One of the features of low earth orbit (LEO) mobile satellite systems is to deliver information to the data analytic centers. Many types of alarm information are collected by smart meters and video cameras that are placed where wired telecommunication is not possible due to the technical or economic meanings. It is supposed that requests for servicing are arriving to the data center following the Poisson model and each requiring exponentially distributed computing time. A data center consists of some number of computing units. Each unit processes the requests according to the Processor Sharing (PS) service discipline and cannot accept at the same time more than fixed number of requests. The mathematical model of load balancing between computing units is constructed. Two scenarios are considered: 'static' when requests are routed to computing units according to the prescribed probabilities and 'greedy' when requests are routed to the least loaded computing unit. Using the model, the main performance measures of interest are given with help of values of probabilities of model's stationary states. The recursive algorithm of performance measures estimation is suggested. The model and derived algorithms can be used for study the scenarios of traffic balancing at the data analytic centers. © 2021 IEEE.

There is a rapid development of means of fixed and mobile user access to reference and information services. Multimedia communication services are in demand. Accordingly, the functionality of call service centers is expanding. We will discuss improvements in call recognition and distribution. Solutions for the organization of robotic systems are proposed. Software developers take into account the wishes of customers of commercial structures and the special requirements of law enforcement and public safety authorities. Using the example of Asterisk or Naumen Contact Center, we will determine the prospects for the development of call service centers of commercial structures. Outsourcing options considered. Let us discuss the peculiarities of servicing emergency calls in the centralized 'System 112'. Operators of 'System 112' service transit traffic by issuing electronic notification of incidents. Several emergency services (for example, police, firefighters, ambulance) will receive information about serious emergencies from the operators of the 'Service 112'. Let us discuss the tendency of organizing a single call-center in distributed corporate communication networks using a specific example, when calls can come from users of different regions of Russia - Central Russia, Siberia, Far East region. The organization of such a center involves the use of the distance factor. Supervisors organize day and night shifts for operators. An example of calculating the resources of such a center is considered. The creation of large call service centers in the South- West Siberia region is possible with the involvement of satellite communications resources. © 2021 IEEE.

In this work, the development and research of the method and means of technical diagnostics of electronic equipment of the on-board monitoring, measuring and regulating temperature systems with thermocouple sensors according to fractional power spectra of signals were performed. The physical processes that cause typical malfunctions of low-frequency onboard electronic equipment with thermocouple sensors are investigated. Peculiarities of non-harmonic spectral analysis of signals and diagnostics of low-frequency electronic equipment of on-board systems for monitoring, measuring and regulating temperatures systems by fractional power spectra of signals are considered. © 2020 IEEE.

The author invites readers to consider some very unusual methods of calculations that he performed while solving the problem of analytic continuation of the Riemann function containing the critical strip inside of which there is an infinite set of nontrivial zeros of function by B. Rieman's hypothesis. Similar methods are used by the author when studying the properties of the generating function of Hermite polynomials with a nonnegative integer exponent. © 2020 IEEE.

The article deals with the estimation of passenger's transportation process amount and level of service. The relevance of this topic is determined by the fact that urban passenger transport plays an important role for the population of cities in Russia and in the world. The administrations of large cities and mega polices consider this type of transport as the main tool for improving the difficult transport situation daily appearing in the sections of the road network. These problems can be solved successfully if the population begins to use urban passenger transport more and use personal vehicles less. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to significantly improve the quality of service provided by urban passenger transport, based on the use of automated control systems for urban passenger transport, which, first, should ensure the regularity of the movement of public transport vehicles and, secondly, provide comfortable conditions for passenger transportation. A particular influence on the quality of passenger service in urban passenger transport is the reliability of the transportation process, which is directly related to the regularity of traffic, and the comfort of transportation, which is estimated by the degree of vehicle interior occupation. The passenger transport management system should receive information about the degree of passenger vehicle interior occupation in order to be able to regulate the transportation process on-line and not allow the passenger compartment to be overflowed. For this purpose, a special phase space model of the transportation process states is suggested. Two dimensions coordinate system enables to represent transportation process at any time for any route of public transport. Moreover, the phase space is divided into subspaces each of them corresponds to a certain level of service. The work examines the construction of program-modeling complex (PMC) in relation Fto the establishment and operation of an integrated system of anti-jamming (ISA) of the radio links of the 'Earth-spacecraft'. ISA consists of a broadband communication system (based on signals from the RF and noise-resistant codes) and a system of spatial filtering of signals (based on a multi-beam antenna and adaptive noise compensators. The methodology of construction of PMK on the basis of the maximum strategy of decision-making is given. © 2020 IEEE.
