Currently, base stations of cellular communication systems are widely used and installed everywhere in different parts of the world. At the same time, some maintenance conditions require protection of base stations of cellular communication systems from mechanical damage to devices of the antenna-feeder path of base stations of modern cellular communication systems. The using a protective screen is proposed and a theoretical justification is given for the possibility of application of the developed technical means of ensuring the safety of base station systems of modern cellular communication systems. The parameters of the protective screen and its effect on the propagation of signals of modern cellular communication systems were studied. © 2025 IEEE.

This article clarifies the parameters of a quantum-resistant algorithm based on AG codes. This algorithm was proposed in previous works by the authors to counter the quantum threat when designing various on-board systems. The article describes the procedure for quickly decoding the corresponding codes, estimates the key length and the probability of applying one of the existing attacks to such algorithms. This work can be useful for increasing the security of arbitrary Internet of Things systems.. ©2024 IEEE.

The accuracy of positioning and determining the spatial orientation of mobile robotic systems (MRS) that monitor traffic conditions, urban infrastructure, assess emergency situations and their consequences, etc., directly depends on the efficiency of processing information received from machine vision systems (MVS). Some of the most effective methods for assessing the navigation parameters of MRS using MVS are methods based on calculating the velocity field of the optical flow reflected from the surface. At the same time, direct calculation of the velocity field is a very complex computational task. In the practical use of existing methods for processing optical flow based on various assumptions, the computational costs are often unrealizable for on-board computers, which makes it impossible to solve the navigation problem in real time. Due to the relevance of this problem, the article considers one of the possible options for its solution, based on solving a system of linear equations and providing minimal computational costs when determining the linear and angular velocities of MRS, easily implemented in the on-board computer in real time. A natural experiment was conducted to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach. © 2025 IEEE.

This article discusses effective methods for assessing students' knowledge in the field of electrical engineering, with an emphasis on traditional and innovative approaches. With the rapid development of technology and changing requirements for educational standards, it is important to find a balance between classical assessment methods such as exams and tests, and modern approaches, including project assignments, interactive tests and portfolios. The article analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of each method, as well as their impact on students' motivation and academic performance. Special attention is paid to the introduction of digital technologies into the assessment process, which allows for a more accurate reflection of the level of knowledge and skills of students. The article presents methods of multicriterial optimization, which are of the greatest interest in the complex control systems synthesis, such as logistic transport systems (LTS). Complex systems synthesis involves the design of derivative structures optimized by a vector criteria. The main multicriterial optimization theory postulate is the position on the unattainability in the general case of exact optimization of the vector functional, which gives rise to a variety of methods and models for solving multicriterial optimization problems. In this article, we will analyze methods for modeling user ratings of a video sequence and their potential application to extended reality systems. The main approaches and algorithms used to evaluate the quality of a video sequence are considered, their advantages and disadvantages for 2D and 3D content are revealed. The aim of the work is to develop our own method for evaluating the quality of 3D models to improve relevance and efficiency, taking into account the features of 3D content, since most of the metrics were created to meet the needs of two-dimensional systems. The research results can be used in the development and optimization of augmented reality systems, as well as in other areas where it is necessary to evaluate the quality of 3D models based on user preferences. © 2025 IEEE.
