular, navigation systems and on-board information systems being developed to improve safety. Database is the kernel of a modern on-board complex and information system. At the initial stage of design of such systems, it is necessary to construct their functioning effective models. You can use both analytical and simulation models for it. When construct an analytical model of the database of the on-board computing complex, it is necessary to take into account many factors, including the nature of the allocating law of input flows and of the service time of of queries. In this article constructed an example of such model. To show assess the adequacy of the model, a comparison of analytical results and simulation modeling given.

In this article, we explored ways to measure video camera parameters that are important for shooting video of fastmoving objects. Fast-moving objects introduce additional distortions into the video recording if the video camera is not adapted to such an operating mode. Geometric distortions, blurs and incorrect brightness transfer are formed on the video recording. There are several ways to avoid or reduce the negative effects introduced during video shooting. The first is to use a technically more advanced video camera with improved quality properties. The second is to collect additional information during video shooting and use it to restore the original image. For both cases, it is necessary to know the actual parameters of the video camera. The method described in the article is based on the Rolling Shater and Wagon Wheel effects.

The problem of ensuring economic security in the field of development and production of intelligent on-board systems is considered by choosing the optimal set of operations and measures of an organizational and technological nature, identifying and analyzing the cause-and-effect nature of threats and choosing adequate measures to counter them according to the criterion of optimal expected costs or maximum security with restrictions in the form of given allowable costs for them. Its solution is proposed by machine learning methods and evolutionary optimization algorithms.

The article is devoted to study of influence of changing energy parameter on estimation of accuracy of measuring position parameters of drones by time difference of arrival (TDOA) system through use of spatial-temporal signal processing. In MATLAB modeling of dependences of mean square deviation of radio emission source (RES) position error on signal-to-noise ratio in TDOA system when spatial-temporal signal processing is applied. The description of methodology of building maps of levels of standard deviation of RES position error depending on energy parameter for a system of five receiving points is presented. This approach can be useful in design of TDOA system with spatial-temporal signal processing, since it allows predicting errors received in coverage area. The distinctive feature of technique is that standard deviation of difference-distance measurement depends on mutual location of RES and receiving points.

The article considers the main approaches to solving problems of modern Enterprise systems working under heavy and constantly increasing load: processing and storage of large data, providing fault tolerance, increasing performance, the cheapest and fastest transition of the product to the state of readiness for real operation. Description of architectural solutions for the system under development, review of potential technologies used and justification of technological stack choice are performed. The process of implementing the distributed monitoring system, as well as the developed functionality is described and demonstrates the results of testing the main operating scenarios.

Some indicators of the effectiveness management based on security and reliability events of the information security system are analyzed. Network services and applications active monitoring security and reliability events are considered, where the main management tools are the composition of events, their effectiveness indicators used to indicate an incident, and their parameters. Based on the study, a new approach to creating a mathematical model has been developed. Taking into account the features of the model, this paper considers the tasks studying the communication quality indicators of the information security system and assessing their effectiveness in managing based on security and reliability events. Using the model, analytical expressions have been obtained for assessing the performance indicators managing based on security and reliability events hardware and software complexes communication systems.

In order to ensure flight safety during search and rescue operations in difficult meteorological conditions, for example, in the Arctic zone, to generate messages and signals about an approaching obstacle, for the purpose of information support for the crew, it is necessary to provide visualization of the behind-the-cockpit environment by integration of the environment images obtained by cameras in different spectral ranges. The integral indicator of image quality is applicable to assess the information content of both the entire image and its individual parts of interest, obtained automatically or selected by the operator. It is advisable to use this indicator to assess the information content of the channels of technical vision systems for the purpose of adaptive adjustment of video image integration algorithms, in particular, as part of the hardware and software complex for search and rescue operations in difficult meteorological conditions. The implementation of the image integration procedure with subsequent visualization requires the presence of hardware, video cameras, television, long-wave and short-wave infrared ranges. It should be noted that each range requires certain shooting conditions, and, accordingly, is characterized by a given quality of the resulting images. The article shows the advantages and disadvantages of using cameras in the indicated spectral ranges, presents the results of their practical use, describes the procedure for image integration, and provides parameters for assessing their quality. It should be said that today, a very relevant area of research is the synthesis of complexes for supporting air search and res-cue operations with modules and hardware and software that implement procedures for ensuring the integration of initial data, which are often formed by a laser television module (LTM), including television video cameras (TV), long-wave infrared cameras (LWIR), short-wave infrared cameras (SWIR), laser-ranging module and forwa
