The article is devoted to the development of signal-code structures (SCC) for low-energy broadband radio links. The SCC is based on multi-frequency signals with a continuous phase (M-Cpfsk) and non-binary error-correcting codes (Non-binary low-density parity-check and turbo-like). An analysis is made of signal-code structures for bands up to 10 MHz with different parameters. These signal-code structures can be used for command-telemetry radio links from unmanned aerial vehicle (UAVs).

An Active Noise Control (ANC) system based on a modified architecture is considered. This architecture allows to accelerate the convergence of the adaptive filtering algorithms in use. Besides, it allows to use the most efficient Recursive Least Squares adaptive filtering algorithms which provide the fastest convergence comparing to the gradient search-based adaptive algorithms. The architecture of the ANC system and its mathematic description are presented. The simulation results demonstrate the ANC system performance. It is shown, that the number of the adaptive filter weighs can be decreased about 30% of the theoretically required value without any observable loss of the ANC performance. This is possible because of fading shape of the primary and secondary path acoustic impulse responses. As the result, the contribution of the impulse response “tails” to the signals at the error microphone of the ANC system is comparable with that of the ambient noise. This also allows to decrease the required number of the adaptive filter weights and to decrease the computational resources required to the implementation of the ANC system.

This article presents the development of a traffic flow regulation method based on an adaptive approach that accounts for changing characteristics of traffic conditions. The study explores key reinforcement learning techniques utilizing Q-Learning to enhance traffic management. Simulations of traffic flow control were conducted in the SUMO simulation environment, focusing on cyclic switching methods. The article outlines the implementation of an environment management strategy and the application of reinforcement learning algorithms via the SUMO API. Two reinforcement learning techniques were selected for traffic flow regulation, and extensive training was conducted with various hyperparameters to identify optimal configurations. A comparative analysis of traditional cyclic switching methods and data-driven approaches is provided, highlighting the potential advantages of adaptive methods for improving traffic efficiency and safety in urban environments. The findings suggest that reinforcement learning can significantly enhance traffic management systems in real-time applications.

In the era of development of telecommunication technologies, triple-play services via IP networks in real time are of considerable interest both for operators of transport and on-board systems, and for consumers of services. One of the characteristic features of real–time applications is their sensitivity to delays and data packet losses. Even small packet transmission failures can lead to a significant decrease in the quality of audio and video programs. All this imposes additional requirements on operators of transport and on-board systems delivering audio and video streams to content providers, which should be taken into account in their SLA agreements. The article discusses the requirements for IP network operators to deliver audio and video streams with proper quality, and provides an approach to evaluating the operator's performance when switching to SLA work.

The purpose of this article is to develop a technique for recovering a complex signal distorted by aliasing as a result of sub-Nyquist bandpass sampling. The developed technique is based on the use of multichannel sampling. Its essence is that the signal is processed in several channels. All channels are analog-to-digital converted with different sampling rates, each of which leads to aliasing in its channel. For each channel, a system of equations is compiled that describes the corresponding aliasing. The joint solution of these systems of equations makes it possible to restore the distorted signal. Consideration in this article is limited only to first-order aliasing, in which no more than two aliases overlap at each frequency. This work is a continuation of the approach developed by the authors, called multichannel multirate sampling.

This article discusses the main features and characteristics of frameworks that allow creating cross-platform software for various mobile operating systems. The purpose of the work is to consider the most popular frameworks for cross-platform mobile development, their functionality, to determine the specifics of their use, to identify their advantages and disadvantages, and to provide recommendations for choosing a framework for a number of application requirements. The subject of the research is software tools for developing cross-platform mobile applications. Popular frameworks such as Ionic, Flutter, ReactNative, and Xamarin are considered. The methodological basis of the work is the method of theoretical analysis and the descriptive method, the method of generalization and the comparative method.

The interference cancellation problem for the satellite navigation systems is considered. The space-frequency adaptive processing algorithms that use the digital beamforming technique are described. Different beamformers with and without the interference sources number (ISN) and directions (ISD) determination are presented. The algorithms of filter input signal sample correlation matrix calculation and inversion, the ISN and ISD determination and the processing quality function extremum search are described. The computer modelling of processing of real satellite signals recorded with use of a circular antenna array using the suggested algorithms is implemented. The comparative analysis of the performance quality of the processing algorithms and their separate inner procedures is carried out. The algorithms with the best performance quality metrics are identified. The validity of the jamming suppression problem solution using the suggested algorithms and the possibility of using them in the real interference-protected satellite navigation systems are confirmed.

Integrated automation in the transport industry contributes to improving the quality of transport services provided. The introduction of integrated automation in the field of intelligent transport systems (ITS) is possible thanks to the introduction of integration platforms that will allow optimal use of the resources of ITS subsystems. The article describes the main tasks that can be solved using the integration platform. It also describes the main functional characteristics of the integration platform and the place of the integration platform in ITS architectures. Using the example of two implemented projects, the experience of implementing integration is presented.

The paper is devoted to the problem of estimating the state of a complex system with nonlinear dynamic behavior using nonlinear filtering. Modern numerical methods of nonlinear filtering for estimating the unknown state vector of a stochastic differential system of Itô type with discrete measurements are studied. The relevance of the work is due to the necessity to improve the accuracy of state vector estimation in dynamic systems under conditions of a priori uncertainty of information about the system functions and measurement. In this paper, a nonlinear system with formant Wiener noise is considered. As the chosen method of nonlinear filtering the sigma-point Kalman filter is used, which has sufficient accuracy of state vector estimation at low computational complexity. The paper discusses ways to improve the accuracy of nonlinear system vector estimation using sigma-point Kalman filter. Mathematical description of the sigma-point Kalman filter operation is given, and the methods of improving the quality of operation under conditions of a priori unknown functions of the system and measurement by estimating the values of covariance matrices of random processes are proposed. The paper presents the results of modeling of the sigma-point Kalman filter for both linear and nonlinear measurement functions. The obtained values of RMS error under conditions of a priori uncertainty of system and measurement functions under approximation of covariance matrices have the same order as in the case of a priori known functions. The paper presents the results of nonlinear filtering simulation at different values of the sampling period. In conclusion, recommendations for the choice of parameters of the sigma-point Kalman filter when working under conditions of a priori uncertainty of system and measurement functions are given.
