In an ECG record, the PQRST waves are of important medical significance which provide ample information reflecting heartbeat activities. In this paper, we propose a novel arrhythmia classification method namely EasiECG, characterized by simplicity and accuracy. Compared with other works, the EasiECG takes the configuration of these five key waves into account and does not require complicated feature engineering. Meanwhile, an additional encoding of the extracted features makes the EasiECG applicable even on samples with missing waves. To automatically capture interactions that contribute to the classification among the processed features, a novel adapted classification model named Attention-based Convolution Factorization Machines (ACFM) is proposed. In detail, the ACFM can learn both linear and high-order interactions from linear regression and convolution on outer-product feature interaction maps, respectively. After that, an attention mechanism implemented in the model can further assign different importance of these interactions when predicting certain types of heartbeats. To validate the effectiveness and practicability of our EasiECG, extensive experiments of inter-patient paradigm on the benchmark MIT-BIH arrhythmia database are conducted. To tackle the imbalanced sample problem in this dataset, an ingenious loss function: focal loss is adopted when training. the experiment results show that our method is competitive compared with other state-of-the-arts, especially in classifying the Supraventricular ectopic beats. Besides, the EasiECG achieves an overall accuracy of 87.6% on samples with a missing wave in the related experiment, demonstrating the robustness of our proposed method.

A new trapezoidal approximation of Atanassov’s intuitionistic fuzzy sets (AIFSs) and a new distance measure between AIFSs based on the area relations of membership function graphs of their corresponding trapezoidal fuzzy sets are proposed. By the conversion from Atanassov’s intuitionistic fuzzy numbers (AIFNs) to trapezoidal fuzzy numbers, the measurement of distance between AIFSs can be transformed into the calculation of area relations of the corresponding trapezoidal fuzzy sets. then the new distance measurement can integrate continuous information rather than only taking discrete variables into consideration as before. the main innovation of our distance is that it can integrate comprehensive and continuous information in calculation instead of partial discrete variables, which can efficiently avoid information loss. the contrastive tests demonstrate the efficiency and practicality of the approach. © Springer Nature Switzerland AG, 2020.

Information leakage by side channels in web applications is a major security threat, even when web traffic is encrypted. In this paper, we describe an automated system to analyse leakages of user privacy. Previous works focus on communications directly interacting with sensitive information. We show how, in real-world web applications, user information can be leaked through "non-intuitive" communications, which do not contain direct interactions with sensitive information. Unexpectedly, we found that user privacy can be leaked more from this kind of "non-intuitive" communication than direct interactions. this work also discloses user identities can be inferred by traffic analysis. In this work, we combine machine learning to recognize traffic pattern, i.e., Hidden Markov model is used to fingerprint web traffic of user privacy.

In yan 10 reservoir of Jurassic in Zhenbei oilfield, there are many small laminations vertically, many casing broken wells, and the water cut rises rapidly. It is necessary to carry out the research on the distribution law of remaining oil in single sand body, so as to effectively guide the development of potential tapping measures. the logging electrical standard of single sand body division is established, the vertical and horizontal contact relationship of single sand body is clarified, and the influence of different contact patterns of single sand body on water breakthrough is studied. the geological model which can accurately reflect the spatial distribution of single sand body is established, and the numerical simulation research is carried out to clarify the distribution characteristics of remaining oil under different single sand body superposition patterns. the vertical superposition pattern of single sand body in yan 10 reservoir in Zhenbei area is mainly separated and isolated, and the horizontal contact relationship is mainly divided into bay and embankment contact. According to the influence of different single sand body styles on water content rise, the water content rise speed of single channel is the fastest, followed by side cutting and docking contact. In terms of the distribution law of remaining oil, the vertical separation type and isolated type of single sand body are rich in remaining oil, the horizontal up cutting type and docking type of single sand body are rich in remaining oil, and the single sand body is rich in remaining oil in the area with imperfect injection production horizon. the distribution rule of remaining oil under the control of single sand body is clear, which can effectively guide the development of potential exploration measures. At the same time, it can be used for reference in fine single sand body remaining oil characterization of similar reservoirs. © 2021, the Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Sing

this paper takes lower Jurassic Yan10 Member of the H303-6 well area as an example in southwestern Ordos Basin. Beginning with core, well logging, logging and other data, mainly using lithology and sedimentary structure and other sedimentary facies indices, combined with logging curve characteristics, it is firstly considered that the Yan10 Member belongs to sandy braided river facies, and main sand body microfacies types of sandy braided river of Yan10 reservoirs are recognized in the study area. the key point of this paper is to identify together single sand body by core, logging curve and sand body microfacies. By using "microfacies profile genetic analysis method", sand body is mainly divided into "central bar single sand body", "channel sand single sand body", "channel margin single sand body", "river flat single sand body" and so on in Yan10 reservoirs. Depending on the characteristics of well logging response, the vertical contact style of single sand body is mainly consist of "isolated style", "overlap style" and "overlay cutting style", while the lateral contact relation mainly includes "butt-joint type" and "side shear type". the distribution characteristics of single sand body are analyzed by contact relation pattern of sand body. According to well pattern type, injection-production well groups are divided, and the injection-production correspondence between water injection well and oil well is judged. By identifying the connectivity of single sand body, injection and production relationship types are divided into "injection and production type", "injection and no production type", "production and no injection type" and "no production and no injection type". In recent years, multi-agent reinforcement learning has received sustained attention in the last few years. the typical Actor-Critic methods learn mappings directly from observation to action without understanding the tasks themselves. In this paper, we present a meta actor-critic framework for meta-actor critique based on observational learning processes and the additional loss of meta-learning actors to accelerate and improve multi-agent learning across agents' experiences. Within our framework, all agents are deliberately designed to share the same meta-critic loss to achieve the optimum actor learning progress. Meanwhile, by minimizing the loss of meta-actors, the meta actor learns the features of the meta-observation, leading to better actions. We implemented the MADDPG and MATD3 algorithms in our proposed framework and empirically demonstrated the superiority of our framework on two kinds of multi-agent tasks. In addition, the framework can be flexibly incorporated into various contemporary multi-agent Actor-Critic methods.

In recent years, Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) have enabled significant advancements to the state-of-the-art in computer vision. For classification tasks, CNNs have widely employed probabilistic output and have shown the significance of providing additional confidence for predictions. However, such probabilistic methodologies are not widely applicable for addressing regression problems using CNNs, as regression involves learning unconstrained continuous and, in many cases, multi-variate target variables. We propose a PRObabilistic Parametric rEgression Loss (PROPEL) that facilitates CNNs to learn parameters of probability distributions for addressing probabilistic regression problems. PROPEL is fully differentiable and, hence, can be easily incorporated for end - to-end training of existing CNN regression architectures using existing optimization algorithms. the proposed method is flexible as it enables learning complex unconstrained probabilities while being generalizable to higher dimensional multi-variate regression problems. We utilize a PROPEL-based CNN to address the problem of learning hand and head orientation from uncalibrated color images. Our experimental validation and comparison with existing CNN regression loss functions show that PROPEL improves the accuracy of a CNN by enabling probabilistic regression, while significantly reducing required model parameters by 10×, resulting in improved generalization as compared to the existing state-of-the-art.

the Mean Teacher (MT) model of Tarvainen and Valpola has shown good performance on several semi-supervised benchmark datasets. MT maintains a teacher model's weights as the exponential moving average of a student model's weights and minimizes the divergence between their probability predictions under diverse perturbations of the inputs. However, MT is known to suffer from confirmation bias, that is, reinforcing incorrect teacher model predictions. In this work, we propose a simple yet effective method called Local Clustering (LC) to mitigate the effect of confirmation bias. In MT, each data point is considered independent of other points during training; however, data points are likely to be close to each other in feature space if they share similar features. Motivated by this, we cluster data points locally by minimizing the pairwise distance between neighboring data points in feature space. Combined with a standard classification cross-entropy objective on labeled data points, the misclassified unlabeled data points are pulled towards high-density regions of their correct class with the help of their neighbors, thus improving model performance. We demonstrate on semi-supervised benchmark datasets SVHN and CIFAR-10 that adding our LC loss to MT yields significant improvements compared to MT and performance comparable to the state of the art in semi-supervised learning¹¹the code is available at: https://***/jay1204/local_clustering_with_mt_for_ssl.
