The present article introduces a definition of Blockchain, describes services implemented by this technology and the field of its application. The authors identify the main technical characteristics and their features associated with data transmission through the network. This article provides the operation principles of Blockchain technology and a block structure. The authors determine the network scheme working with blockchain transactions and the dependence of network characteristics on application parameters. The security aspects of data transmission within Blockchain technology are analyzed as well. The types of network attacks and Blockchain devices are listed in the article. In addition, the authors propose a Blockchain traffic identification model that allows discrediting the existing security mechanisms of this technology and makes services vulnerable to these attacks. Furthermore, the article offers recommendations on hiding the Blockchain traffic profile, which will significantly complicate its identification on the data network.

The main tasks are discussed in this paper such as in the construction of transmitters of digital television broadcasting, in particular the task of constructing a universal preamplifier, which can be used regardless of any particular channel. Distributed amplifiers permit to build wide-range power amplifiers with constant gain in the preset frequency range. The main feature of the construction of distributed amplifiers is using input and output capacitances of amplifying device in the artificial transmission lines. The main advantages and disadvantages of this type of amplifiers are presented in the paper. The method of calculation of distributed amplifier for UHF and the research its energetic characteristics are discussed in the paper. The further research tasks for this type of amplifier are given.

This article uses the previously presented method [1] of joint estimation of range and radial velocity in short-range radars using one ultra-wideband signal with discrete frequency coded waveform (DFCW). The core of the method is the use of the expression of the two-dimensional digital compression function of the output of the radar receiver ADC. The results of the practical implementation of this method are presented in a radar with a generation circuit using a phase-locked loop (PLL) generator, direct digital synthesis generator (DDS) and a quadrature modulator (IQ modulator). The results of the method are compared for signals with linear and pseudo-random frequency codes. The results of the method after using the calibration algorithm are presented.

At present days a promising direction is the development of information management systems design, allowing to describe the subject area in the form of a set objects. The purpose of this paper is to consider representation models knowledge in expert systems and highlighting the benefits of using object-based -approximate representation of knowledge about the design area radio device. This paper outlines the principles of construction object-oriented knowledge base management systems that would be compatible with existing programming languages with respect to structures representations of managed knowledge and would provide opportunities to integrate them into expert systems operating on the basis of the concept of open systems. It is proved that the most optimal is the separation of knowledge and meta-knowledge complex mixed types resulting from inheritance. At the same time, internal representation of complex objects formed as a result of inheritance, looks like inheritance chains. When working with complex this system automatically searches special links, allowing you to perform operations according to the SQL standard.

Theoretical and experimental evaluation of the crosstalk between transmission lines of the printed circuit boards (PCB) induced by the electromagnetic interference emitted by the random signals with cyclostationary properties are presented. The quantitative analysis of the crosstalk between two adjacent lines was evaluated by the bit error ratio (BER) of the communication link. The interference signal measured by the real time digital oscilloscope was characterized as a cyclostationary stochastic process. The cyclic averaging of the induced interference reveals the instantaneous periodic power corresponding to the variance of the probability density function (PDF). The PDF was obtained from the amplitude histograms constructed for each instant of time over the bit duration. Experimental evaluation of the BER for the communication link influenced by the voltage crosstalk was performed.

Cognitive radio systems aim to solve the issue of spectrum scarcity through implementation of dynamic spectrum management and cooperative spectrum access. However, the structure of such systems introduced unique types of vulnerabilities and attacks, one of which is spectrum sensing data falsification attack (SSDF). In such attacks malicious users provide incorrect observations to the fusion center of the system, which may result in severe quality of service degradation and interference for licensed users. In this paper we investigate this type of attacks and propose a combined approach to their mitigation. On the first step a reputational method is used to isolate the initially untrustworthy nodes, on the second step specialized q-out-of-m fusion rule is utilized to mitigate the remains of attack. In this paper we present theoretical analysis of the proposed combined method.

The main goal of the work is to increase the near field measurement accuracy of antennas characteristics by performing calibration of planar scanner. This becomes possible when using the phaseless switching method for the diagnostics of amplitude and phase scanning errors. The novelty of the proposed solution lies in the fact that the phase state changing of the channel under calibration is performed without the usage of phase shifters by digital methods only. During the research process a simulation model of the calibration process was developed. That model was shown the convergence of the algorithm for any values of phase and amplitude errors. Special software for automatic estimation of measurement errors was developed. Experimental studies of a planar scanner in an anechoic chamber were carried out. The obtained results turn it possible to reduce the amplitude and phase measurement errors in the process of moving the scanner to values corresponding to the industrial standards of high-end devices.

The description and research results of characteristics of the patented by the authors BPSK signal shaper based on the globally linearized synchronization system (GLSS) are presented. GLSS is a phase locked loop (PLL) system with an unconventional structure optimized for speed in transient operation mode in accordance with the Pontryagin maximum principle. The structural algorithm of shaper provides the implementation of binary phase manipulation by the method of sequentially synchronizing system at neighboring points of stable equilibrium located on the phase portrait of GLSS, in contrast to traditional PLL, with a period of π radians. With using simulation program methods illustrate the possibilities of generating a BPSK signal directly at a carrier frequency of 6.4 GHz, with an information transfer rate of 300 Mbit/s. The obtained results indicate the promise of using a synchronous BPSK signal shaper based on GLSS in applications requiring high values of information transfer rates and signals shaping in the microwave range at the operating frequency of the infocommunication system, under conditions when the programmable element base is no longer applicable.

Purpose. Analysis of distortions in the de-ramped linear frequency modulated continuous wave (LFM-CW) signal reflected from an extended target (ET), which model is presented by a set of point scatterers. Definition of parameters affecting distortions in the de-ramped signal spectrum, and development of ET radar profile restoration methods. Methodology. Numeric computations method based on the equation describing the de-ramped LFM-CW signal of an ET. The de-ramped signal properties analysis by means of numeric computation with varying values of properties of the probing signal and the ET. Findings. Parameters of the transmitted signal and the ET model that affect the distortions have been determined: starting frequency, frequency change rate, the ET relative height, the distance between the reflectors, the limits of phase noise values. The spectrum distortion index has been introduced. Value. ET radar profile restoration methods that can be used for signal processing have been developed.

The performance characteristics of optical transport communication networks based on the technology of spectral separation of channels using a transmitting and receiving optical module (TOM and ROM) are analyzed. The performance indicators of optical transport networks based on optical WDM & DWDM technologies are investigated and a method for calculating an optical signal transmission system (OSTS) is proposed. This method takes into account the principles of spectral separation of optical channels and operation algorithms, the functioning scheme of the studied fiber-optic transmission systems, as well as information security indicators of fiber-optic communication lines using quantum cryptography. Based on the calculation method, important analytical expressions were obtained that evaluate the performance indicators of multiservice optical telecommunication networks based on the FN (Future Network) architectural concept using SDN (Software Defined Network) technology.
