The objective of the research is to formalize the customer service quality assessment system, which allows using digital signal processing methods in developing of the rating systems for the operator of the joint mobility market. At the moment, each company uses its own rating system for mobility services, the calculation of which is based on classical time series analysis approaches, which prevents the formation of a common accessible transport system of the city. This problem is insufficiently covered in scientific publications due to its novelty, but it is key to achieving the same level of satisfaction with services for users on each type of transport. The problem of constructing a rating system model is solved using linear digital filtering methods based on the driver's state graph, where, after fulfilling uniquely specified conditions, movement from one vertex to another occurs. The model opens the way to the formalization of the improvement applied to the rating system and determine the optimal parameters of the model. The effectiveness assessment of the new rating system confirmed its positive impact on the metric evaluating provided service quality and its high sensitivity to the change in parameters, which in turn will serve the long-term goals of creating a comfortable urban environment and reducing the negative environmental consequences from the use of individual vehicles. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper addresses the optimization problem and seeks a balance equation between key performance-influencing parameters in a Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) network. A novel mathematical optimization model is proposed, focusing on the interaction between On-board Units (OBUs) and both stationary and mobile Roadside Units (RSUs/mRSUs). The optimization problem is expressed through a multi-objective function considering critical parameters such as data transmission latency, energy consumption, and resource availability. The study demonstrates how RSU density and mobility impact key network performance indicators, including system stability and data loss percentage during peak hours. This work provides a structured analytical approach to optimizing Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) infrastructure, ensuring more reliable and efficient communication between vehicles. © 2025 IEEE.

In the context of escalating cyber threats and mounting data volumes, conventional defense methodologies are proving to be inadequate. Consequently, the integration of artificial intelligence has emerged as a pivotal strategy to enhance the efficacy of threat detection and response processes. The article delves into the intricacies of explainability in artificial intelligence decision-making, exploring explainable artificial intelligence techniques such as local interpretable model-agnostic explanations, shapley additive explanations, gradient-weighted class activation mapping, and layer-wise relevance propagation. These techniques facilitate a more profound comprehension of the rationale behind artificial intelligence models' decisions, thereby enhancing the interpretability of these models. The discourse further encompasses the trade-offs between the accuracy and explainability of artificial intelligence models, along with their potential applications in security information management systems to enhance the efficiency and quality of incident analysis. The integration of explainable artificial intelligence into information security systems has the potential to enhance user confidence in artificial intelligence technologies and optimize human-machine interaction. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper presents an upgraded traffic flow forecasting technique based on adaptive spatial temporal learning with prompts. The improved model aims to increase the accuracy of forecasts and robustness to data changes by optimizing the mechanisms for processing temporal and spatial characteristics. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed approach, experiments were conducted on the PEMS03, PEMS04, PEMS07M and Chengdu Didi datasets. The results showed that the proposed model reduces MAE by 5.4% and RMSE by 4.8% compared to baseline methods, demonstrating faster convergence and robustness to changes in data distribution. The improvements were achieved through the implementation of adaptive prompts that allow dynamic consideration of traffic features. Additionally, the model uses data from intelligent transport systems (ITS) detectors, which ensures accurate and timely forecasting of the traffic situation. The developed approach helps to improve the efficiency of urban transport management, allowing to optimize flow regulation and minimize congestion. © 2025 IEEE.

The problem of ensuring economic security in the field of development and production of intelligent on-board systems is considered by choosing the optimal set of operations and measures of an organizational and technological nature, identifying and analyzing the cause-and-effect nature of threats and choosing adequate measures to counter them according to the criterion of optimal expected costs or maximum security with restrictions in the form of given allowable costs for them. A method of the antenna array far-field Radiation Pattern (RP) measurement is considered. This method is designed for the usage with the receiving Digital Beamforming Antenna Arrays (DBAA). Such type of antenna arrays typically does not have a radiofrequency output. Hence, the standard methods of the RP measurement, based on the radiation and the reception of the monochromatic probing signal, cannot be used for the DBAA RP measurement. The proposed method assumes the radiation of a probing signal modulated by a pseudo-noise sequence and the base-band processing of the DBAA output signal by means of a matched filter or a correlator. The paper presents the description of the measurement setup and the mathematical explanation of the measuring procedure. It has been shown that the accuracy of the RP measurement depends on the Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) at the outputs of the DBAA channel receivers, the number of the array channels and the number of the pseudo-noise sequence symbols. The accuracy increases on 3 dB each time as the number of the array antennas or the pseudo-noise sequence symbols is doubled. This result is confirmed by the simulation of the RP measurement of the eight and the sixteen channel linear antenna arrays with the usage of the maximum length pseudo-noise sequence of 1023 and 2047 symbols. ©2024 IEEE.

Ensuring flight safety is a priority for the development of modern both civil and military aviation. In particular, navigation systems and on-board information systems being developed to improve safety. Database is the kernel of a modern on-board complex and information system. At the initial stage of design of such systems, it is necessary to construct their functioning effective models. You can use both analytical and simulation models for it. When construct an analytical model of the database of the on-board computing complex, it is necessary to take into account many factors, including the nature of the allocating law of input flows and of the service time of of queries. In this article constructed an example of such model. To show assess the adequacy of the model, a comparison of analytical results and simulation modeling given. © 2023 IEEE.

Combining Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces (RIS) with Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) offers a promising way to improve spectral efficiency and energy utilization in Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite networks. However, the highly dynamic nature of LEO environments make it challenging to optimize RIS phase shifts and power allocation in real time. This paper introduces a reinforcement learning-based framework that applies the Soft Actor-Critic (SAC) algorithm to jointly optimize RIS configurations and power allocation among users. The proposed method works in two stages: first, SAC fine-tunes RIS phase shifts while keeping power allocation fixed;then, it dynamically adjusts power levels to enhance overall system performance. This method, in contrast to traditional strategies that depend on perfect channel state information (CSI), focuses on adaptive decision-making aimed at maximizing rewards, effectively mitigating the impact of channel estimation errors during training. Simulation results confirm that the SAC-based framework effectively boosts channel capacity without requiring additional transmission power. Furthermore, integrating RIS with NOMA further enhances performance, making it a strong candidate for next-generation satellite communications. © 2025 IEEE.

The paper studies the process of folding the spectrum of a bandpass signal as a result of uniform sub-Nyquist sampling. Most publications on bandpass sampling consider optimal sampling to avoid aliasing. This article takes into account the possibility of aliasing of an arbitrary degree. The knowledge gained in this area is necessary for use in the study of multichannel multi-frequency sampling, which provides the ability to restore a bandpass signal distorted by aliasing in channels. To make it possible to study the consequences of sub-Nyquist sampling at any ratio of sampling frequency and signal spectrum width and at any position of the signal on the frequency axis, at any degree of aliasing. Research is carried out on a plane whose axes are the lower bounding frequency of the signal band and the frequency itself. It is shown that the structure of this plane is a periodic continuation along both axes of a certain pattern. Therefore, it is enough to limit ourselves to studying only this pattern. The paper provides a structural analysis of this pattern and derives expressions that allow one to understand the consequences of sub-Nyquist uniform sampling for any of its parameters. ©2024 IEEE.
