Existing telematic monitoring systems for the state of functioning parameters and characteristics of cars and other mobile equipment make it possible to obtain a large amount of digital data on the state of objects of observation in real time. At the same time, it is possible to evaluate the features and current characteristics of their control parameters by the driver or operator. The paper proposes a fundamental possibility of obtaining predictive information about the features of changes in the characteristics of driving a vehicle by a driver based on the analysis of information received from telematic control of transport information, a block diagram of an information-mathematical system and the principles of mathematical processing of incoming information are proposed. The paper presents some results of the analysis of the time series of the selected vehicle monitoring parameters, which allow applying the Multivariate State Estimation Technique (MSET) method to their assessment in order to obtain the possibility of early detection of a potential emergency situation in driving a car (falling asleep, driver fatigue, stressful situations, inappropriate behavior). The results of the study can become prerequisites for a larger-scale application of MSET methods in monitoring the operation of mobile equipment and assessing the characteristics of its control.

This article discusses the issue of constructing a spatial analytical model of the route of a vehicle of urban passenger transport with an automated (robotic) control system. This model is necessary to ensure automatic control of the longitudinal and transverse movement of the vehicle while maintaining a safe speed in all areas, including complex spatial maneuvers. We propose to call such control systems robotic. Robotization of specific control functions inherent only to this type of ground passenger transport is a logical continuation of work on automation of vehicle control functions. The apparatus of theoretical mechanics, the theory of constructing Bezier curves is used as a methodological basis. The theory of Bezier curves allows you to describe the route of movement in three-dimensional space, which is important for countries, located in mountainous areas. This theory makes it possible to develop a compact description of the route trajectory, which can be loaded into the memory of the on-board computer via a radio channel on–line. Vehicle control system uses this information when moving along the route in a robotic mode. As a mechanism for practical implementation, it is planned to use modern software systems for transport geodesy.

Currently, there is no method for assessing the quality of information audio signal transmission over the transmission channel. According to Russian National Standard (GOST), simple stationary test signals should be used for channel evaluation. II additional processing devices should be disabled, while test signal is applied. Compact representation of signal and it's effect of signal quality are ignored. Based on the results of the research carried out by the authors, it is possible to determine the relationship between the change in a number of objective parameters and the subjective quality assessment from real listeners. © 2021 IEEE.

The core idea of this paper is detection of lengthened objects by the radar signal. The methodological base of the exploration is statistical processing of the reflected signal. The lengthened objects are those objects of underlying surface, which could be presented by straight line. It is assumed that the radar is mounted on the unmanned airborne vehicle and this detection system is oriented to help navigation system to detect vehicle's position. This idea was presented in previous papers, but this exact paper is concentrated on the practical aspect of algorithm application, i.e. problems of histograms approximation parameters for the reflected signal, method of histogram approximation and etc. The estimation of the corresponding parameters allows us to increase the accuracy of the designed algorithm. © 2021 IEEE.

The problem of increasing the noise-proof feature of communication systems, along with increasing the communication channel capacity, is currently important. In many areas of wireless engineering (in radiolocation and communications for example), it becomes necessary to receive and process signals, some characteristics of which (for example, amplitude, frequency, or initial phase) are unknown. Methods of statistical radio engineering, as well as algorithms for blind signal processing, can be used to eliminate a priori uncertainty. The problem of comparative analysis of some common algorithms for blind signal processing in the tasks of separating radio signals from mixtures with interference and noise was considered. In the study, the algorithms JADE, FastICA, SOBI and AMUSE were considered. Amplitude-, frequency- and phase-shift keyed signals against the background of additive noise, impulse noise and cochannel noise were considered as useful signals. Based on the results of simulation modeling, the effectiveness of these algorithms is compared when distinguishing between several types of signals in the presence of various types of interference. The above research results can be useful when choosing a blind processing algorithm for subsequent practical application. © 2021 IEEE.

The article explores the methodology of complex analysis of ways effective management of production systems. A generalized approach to the decomposition of modern digital systems based on physical control actions, signal transmission ways and generalized principles of control system construction is investigated. Additional control physical effects act as one of the target factors of intensification. A generalized formulation of the problem of optimal control of complex multistage processes is proposed, considering the main perturbing processes and a piecewise-constant functions of the local tasks. Methods of search of new technical solutions by means of the morphological analysis as the tool of systemic and cybernetic approaches in scientific research are proved. Intensification of control systems is aimed at increasing their economic efficiency as a result on search for technological resources, of purposeful influence traffic flows and so on. The formulated principles of hierarchy, selectivity, openness, and mutual consistency, which are not exhaustive, but are closely interrelated and determine the application of methods of hierarchically interconnected control, considering the intensification of systems when choosing the control factors, as well as of physical impacts. The proposed approach leads to the possibility of intensification of high-tech industrial production processes and transport systems, and so can be implemented in the process of their technical operation. Identification of possible physical effects, synchronization of signals is a key factor in using the proposed methodology. The modular system of transport companies allows for flexible and transparent management of the system as a set of individual elements. Generalized goal-oriented models are applicable in many branches of industrial production, including the intensification of transport systems and business processes of enterprises.

The article presents the current problems related to optimization of MSW (municipal solid waste) transportation and sorting. The relevance of this topic in the modern world is at the highest level, the amount of garbage is growing, and territories are limited, which leads to the issue of waste recycling. One of the modern technologies for automation of waste recycling plants was considered. This article discusses the problem of implementing the Data Fabric architecture as a technology for sustainable data processing and storage for the modernization of industrial platforms in transport and road systems. To perform complex tasks like monitoring road transport facilities entails huge resources for storing interactive data online. The concept of transport enterprises moving to cloud systems opens up gaps in data management in hybrid and multi-cloud systems. To solve such problems, the implementation of the Data Fabric structure allows you to integrate data and metadata for use on various platforms. The sustainable development of such platforms is facilitated by the use of the Data Fabric mechanism as a built-in system for standardization and coding, the implementation of semantic compatibility, proprietary knowledge graphs and the domain of data values of the transport industry. Data Fabric helps organizations solve complex data problems and use cases by managing their data regardless of application types, platforms, and storage locations, while ensuring seamless data access and sharing in a distributed data environment. The article analyzes the stability of the Data Fabric platform as a domain-oriented decomposition model based on a distributed data architecture with centralized management, but not as a fragmented data warehouse. Using the example of such a decomposition, it is necessary to model an architecture that organizes analytical and other data by areas. In this architecture, the domain's interface with the rest of the organization includes not only operational capabilities, but also access to the analytical data that the domain serves to scale the system.

Current trends in the design of road systems are driven by the digitalization process. Work on the introduction of intelligent transport systems is being carried out all over the world, because the improvement of the road network is an important element in creating comfortable conditions for the movement of people in an urbanized environment; a tool for improving road safety. Based on interdisciplinary research methods in the framework of urban planning, the paper proposes a methodology for assessing the prospects for the development of an intelligent city transport system within the framework of the concept of participatory design. The formation of the transport system is seen as a process of coordination of institutional and civil needs. The goal of the joint work of urban planners and civil society is to improve the safety of road infrastructure, not only through the development and implementation of quality standards, but also through the internalization (recognition) of the value of new technologies by the society. It is necessary to introduce the principles of participatory design of the transport system into the development of the road network, the urban space should remain free for co-creation. The problem of the study is that technologies for improving road safety, including the use of artificial intelligence, automation systems for traffic management processes depending on the rhythm of the city, weather conditions, time of day (traffic flow detectors, CCTV cameras, "smart traffic lights", weather stations, vehicle traffic sensors, navigation information systems, weather information display systems, environmental pollution sensors, traffic control centers, etc.) can be perceived by citizens primarily as devices that restrict freedom of movement, and not as means of improving road safety
