Diabetes problems like Diabetic Foot Ulcers (DFU) can lead to frequent hospitalizations and costly treatments. Ulcers in the feet caused by diabetes are extremely prevalent. Mellitus adverse effect, and if left untreated, they can lead to amputations. Diabetic feet impact 15-25% of diabetic individuals worldwide. People who suffer from diabetic foot ulcers (DFU) have a more than twice higher death risk than non-ulcerated diabetic individuals. the present investigation offers a new particle swarm optimization approach that combines deep learning to identify and classify diabetic foot ulcers. the described technique's purpose is to recognize and categorize DFU. To do this, the suggested approach generates feature vectors using the Inception V3, Squeeze net, VGG-16, and VGG-19 model. Among these four techniques Inception v3 technique attains highest accuracy. the particle swarm optimization approach optimizes hyper parameter selection for the Inception-v3 model, improving DFU classification results by eliminating the need for human trial-and-error tweaking. the Inception v3 model works well, and our approach outperforms it with an accuracy of 93.3%. DFU is classified utilizing the Deep stacked sparse auto encoder method. this method outperforms other deep learning algorithms, according to thorough experimental results.

we present a semi-intelligent antenna based on pattern reconfigurable dual-polarized Dielectric Resonator Antenna (DRA) for indoor WLAN base station. the DRA is the air-gap DRA which feed by a traditional 3dB hybrid coupler with 1/4 lambda delay line. Tow of this network are utilized to realize this antenna, and selecting one of the four ports can be implemented a boresight or cardioid radiation pattern on the vertical or horizontal direction of polarization independently. It is the first known antenna of one element to be reconfigurable two patterns in two polarization directions simultaneously. the pattern reconfigurable DRA operate around 5-6GHz, reconfigurable radiation patterns can be achieved in dual-polarizations. the relative impedance bandwidth (S-11<-10dB) of the four radiation patterns is 30.9%, 31.4%, 14.8% and 18.2% respectively. this antenna has moderate gain between 6-8 dBi. the configuration of multi-port switching multi-mode makes the proposed antenna a suitable candidate for the semi-intelligent antenna of IEEE 802.11ad. Due to the easy switching way, the proposed antenna can change the beam according the hotspots prediction through the machine learning algorithm to achieve semi-intelligence.
