The Wireless sensor networks are pertained in several applications like agriculture, security areas that the node density for the gathered data through the various types of sensor which has the problem of redundancy and it must be avoided through data aggregation technique. This paper demonstrates the Hybrid Data Aggregation algorithm (HDAA) for providing data processing in real-time. Initially, the network is constructed into cluster members that the cluster head has been elected according to the ranking of the sensors according to the location from the base station, energy level. The aggregation is applied to the real-time application that every sensor node has been prioritized in energy-efficient way. The simulation results prove that the proposed technique reduces the energy consumption and communication delays which automatically enhancing the network lifetime. © 2021 IEEE.

Many evolutionary algorithms have been developed by the researcher. Genetic algorithms and memetic algorithms are most commonly used by researchers to solve various optimization problems. Genetic and Memetic algorithms have certain parameters that need to be modified so that the algorithm can produce better results. In the present paper, we are working on a genetic algorithm. Crossover operators and mutation operators play a very important role in the development of an efficient genetic algorithm (GA). The performance of the genetic algorithm depends upon its parameter setting. In the present paper, the basic conceptual features and unique characteristics of the different rates of crossover and mutation operators are discussed. The simulation environment was created to study the combinatorial problems, i.e., scheduling and sequencing problems. Currently, the researcher is focusing on the scheduling problem which is a NP-Hard problem. In the future study, the traveling salesman problem could be considered to investigate the additional parameters of GA. The current empirical study shows that the crossover and mutation rate have an impact on the GA's performance. This research helps us to understand how to choose the right crossover and mutation rate so that the GA's performance can be improved. © 2021 IEEE.

In this paper a new cryptographic algorithm, de-signed for digital image encryption is proposed. The encryption scheme is based on two chaotic maps, combined for constructing a pseudorandom generator. Using the chaotic behavior of the pseudorandom generator, permutation and substitution operations are performed for completing the encryption process. For proving the security of the cryptographic scheme, an extensive cryptographic analysis is performed including statistical tests for randomness, key-space analysis, key sensitivity, visual analysis, histogram analysis, correlation analysis, entropy analysis, number of pixels change rate and encryption/decryption key sensitivity analysis. The results from empirical experiments are presented in this paper. © 2021 IEEE.

Dynamic Uncertain Causality Graph (DUCG) is an efficient model for fault diagnoses of complex systems, it is an innovation of the Probability Graph model (PGM). The algorithms based on DUCG have been applied to many industrial systems such as nuclear power plants, chemical systems, and spacecraft. However, DUCG is still faced with the problem of combination explosion like Bayesian Network (BN). Therefore, a new algorithm based on conditional stochastic simulation is proposed to overcome the problem and boot the inference of DUCG. The combination problem in DUCG is caused by two processes. One process is the traversal of the graph structure, it can be directly solved by the sampling scheme. The other process is the logical operation of the evidence expression during inference. To solve the problem of logic operation, an intuitive algorithm has been proposed. This estimation algorithm uses two parameters based on the experience in previous experiments as the threshold of cutoff for logic expression. In this paper, an optimization for this estimation algorithm is discussed for better performance and accuracy. The basic idea is to separate the graph into subgraphs with the new parameter IGlayer, then calculate and apply the cut-off estimation on the independent par and multiply them together after their numerical value in the sampling cycles. This new method can break the long logic expression into several small ones, so it can mitigate composite explosion problems significantly. An example is presented to show the detail of this new algorithm and shows a simple comparison to the older algorithm. © 2021 IEEE

Aiming at the problem that the current convolutional neural network model cannot adaptively learn more effective features, which leads to the low accuracy of bearing fault diagnosis under unknown operating conditions, a multi-scale weight distribution convolutional neural network model is proposed. The model is composed of three parts: feature extraction layer, multi-scale feature connection layer and classification layer. The weight distribution mechanism is introduced in the feature extraction layer. In order to verify the feasibility of the model, experiments were carried out using the Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) data set, which proved that the model can effectively extract features under variable operating conditions and has good fault recognition capabilities. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

Path selection is the most important algorithm in intelligent devices such as robots. At present, the traditional path-planning algorithm has achieved some results, but it lacks the ability of environmental perception and continuous learning. In order to solve the above problems, this paper proposes an intelligent path selection algorithm based on deep reinforcement learning, which uses the learning ability of deep learning and the decision-making ability of reinforcement learning to realize the autonomous path planning of robots and other equipment. simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has faster convergence, efficiency and accuracy. © 2021 Institute of Physics Publishing. In order to solve the problem of wireless sensor network control system with network delay and packet loss, a H∞ preview control algorithm is designed. Firstly, the wireless sensor network model with delay and packet loss is established, and the system error and predictable target signal are introduced to construct the extended error system. Secondly, the state feedback controller with memory is designed. By constructing Lyapunov function and linear matrix inequality, the design method of H∞ controller and the sufficient conditions for the stability of the system are derived. The optimal H∞ preview controller algorithm is obtained by solving the LMI optimization problem. Finally, the effectiveness of H∞ preview controller algorithm is verified by simulation. © Journal of Physics: conference Series 2021.

With the rise of service computing, the increasing number and diversity of web services make it an intractable task to search for suitable services. Service composition, service selection and recommendation have become the focus of service computing. As the fundamental research of service network, service link prediction is used to explore the composition mode between services, which can facilitate the development of service composition, service selection and recommendation. However, the existing link prediction methods are mainly based on manual modeling and derivation, which cannot make full use of the global structure information and perform poorly in complex networks. The challenging problem in service link prediction is the heterogeneity and sparseness of the service network. Therefore, we propose a novel web service link prediction method based on a heterogeneous graph attention network. By analyzing the interaction between services, five types of neighbors that are associated with service links are chosen, and two levels of attention are applied to learn the importance of neighbors and calculate the embedding of services. In addition, in order to improve accuracy, we design a Service-TextRank algorithm to extract the key information of the service description. Extensive experimental results on real-world data-ProgrammableWeb validate the effectiveness of our approach. © 2021 IEEE.

This research presents the path tracking control of a four-wheel Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV) using an optimized Fractional Order Proportional Integral Derivative (FOPID) controller. The kinematic model of the UGV is modelled and simulated using Simulink to track a path generated on the basis of the navigation behaviour of the bat. The trajectory tracking error recorded is minimized by developing an optimized FOPID controller using Elite Opposition Bat algorithm (EOBA). This improved the tracking accuracy of the UGV in following the trajectory generated. The developed control system (FOPID-EOBA) is implemented in MATLAB R2020a, evaluated using tracking error, tracking accuracy, and settling time and compared against the PID-GA based system. The simulation results showed that the FOPID-EOBA based system had an average tracking error of 0.028m, average tracking accuracy of 96% and settling time of 0.75 seconds, while the PID-GA based system obtained an average tracking error 0.083m, average tracking accuracy of 88% and settling time of 15.03 seconds. This implies that the FOPID-EOBA based controller tracks the path generated faster with better tracking accuracy than the PID-GA based controller. © 2021 IEEE.

In this work, we study the problem of efficiently generating dynamically-feasible trajectories for quadrotors in real-time. A supervised learning approach is used to train a simple neural network with two hidden layers. The training data is generated from a well-established trajectory generation method for quadrotors that minimizes jerk given a fixed time interval. More than a million dynamically-feasible trajectories between two random points in the three-dimensional (3D) space are generated and used as training data. The input of the neural network is a vector composed of initial and desired states, along with the final trajectory time. The output of the neural network generates the motion primitives of the trajectories, as well as the duration or final time of a segment. simulation results show extremely fast generation of dynamically-feasible trajectories by the proposed learning algorithm, which makes it suitable for real-time implementation. © 2021 IEEE.
