A high performance algorithm is proposed to provide efficient separation of transmission paths in single carrier duplex satellite systems. The algorithm is based on direct estimation of Wiener-Hopf equation solution on each iteration in real-time. Several approximations and fast calculation techniques are implemented to reduce computational complexity of the algorithm proposed. In particular, the algorithm uses predefined autocorrelation matrix, fast procedure of cross-correlation vector calculation and fast procedure of Toeplitz matrix multiplication by vector. The approximation of cross-correlation vectors array is also implemented. Algorithm efficiency is been studied on simplified model of earth stations and satellite. The study results demonstrate that the algorithm provides echo interference suppression more than 40 dB in typical for bandwidth optimization techniques conditions and allows to use QAM modulation with 256 levels. The proposed algorithm was compared for robustness with other commonly used adaptive filtering algorithms, such as: conventional RLS, QR-decomposition RLS, Householder RLS, NLMS, frequency domain LMS and affine projection algorithm. In considered application, the proposed algorithm outperforms other algorithms in terms of echo interference suppression. © 2020 IEEE.

The methods of mathematical modeling of the cumulative sums algorithm in the problems of detecting signals with a random moment of occurrence in non-Gaussian noise are considered. The probability of false alarm errors and correct detection of imbalance based on the statistical characteristics of the algorithm of cumulative sums obtained by modeling real processes is calculated. An experimental distribution of the cumulative sum in state of imbalance at a current step for detection without reflecting or absorbing screens is obtained. A linear dependence between the means of the cumulative sum taken in separate sections is determined. Based on modeling real processes, the probability of correct detection and false alarm under the influence of non-Gaussian noise with a bimodal distribution is calculated. Effectiveness of cumulative sums algorithm both consistent and inconsistent with the density of the probability distribution of influencing noise is compared.

The article proposes a Connected Vehicle Remote Diagnostic System, designed for operational monitoring of the technical parameters of the vehicles systems in real time, from anywhere with a connection. This function is achieved by the fact that the data collection and transmission equipment is equipped with an adapter for monitoring the technical and operational parameters of vehicles and transmitting these parameters to the terminal device for subsequent sending to the telematic server, the adapter is connected to the CAN buses through the diagnostic connector in the vehicle and is coordinated with them on the software and hardware level. The system is designed to remotely communicate with owners and maintenance personnel to vehicle and provide vehicle warnings and information, including location, performance and service data, to make decisions about where and how the vehicle is used. The system provides critical system readings of temperature and pressure for specific vehicle functions, including hydraulic, transmission and cooling systems.

Dynamic routing protocols transmit routing information in a finite time, resulting in errors in determining the optimal packet route. As a consequence, the efficiency of data exchange may deteriorate, for example, increasing the time spent on the network packets. The aim of the work is to study the behavior of the network in the case of unpredictable topology changes caused by sudden multiple failures of network equipment. The solution is carried out with the help of a specialized simulation model that allows you to track the change in network parameters in the process of its operation. Simulation showed that equipment failures lead to a qualitatively new network behavior, for the characteristics of which, along with the traditional indicator 'packet delivery time', two characteristics are additionally defined: 'the proportion of lost packets' and 'the probability of packet looping'. A comparative analysis of several variants of the implementation of routing algorithms using multi-step and one-step metrics is performed and the conditions for choosing the optimal parameters of routing process control are determined. The results of the research allow us to determine the requirements for the speed of transmission of route information, characteristics of route labels and access control parameters depending on the network topology. © 2020 IEEE.

The role of spectral measurements in science and technology is noted. The measurement of optical spectra by an idealized spectral device based on an acousto-optic tunable filter is considered. It is shown that the acousto-optical methods of spectral measurements can be considered as a manifestation of the bilinear property of acousto-optical interaction. In this context, the transition to linear integral operators describing the measurement of the spectra of radio and optical signals is made. An analysis is given of the procedure for measuring the optical spectrum with a spectral device based on an acousto-optic tunable filter with an abrupt change in the frequency of the control signal. The comprehensive characteristic of such a device, its complex spread function, as well as the result of measuring the optical spectrum in the form of an energy spectrum, has been established. © 2020 IEEE.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the diagnostics of the controlled discrete-nonlinear Anishchenko-Astakhov system by the fractional-power spectra of the signals generated by the system. The conditions for the closeness of the system of fractional power-law functions of time, which reduce the errors in the representation of signals of discrete-nonlinear systems by fractional power series, are determined. The peculiarities of the representation of the signals of the discrete-nonlinear Anishchenko-Astakhov system by pulse sequences with expansion in fractional powers of time are revealed, its adequacy in the analysis of system signals is confirmed. Two-dimensional and three-dimensional fractional-power spectra of the signals of the discrete-nonlinear Anishchenko-Astakhov system have been constructed. The ranges of variation of indicators of fractional powers and normalized pulse durations have been determined. The dependence of the structure of fractional power-law spectra of signals of a controlled discrete-nonlinear Anishchenko-Astakhov system, modified by modulation of time sampling parameters, on the modulation depth of control actions, which reduce the correlation intervals of the generated pseudo-random signals, is revealed.

Frequency plan of the new standard of mobile communication systems 5G New Radio contain a large number of time division duplex bands. At the same time number of antennas in MIMO systems increases at the both sides on base station and on user equipment. The main goal of new technologies applying is to achieve high throughput according new enhanced mobile broadband scenarios: eMBB, uRLLC, mMTC. There are a lot of different methods for spatially signals processing, including precoding, beamforming, space-time codes, antenna selection. We proposed combined precoding technique with antenna selection, based on channel reciprocity principle, implemented in frequency bands with TDD mode. Proposed precoding technique with antenna selection can significantly increase the energy efficiency of multi-antenna systems with antenna configurations of the considered type, where user equipment has a large number of antennas. In addition, the proposed precoding algorithm has a low computational complexity and does not require the high efficiency feedback channel.

The primary task in the process of implementation and functioning of distance learning mechanisms is to ensure information security. The authors developed models and processes of activities related to distance learning at the University. The problems of information protection in the developed models are solved using the most modern technologies and approaches. An important aspect of the educational activity of a modern University is the implementation of training programs with the possibility of obtaining two state diplomas. Such programs involve training in internal or external exchange, and widely use remote technologies.

Fiber-optic communication lines are the basis of telecommunication networks. If at the initial stage of the development of optical communication FOCLs were laid only on transport networks, then as this type of communication develops, there is a transition to fiber-optic technology in intra-facility, including on-board systems. Today, the demand for traffic transmission is constantly growing, which leads to an increase in the amount and speed of transmitted information. Fiber outages result in poor communications, disrupt business processes, backorders, and dissatisfied customers. Even small communication downtime causes huge losses. The introduction of service quality categories will simplify the operation of transport systems and increase the economic efficiency of communication networks. However, this requires significant capital expenditures and annual operating costs, which do not always pay off by avoiding fiber downtime. A method for assessing the effectiveness of the use of a service level agreement (SLA) between an operator of a fiber-optic communication line (FOCL) and consumers of communication services is proposed. The net present value (NPV) is used as an indicator of efficiency; probabilistic characteristics are introduced. The calculation results and their brief analysis are presented.

The article is devoted to improving the quality of management of an educational organization by automating personalized data collection, storage and ranking in the preparation of specialists in the on-board communication systems. The authors have developed a module of the university's corporate system - an electronic portfolio of students, which implements a multi-criteria optimization method for calculating students' ratings based on the collected and stored data. The object of the study is multicriteria ranking methods. The subject of the research is the automated calculation of the student rating in the electronic portfolio. The aim of the study is to develop tools for collecting, storing and processing data on individual student achievements and the implementation of a mathematical method of multicriteria optimization for ranking students based on portfolio data. The practical significance of the study is to provide a tool for effective management of the learning process. Method and toolkit. A prototype of the module of the corporate system of the university 'Electronic Portfolio' based on the developed configuration in '1C: Enterprise 8.3' is presented. For the ranking of students in the module for data analysis, a special case of the method of ranking alternatives is implemented - pairwise comparison according to their relative importance, using a unified scale of relations. Results. The authors described the scheme of functioning of is 'Electronic portfolio', showed the scheme of interaction of processes on formation of portfolio, presented the scheme of business processes at calculation of an individual rating. A fragment of the sample on which the performance of the multi-criteria optimization block was checked is shown. The criteria taking part in calculations and the rule of selection of alternatives for finding the optimal solution are de-scribed. Discussion and Conclusion.
