For satellite radio navigation systems, an accelerated digital algorithm for estimating the synchronization parameters of spread spectrum signals is considered: time delay, carrier frequency, and initial frequency phase. signals of both a traditional structure and signals on non-harmonic subcarriers - binary, which corresponds to BOC (binary offset carrier modulated) signals, and multi-position, i.e. MOC (multi position offset carrier modulated) signals are considered. The novelty of the developed approach is the use of an accelerated algorithm for calculating the cross section of the real part of the uncertainty function of a spread spectrum signal along the time axis, taking into account the structure of the used pseudorandom sequence using the generalized fast Fourier transform. It is shown that the accuracy of time synchronization is significantly increased in the case of MOC-signals, due to weaker fluctuations of the real part of their autocovariance functions in the region of the main peak, in comparison with the other types of signals considered. © 2020 IEEE.

The work is devoted to the analysis of digital methods for extracting linear and periodic components in highly noisy signals of radio engineering systems. When analyzing random data, situations often arise when it is necessary to find out whether observations or estimates of signal parameters are statistically independent or whether they are subject to a trend - a monotonic or periodic change in the properties of systems or processes. This problem acquires special significance in the analysis of non-stationary data, in which it is necessary to reliably identify the presence of a trend or identify their parameters against the background of random changes (in single measurements). © 2020 IEEE.

The method of the automation of the learning process of a neural network as classifier is considered in this paper. This method is based on using the developed algorithm and programs that automatically generate training examples. For this purpose, the methodology of planning a full factorial experiment is used. The classifier is software complex, which includes: a database, a multilayer perceptron, as well as a block of programs providing automatic learning of perceptron. Application neural network as classifier with automated learning allows significantly reduce time spent on the formation of a constructive basis for complex transport systems. © 2020 IEEE.

The main tasks are discussed in this paper such as in the construction of transmitters of digital television broadcasting, in particular the task of constructing a universal preamplifier, which can be used regardless of any particular channel. Distributed amplifiers permit to build wide-range power amplifiers with constant gain in the preset frequency range. The main feature of the construction of distributed amplifiers is using input and output capacitances of amplifying device in the artificial transmission lines. The main advantages and disadvantages of this type of amplifiers are presented in the paper. The method of calculation of distributed amplifier for UHF and the research its energetic characteristics are discussed in the paper. The further research tasks for this type of amplifier are given. © 2020 IEEE.

The paper presents a developed framework based on several neural networks with fine tuning for predicting CQI based on the time series of SINR values in order to select the best MCS on the eNB side, taking into account fading in the radio channel in downlink. A comparative analysis of the performance of modern architectures in solving the problem of forecasting time series and substantiating the choice of LSTM as the core of the predictive framework is performed. A comparative analysis of the learning algorithms of the architectures under consideration is performed. The choice of the model is justified and the performance evaluation of the developed framework is given. The choice of parameters of the developed predictive framework is justified. © 2020 IEEE.

The basic properties of electronic systems involved in electronic warfare are revealed. Based on the analysis of these properties, it is proposed to consider electronic warfare as the task of maintaining homeostasis in an information conflict. The systematic approach developed as part of the task is based on the analysis of the conflict interaction of developing information systems (IS). Each of the IS in relation to the other participant in the conflict plays the role of the external environment. Based on this approach, the basic principles and rules of building developing IS are formulated. The determining factors in assessing the effectiveness of such systems are the adopted concept and strategies for their functioning. In a generalized form, the optimal concept of the functioning of IS is reduced to resolving the conflict of IS with the external environment in their favor while maintaining the ability to develop. This allows you to avoid fundamental (gross) errors in the formation of the concept of design information systems and correctly evaluate their effectiveness with minimal cost. © 2020 IEEE.

The ways and algorithms for automating the control of computer systems by intelligently analyzing unstructured data from system logs in order to detect and diagnose abnormal states are analyzed. This information is needed by the technical support service to localize the problem and accurately diagnose it. Because of the ever-increasing size of logs, intelligent analysis data models are being used to help developers extract system information. The research was conducted on a network infrastructure consisting of 6 hosts that make up a cluster under Rancher management. Expertly, events that significantly affect the system and are abnormal, related to problems with the passage of traffic on the network, or denial of service. Of the 988 message templates, 81 patterns are marked as abnormal. © 2020 IEEE.

This article uses the previously presented method [1] of joint estimation of range and radial velocity in short-range radars using one ultra-wideband signal with discrete frequency coded waveform (DFCW). The core of the method is the use of the expression of the two-dimensional digital compression function of the output of the radar receiver ADC. The results of the practical implementation of this method are presented in a radar with a generation circuit using a phase-locked loop (PLL) generator, direct digital synthesis generator (DDS) and a quadrature modulator (IQ modulator). The results of the method are compared for signals with linear and pseudo-random frequency codes. The results of the method after using the calibration algorithm are presented. © 2020 IEEE.
