Partial discharge is one of the main factors that harm the insulation of high voltage electrical equipment. When multiple insulation defects appear in the equipment at the same time, it will lead to the generation of hybrid partial discharge signal, which brings great challenges to the subsequent fault type identification work. This research studies the mixed-signal separation method of two uncorrelated insulation defects in electrical equipment. A blind source separation algorithm based on multiple unknown signal extraction algorithms is used to separate partial discharge mixed signals, and similar coefficients are used to evaluate the separation performance and anti- interference performance of the algorithm. The simulation results show that the method can effectively separate the mixed partial discharge signal, and the similarity coefficient between the separated signal and the original signal is more than 0.893, and it has good anti-interference performance. It provides an effective method for accurately judging the type of insulation defects and effectively avoiding the decline of electrical equipment insulation. © 2021 IEEE.

IoT is a technology that has been used widely across many areas. Due to its widespread, it has given a way to the large disposition of sensors. This issue brings in the requirement to adopt a technique that can automatically reconfigure Wireless Sensor Network (WSN), that is known as Software-defined networking (SDN). SDN can be applied using a network computing model known as Software Defined Wireless Sensor Network (SDWSN). In order to make network model more effective, we consider Control Nodes (CN) vigorously to allot distinct tasks. This work proposes an Energy Efficient Routing Paradigm, that uses Arificial Bee Colony (ABC) for maximizing the lifetime of sensor network by minimizing delay, packet loss and optimizing energy consumption and with maximum goodput. An ABC algorithm been implemented and simulated on MATLAB and comparative analysis is made with Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). Upon conducting simulation we noticed that the ABC has 3.6% less delay, 5.2% less packets dropped and 4.6% less energy consumption over existing algorithm. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This study takes the construction of the geospatial framework of the digital city as an example, and focuses on the application of the construction of a three-dimensional geographic information system in the optimization of building structures. We use the sketch master 3D modelling module to achieve 3D modelling of buildings, and use its interface with ArcGIS software to implant it in the 3D information geographic system to build a large-scale 3D digital application module for urban buildings. This paper focuses on the dynamics of the Airy-Gaussian beam in the fractional-order Schrödinger equation with variable coefficients by using fractional Fourier algorithm, numerical simulation. The soliton splitting properties of the AIG beam can be changed by changing the distribution factor without a potential;in addition, the peak power, center of gravity, and width of the solitons of the AIG beam are changed with potential by changing the chirp and distribution factor. The prospects of AIG beams in optical operations and optical switches are confirmed through these properties. © 2021 IEEE.

The structure of digital optical phase-locked loop includes two parts: circuit part and optical part. Since the operating mechanisms of two parts differ greatly, the simulation process is very complex. The signal transmission process of digital optical phase-locked loop is analyzed first. It is found that optical part can be simplified into a periodic dynamic adjustable beat signal model based on the hardware description language, and the problem of optical part modeling is solved. Meanwhile, to emulate the drift phenomenon of wavelength caused by optical devices under real conditions, a dynamic and variable jitter signal model is developed, which can reduce the debugging time. Finally, both the beat signal model and jitter signal model work correctly in digital simulation environment, and the accuracy of the beat signal and the jitter signal can reach fs level. © 2021 IEEE.

Handwriting synthesis simulates the human writing style by learning the structural features of handwritten characters. There are two approaches to handwriting synthesis: movement simulation and shape simulation. In movement simulation, the hand's neuromuscular movement is used to synthesis the writing. In shape simulation, glyph or structural features are used to synthesis the writing. Our main objective is to generate handwritten Gujarati font using a shape simulation approach. Therefore, to excerpt the structural features and shape of characters, the detailed strokes analysis from Gujarati handwritten characters is required. Earlier, we have proposed an algorithm for stroke extraction from handwritten Gujarati characters. So here, statistical analysis of stroke extraction has been carried out to verify extraction methodology. The image should be one pixel wide to work with the structural features, so an improved thinning algorithm has also been proposed. Likewise proposed an elegant way of extracting and generating features based on structural features. The classification is carried out on extracted strokes from handwritten Gujarati consonants using k-nearest neighbor (KNN) and neural network. Besides, results compared by tuning different parameters, where our extracted features on the proposed thin image, give an average 98% accuracy in both classifiers. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Wireless networks are more advantageous than wired networks owing to higher data transfer rate, portability, versatility and its simple design. The categories of wireless networks are Mobile Ad hoc networks (MANETs) and Wireless Sensor Networks. Communication between the nodes is done through wireless transmission in MANETs and the nodes are dispersed in ad hoc way. Security is a threat for MANETs. This is due to its vast node distribution and open medium. Hence, the improved Enhance Adaptive Acknowledgement (EAACK) is more powerful and secure which is used as an Intrusion detection system in MANETs. The improved EAACK concept uses the bouncing theory to decrease the overhead in networking and to forward the traffic via precise location. Moreover, it uses a hybrid cryptographic scheme to communicate the messages among the nodes in a secure way. The performance calculation which is depicted in the simulation results is done using Routing Overhead (RO) and Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR). The simulation results clearly depict that there is much better improvement than EAACK. © 2021 IEEE.

The detection of forgery images has become a hot issue in the field of communication. It is of great importance on researching how to prevent the uploading of forged images from the source of propagation. Blockchain can effectively protect the original features of images through distributed ledgers, consensus algorithms, asymmetric encryption, and smart contracts. Therefore, this paper proposes an idea of preventing the forgery images from the very beginning on the basis of blockchain, which aims at storing the original images into the blockchain through interaction with smart contracts. Our method not only provides safe and traceable copyright protection to the owners of the original images but also effectively suppresses the uploading of forgery images. Firstly, image features are extracted by Scale-invariant feature transform algorithm(SIFT) for image to be uploaded, the features are further matched by last Library for Approximate Nearest Neighbors(FLANN) with with the stored images in the blockchain. Secondly, the similarity between images is calculated in order to determine the originality of uploaded images, the ones with high similarity scores are refused to upload into the blockchain. At the same time, the copyright owner of the infringed image will be informed immediately. Finally, a large number of simulation results show that the method proposed in this paper can effectively authenticate the image copyright and prevent the spread of forgery images. © 2023 IEEE.

In recent years, the improvement of people's live standard lead to an increasing demand for travelling, but the information on scenic spots on the Internet is ponderous and the accuracy of scenic spot recommendations is not high. This study aims to solve these problems to realize a more accurate scenic spot recommendation for self-drivings and provide a better visualization of recommendation results. A recommendation model based on the Multi-Task Feature Learning for Knowledge Graph Enhanced Recommendation (MKR) algorithm is designed in this study. Then, based on this model, an intelligent knowledge graph based recommendation system for scenic spots is constructed. Rich unstructured text data of scenic spots in major scenic spot websites are crawled using Selenium and are stored and managed by the neo4j graph database. Through experimental simulation, the recommendation accuracy can reach over 84%. Compared to the Propagating User Preferences on the Knowledge Graph for Recommender Systems (RippleNet), the accuracy rate is enhanced by 6.2%. © 2021 IEEE.

In order to solve the problem of spectrum fragment in elastic optical networks, a spectrum reconstruction algorithm based on resource partition allocation is proposed in this paper. Services are classified according to the different frequency of the services that occupy different number of frequency slots in the networks. Region division of spectrum resources is made according to the type of services and services are allocated in the corresponding spectrum partitions. When defragmenting in the networks, we reconstruct the spectrum for different regions with comprehensively considering the factors in time domain and frequency domain, integrating current resources and preventing the generation of spectrum fragment in the future. simulation results show that the algorithm can reduce the degree of network fragmentation and reduce traffic blocking. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.
