The organization of information processes management, as well as information systems of a large retail company, is influenced by many factors. One of the fundamental factors is risk management. The desire to minimize risks is often accompanied by the use of additional methods at the design stage of complex information systems, which will later be used to automate the company's information processes. Management of organizational systems requires automation of many processes to reduce possible errors. The authority criticality matrix allows you to predict risks before the implementation stage. For processes implemented in various control systems, it is often necessary to ensure the presence of selfadaptation (self-learning) properties, in particular, this is important when the control object is characterized by a wide range of transmission coefficient changes, as well as if it is necessary to ensure the stability of the quality of the object's control processes when exposed to a set of parametric disturbances. The successful operation of control systems in such conditions must be ensured so that the system's response to this signal is adequate and effectively formed in accordance with the quality criterion, for example, the minimum error. One of the ways to solve such problems is to integrate additive parametric feedback circuits into the control system. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the condition regarding the independence of the error value from the values of the object parameters is fulfilled. This, in turn, ensures that errors are minimized. The authors of this scientific study have developed and substantiated a way to ensure such a condition for minimizing control errors by forming a parametric feedback subsystem. Other means are also proposed and justified to minimize errors in the management of systems and processes of various types. © 2025 IEEE.

Purpose of this study is effective registration of low-amplitude high-frequency components with predictive value - ventricular late potentials (VLPs) - in heart signals (ECS) by single Z lead. 206 signals were preliminary evaluated to detect VLPs by Simson's method. VLPs were detected in 30 signals. In this study Simson's algorithm was applicated to signals by Z lead. To realize that algorithm R-peak of heartbeat signal was used as synchronization point. VLPs were detected in 52 signals using designed algorithm. Originality: new approach to detect VLPs by single Z lead was designed. Opportunity to detect VLPs in signals by Z lead was evaluated: it is possible to register VLPs by single Z lead. Results of this research are practically significant: they can be integrated in onboard communication equipment related with telemedicine. © 2023 IEEE.

The purpose of this article is to develop a technique for recovering a complex signal distorted by aliasing as a result of sub-Nyquist bandpass sampling. The developed technique is based on the use of multichannel sampling. Its essence is that the signal is processed in several channels. All channels are analog-to-digital converted with different sampling rates, each of which leads to aliasing in its channel. For each channel, a system of equations is compiled that describes the corresponding aliasing. The joint solution of these systems of equations makes it possible to restore the distorted signal. Consideration in this article is limited only to first-order aliasing, in which no more than two aliases overlap at each frequency. This work is a continuation of the approach developed by the authors, called multichannel multirate sampling. © 2023 IEEE.

In order to ensure flight safety during search and rescue operations in difficult meteorological conditions, for example, in the Arctic zone, to generate messages and signals about an approaching obstacle, for the purpose of information support for the crew, it is necessary to provide visualization of the behind-the-cockpit environment by integration of the environment images obtained by cameras in different spectral ranges. The integral indicator of image quality is applicable to assess the information content of both the entire image and its individual parts of interest, obtained automatically or selected by the operator. It is advisable to use this indicator to assess the information content of the channels of technical vision systems for the purpose of adaptive adjustment of video image integration algorithms, in particular, as part of the hardware and software complex for search and rescue operations in difficult meteorological conditions. The implementation of the image integration procedure with subsequent visualization requires the presence of hardware, video cameras, television, long-wave and short-wave infrared ranges. It should be noted that each range requires certain shooting conditions, and, accordingly, is characterized by a given quality of the resulting images. The article shows the advantages and disadvantages of using cameras in the indicated spectral ranges, presents the results of their practical use, describes the procedure for image integration, and provides parameters for assessing their quality. It should be said that today, a very relevant area of research is the synthesis of complexes for supporting air search and res-cue operations with modules and hardware and software that implement procedures for ensuring the integration of initial data, which are often formed by a laser television module (LTM), including television video cameras (TV), long-wave infrared cameras (LWIR), shortwave infrared cameras (SWIR), laser-ranging module and forwar

Purpose of this study is effective registration of low-amplitude high-frequency components with predictive value - ventricular late potentials (VLPs) - in electrocardiosignals (ECS) by Ist standard lead. 232 signals were preliminary evaluated to detect VLPs by Simson's method. VLPs were detected in 34 signals. Modification of signal-averaged approach was applicated to analyzed signals. Power spectrums of heartbeat signals' terminal part were analyzed in this study. Designed algorithm showed 82.75% of correct decisions. Originality: new parameter to detect VLPs by Ist standard lead lead was proposed. Parameter's threshold value is calculated. Threshold frequencies with maximal percentage of correct decisions were determined. Opportunity to detect VLPs in signals by Ist standard was evaluated: it is possible to detect VLPs using spectral analysis. Practical significance: results will be useful for ECS analysis block in telemedicine systems and onboard communications. © 2023 IEEE.

The article deals with the problems associated with servicing the population in the field of solid municipal waste removal from garbage containers/bunkers. The authors propose a concept for the development of a software and hardware complex consisting of a device for collecting, processing and transmitting information, which is equipped with garbage containers / bunkers, and special software that uses the transmitted information. The device proposed by the authors is equipped with sensors of filling, smell, location, which allows operators for the removal and disposal of waste to optimize logistics activities due to the timeliness of waste removal, minimizing idle runs. The authors have developed an algorithm for constructing a detour route for containers in need of export, which is based on a genetic algorithm, as well as information received from sensors. The approach proposed by the authors will help solve a number of other problems in the field of waste management by controlling the timeliness of their removal. © 2023 IEEE.

At that moment the volume of transmitted data grows according to the exponential law through all available communication channels. In this regard, more and more often this leads to the need to work in data transfer mode at a speed higher than the Nyquist rate. In this article, resolution time theory is used to develop novel approach jitter analysis dependent on the data that contributes to the overall jitter in frequency selective channels with PAM-n-signals. A novel approach has the following features: 1) the computational complexity is sub-exponential in the amount of effective memory;2) no restrictions associated with the shape of the pulse;3) strict rule is given for estimating the channel memory when using PAM-n-signals, which does not use the rule of maximum a posterior probability © 2023 IEEE.

Based on the methods of optical spectroscopy a new principle of generating error signals in systems for multicriteria control is proposed. These systems are intended for control of processes that are accompanied by emission of electromagnetic radiation in the optical range. Instead of traditional measuring devices using a multichannel optical spectrometer and a diffraction spectral device with a fiber-optic transmission system (FOTS) of analyzed signals to generate error signals is proposed. An analysis of the formation of error signals based on spectral processing and detection of optical signals by the considered spectral devices is given. Spectral processing in these devices can be described in matrix form, and devices itself can be determined as multidimensional linear systems. © 2022 IEEE.

The paper is devoted to the problem of estimating the state of a complex system with nonlinear dynamic behavior using nonlinear filtering. Modern numerical methods of nonlinear filtering for estimating the unknown state vector of a stochastic differential system of Itô type with discrete measurements are studied. The relevance of the work is due to the necessity to improve the accuracy of state vector estimation in dynamic systems under conditions of a priori uncertainty of information about the system functions and measurement. In this paper, a nonlinear system with formant Wiener noise is considered. As the chosen method of nonlinear filtering the sigma-point Kalman filter is used, which has sufficient accuracy of state vector estimation at low computational complexity. The paper discusses ways to improve the accuracy of nonlinear system vector estimation using sigma-point Kalman filter. Mathematical description of the sigma-point Kalman filter operation is given, and the methods of improving the quality of operation under conditions of a priori unknown functions of the system and measurement by estimating the values of covariance matrices of random processes are proposed. The paper presents the results of modeling of the sigma-point Kalman filter for both linear and nonlinear measurement functions. The obtained values of RMS error under conditions of a priori uncertainty of system and measurement functions under approximation of covariance matrices have the same order as in the case of a priori known functions. The paper presents the results of nonlinear filtering simulation at different values of the sampling period. In conclusion, recommendations for the choice of parameters of the sigma-point Kalman filter when working under conditions of a priori uncertainty of system and measurement functions are given. ©2024 IEEE.
