Capacity and noise immunity of wireless systems with multiple antenna technology can be increased by using new precoding techniques. The main goal of this article is to present new efficient nonlinear ordered precoding technique with reduced feedback channel for wireless systems with multiple antenna base station (BS) and user equipment (UE). Proposed precoding technique provides to increase average capacity of user channel and decrease required capacity of feedback channel.

The influence of nonlinear effects in fiber-optic transmission lines in the dispersion control mode was studied, on the basis of which methods for calculating the performance indicators optical information transmission systems and algorithms for determining parameters single-mode optical fibers were proposed. Analytical expressions are obtained, allowing to evaluate the efficiency of the functioning optical signal transmission systems based on the technology spectral and dense spectral channel compression on the wavelength.

Based on Standard ISO 14813-1:2007 Intelligent Transport systems, it can be concluded that: ".. the purpose of this standard is to identify service groups and ITS domains within which these service groups are positioned. Service domains and ITS groups in the form in which they form taxonomic systems provide for the addition of other systems on a global scale.. ", those ITS forms a large-scale network and "... reflect the evolution of new technology-oriented developments and practical activities in the field of transport.." which implies heredity. The inheritance paradigm is based on the distributed axioms of the unity of the biosphere: fuzziness -clarity (1D and 2D) of continuous nature and is built on three clusters of inseparability. Two incompatible universal laws of nature are valid Transformation and Conservation, for the closeness of the basis the third dogma is inevitable - Inheritance 3D.

In this work, the development and research of the method and means of technical diagnostics of electronic equipment of the on-board monitoring, measuring and regulating temperature systems with thermocouple sensors according to fractional power spectra of signals were performed. The physical processes that cause typical malfunctions of low-frequency onboard electronic equipment with thermocouple sensors are investigated. Peculiarities of non-harmonic spectral analysis of signals and diagnostics of low-frequency electronic equipment of on-board systems for monitoring, measuring and regulating temperatures systems by fractional power spectra of signals are considered.

The paper presents the methodological aspects of numerical method for capacity estimating for channels with memory caused by its frequency selectivity, when a multipositional phase shift keyed signal is used as a signal. The capacity estimations were made for such communication channels with the most common amplitude-frequency responses. The effects on capacity of such adverse factors as frequency detuning and measurement errors of the phase, as well as the effect of the squelch subsystem presented in the receiver, are estimated.

A variant of code-time-division multiple access is considered. The emitted radio signal is a structured relatively short code constructions that performing a direct extension of the carrier frequency spectrum, immediately consecutive and modulating it. Herewith, the uniform amplitude envelope ( modulus of the complex envelope) of the resultant group signal emitted into the radio channel is retained, if the influence of low-pass filters that limit out-of-band emissions is not included. The structure of the codes allows to implement modulation methods of the carrier frequency, similar to QAM, but more efficient. All structures include fragments of arbitrarily long code that couple them and is designed for solving a wide range of tasks related to the temporal structuring of the communication channel, synchronization, processing of multipath signals in the Rake-receiver, positioning, etc.

The invention "Method of cellular systems" proposes alternative method for time advance calculation in cellular systems. The invention uses satellite positioning system for distance calculation between mobile and base stations. The article provides an analysis of new code structures of maximum length obtained from rows of quasi-orthogonal matrices. Codes of maximum length (m-sequences, codes constructed on the basis of Legendre symbols or quadratic residues, codes generated on the basis of Jacobi symbols and others) have the potential to be widely used both in remote sensing radar systems and in noise-immune and noise-proof systems high-speed communications as a replacement for widely used Barker codes. The questions of searching and researching new noise-resistant codes constructed on the basis of persymmetric circulants are considered. Comparison of performance ratings obtained with the new code sequences is given. The advantages of the codes obtained in the work are discussed in the aspects of increasing the correlation characteristics, their detection, and noise immunity in the radio channels of distributed systems. Since these codes have potential applications in radar, not only the correlation properties (autocorrelation and periodic correlation function) are considered, as for communication systems, but also the ambiguity function, which takes into account not only the correlation of signals in time, but also in frequency. The results show the possibility for their use in distributed location systems, not only in the case of remote sensing of the earth, but also in the field of application of the transmission of generated signals to points of joint information processing.

The article analyzes queuing systems' stationary, ordinary recurrent streams of applications. The effect of correlation between the incoming flows of requests for queue sizes is determined. The article shows that the queue formation process in systems with a batched stream is cyclic. This process is divided into two sub-cycles: active and passive. Due to cycle analysis the generalization of the well-known Khinchin-Pollaczek formula is found. This formula was applicable only for Poisson queue flows before. The determined effect of correlations on the queue's size is shown. The article proves that the maximum value of the covariation function's integral of the applications' number on intervals of the application's service fully determines the middle size of queue into primary queuing systems with established load factor.
