This article proposes a methodology for verifying the operability and compliance with regulatory documents of radio beacon of the space monitoring system of moving objects Argos. This technique is based on many years of experience in the development of such radio beacon. In addition, the graphs necessary for the analysis of the output signal are presented, among them the graphs of phase change, power and spectral characteristics, etc.

Currently, the list of uses for global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) is very wide: personal navigation, M2M , navigation of moving objects, various high-precision tasks. New nonstandard GNSS applications are also emerging. The work examines the construction of program-modeling complex (PMC) in relation Fto the establishment and operation of an integrated system of anti-jamming (ISA) of the radio links of the “Earth-spacecraft”. ISA consists of a broadband communication system (based on signals from the RF and noise-resistant codes) and a system of spatial filtering of signals (based on a multi-beam antenna and adaptive noise compensators. The methodology of construction of PMK on the basis of the maximum strategy of decision-making is given.

In this paper the DOA estimation of Wi-Fi signals is consider based on their cyclostationarity property due to the digital modulation. The cyclic autocorrelation and complementary cyclic autocorrelation characteristics are shown for various modulation types used in 802.11 a/b/g standards. Currently, there is a tendency to increase the speed of information transmission by increasing used frequency band. However, when switching to broadband signals and operating under conditions of a high level of noise, a wide dynamic range is required when digitizing the received signal. To increase the dynamic range, it is proposed to use a hybrid filter bank, which allows processing the broadband signal with low-speed precision analog-to-digital converters. In this paper, was calculated and simulated a hybrid analysis-synthesis filter bank for the 26.25 MHz-86.25 MHz frequency range. Using matched filters, we estimated the distortion of a linearly frequency-modulated signal during the passage of filter banks without intermediate processing, after upsampling and downsampling intermediate signals from the outputs of analog filters. To reduce phase shifts and time delays arising during signal processing by synthesis filters, compensation delays and phase shifts were introduced, adjusted to distortions carried by the processing system. It was shown that phase correction allows reducing signal distortions. It was also shown that in the case of receiving a mixture of signal and noise, the distortion introduced by the processing system does not significantly affect the signal-to-noise ratio of the output signal.

The importance of challenges has been recognized by certain part of education professionals in Russia in the last 25 years. But only few years ago the structural shaping the management of professionalization for on board communications in line with the global trends had been commenced. The new social and economic environment demands a drastic change in the teaching process, introducing new standards and approaches for the quality measuring criteria to be introduced to meet the requirements of effective activity and demands of on board communications' employers. This is why the working out and introducing the vocational standards has become the basic instrument to adjust the employers' demands and opportunities of high education Institute (HEI). This mainstream direction of activity is considered to be a priority and basic line for the state program documents defining the guideline policy for science and education development. The concept of modernizing the vocational education should cover mechanisms for the realization of social functions, educational institutions, taking into account the global, federal and regional external trends. In compliance with these priorities we believe it is necessary to focus on the following aspects: (a) factors of social and professional background;(b) system factors;(c) principles of professional education's modernization;(d) methods of professional education's modernization;(e) the potential risks.
